HP Envy, product number C8P47A7. Device manager reports the Intel HD Graphics 4600 Display Adapter is failing to load with a code 43.
Tried updating the driver, but DM reports I have the latest driver version: 10.18.10.3379.

Couldn't find similar issues in the forums so requesting assistance/suggestions.
BTW updated to windows 8.1 several months ago and now HP reports they havn't tested this Notebook for compatibilty.

No Amd graphics driver installed ... .problem
greeting everyone ,
i got a error message when i turned on my laptop.
"No AMD graphics driver installed..." i tried to reinstall it but dosn't work, i tried also to uninstall the AMD CCC and uninstall the draiver from friver manager .
all what i did before didn't work. one thing i want to mention on that i couldn't downloand the driver from HP download center.
any one have idea about this problem ?

Hi...i got a problem with hd4000/ati 8670 2gb ddr3.... and i don't know how to get dinamic and fix mode for my video card....i have the last bios update f.21 for hp pavilion 15 e010sq but don't got advance mode .... and when i do some games on high performance in amd sw graphics...srly 15 fps ...and on hd4000 i go 80fps can someone pls help me :)

Black screen on Compaq Presario CQ57
This morning my laptop was working great, and then I had to restart for an update. When the system came back up, it sounded normal, but the screen stayed black and the caps lock key was blinking. What can I do?

laptop screen flickering and not showing content on the Right half of screen
In the past while the screen won't show content. sometimes flickers wildly, or just shows a whitish background.
problem has gotten worse lately.
if i touch the screen the flickering sometimes stops, or the color goes from a white to a blue. other weird things:
sometimes if i keep pressing against it, it shows a band of blue right down the center but I have screen visible on both sides of it. any window i have open can be seen partially on 1 half and the remainder in the other half.
unfortunately the band in the middle in this case takes up realestate so i can't see my internet connections etc. at the bottom right.
I have a Presario CQ6d, model CA60-615DX.

know i have already installed all of my drivers from Hp support part of ur site
but i cant choose my geraphic as could i in win7....
i can not choose the main geraphics...that is radeon 6700 Hd
what am i suppose to do?to choose my main geraphic?

HP Pavilion 17-E040US Fuzziness video quality
The video streaming quality of my brand new laptop is fuzzy. It comes and goes. To make sure if its laptop issue, I tested some HD videos on this machine as well as my 3 year old Lenovo think pad side by side and Lenovo is more responsive as well as have great picture quality. I also updated the Intel graphics 4600 driver from HP web site, it fixed the fuzziness but worked only for 30 minutes and after that it again started to display blurry videos. I just purchased 3 days back so I am thinking to return this. Please suggest if you guys have any tips.

problem with ( Ati Graphic card ) after update to windows 8.1
I have proplem with ATI Radeon HD 6490M after update to windows 8.1. but before that its work perfectly with windows 8 and windows 7.
so when i switch form intel graphic card to ati graphic the games does't work and even vedio player its only work with intel graphic card .
when i search for last driver form amd.com I got Message that say go to hp.com to download the last update to your graphic card but hp does't update my graphic card to last update that work with windows 8.1.

built in camera- needs to be turned on
The Cyber Link Webcam on our Pavilion dv7 was working just fine until about a week ago. Now it says that the camera needs to be turned on. The software is enabled.
How do we turn on the camera? I went through the video and links that you have posted in the past but they just deal with enabling the software.

I am trying to play an online game. It doesnt lag and is all fine except the 'buttons' or option pages disappear and flash different colours, preventing me from viewing it properly. Can anyone shed some light on what may be the problem?

hp d200 screen won't turn on
This all started when my sound stopped working. I quickly noticed it was the headphone jack. So I took my laptop apart and fixed the issue. When I booted it back up I tested it to make sure the sound worked, which it did. Soon after closing out the media player, my computer went to a blue screen telling me my computer was missing software it needed to run and its easily fixed by putting my Windows 8 disc in and it will 're install all the necessary files. Well I shut it off while locating the disc and now when I turn it on, all the lights on the keyboard work and I hear the fan so I know it powers on. But the screen stays black. I tried doing the power reset (all methods of it I found), I tried the display brightness keys, the screen selection keys and I tried connecting it to an external display. None of it worked. Is there anything else I can try?

The bottom half of my screen "jumps" rapidly and has pink/green vertical lines
g6 Laptop is less than 1 1/2 yrs old. No error messages just started this issue 24 hours ago. My screen is jumping so bad I can hardly type this message.

Help! I've decided to wipe my hard drive and reinstall Windows 7 on my:
HP Pavilion g4-1315dx Notebook PC
AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1/50 GHz
4.00GB (3.48GB usable) RAM
Windows 7 64-bit OS, Service Pack 1
And I've managed to download some of the HP applications (that were preinstalled before I wiped) installed on the notebook.
But can someone please provide me with the link to the right page where I can download the right AMD Graphics Driver?
I just want everrything to be running like it's supposed to...
