Hello. My touch screen stopped working. I followed all directions from HP Support. The HID Compliant Touch Screen Driver was found under Device Manager, Human Interface Devices however, would not allow me to enable. I then uninstalled it and now I cannot find the driver listed uner HID even when I click on "show hidden devices". I have been researching to find an answer on how to reinstall the HID Compliant Touch Screen Driver but cannot find a clear answwer that I have not already tried. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Здравствуйте,у меня такой вопрос:
У меня ноутбук HP Pavilion 17 f213ur Win 7 x64.На нем установлены две видеокарты AMD Radeon HD 8610G и AMD Radeon R7 M260.Как я понимаю у меня все время работает видеокарта HD 8610G.Как мне переключиться на видеокарту Radeon R7 M260 так как она более мощная?
Я пробовал это сделать серез свойства переключаемой графики и через биос,ничего не получилось...я хочу чтобы Radeon R7 M260 работала постоянно.
Как мне этосделать?

Hinges problems, display inclined to the left
The display of my notebook is inclined to the left and make bad noise when I open the laptop. The left hinge have problems, probably it is broken. It is also possible that the plastic connection to the hinge is broken but I am not sure.
The notebook is out of guarantee. What can i do?

1st screen on power-on
At power-up there's a picture on screen. It changes from time to time= if i don't like the screen of the week/mo how do i get it to change? i can't even find the HP firmware that controls it and it has only once asked me if i liked the picture.

Blinking spinning cursor

Issues With Keyboard
I'm currently having issues with all of the keys at the top of my keyboard. All of them do not work properly, the audio buttons, the buttons for changing the brightness, etc. None of them are working properly and I have no idea how to fix it.

I have a HP With windows 10. I can not see any videos from youtube or anywhere else.
I can not view any videos on my Hp computer. It says error. My computer was origanally a windows 7, then it was upgraded to windows 10. i think it started acting up after a windows update, Im really annoyed. Any suggestions? No youtube no nothing!

Brightness hotkeys do not work after Windows update
Following a Windows update this week (November 2016), I am unable to adjust the screen brightness which also prevents me from duplicating the screen via HDMI cable.
I have had this issue before and have successfully resolved it by adjusting the drivers via the Device Manager. On this occasion, my attempts to update / rollback have failed.

HP Z Display Z23 Won't Turn On
My monitor has been working alright, but out of nowhere it just went off, and won't turn back on, I tried to plug another cord and nothing happened, so I'm pretty sure it's the monitor.

hp active stylus is a terrible product
I currently own the HP x360 and I have been searching the internet for an active stylus that will work on my computer that has palm rejection. I first ordered the Dell Active Pen PN556W because I read online it was better than the HP Active Stylus. I had to send it back though because it would not work with my computer. The customer service rep that sold me the stylus said it would work with my computer but later when I called back, I discovered it only works with Dell computers.
I then picked up the Wacom Bamboo Omni from Best Buy. The stylus works but it doesn't have the features I want such as palm rejection and pressure sensitivity. I am also having a problem when the stylus is not picking up all the lines I write. It said on the box it was for iPhones and Androids so that may be the reason why it doesn't work well with my computer. I am not faulting the pen for that issue.
I finally ordered the HP Active Stylus. I received the stylus today and I am having issues with it. The tip of the stylus does not write on my screen, but I am able to write on the screen with the butt of the stylus. I called support about this issue and they told me that I could either pay for support or send the stylus back. I tried calling to send the stylus back and the line was closed.
I don't like HP's business practices, so I will not be buying another product from them again. It is ridiculous for them to charge me for support for a product I just bought that is not functioning correctly. Most other companies like Wacom offer support over the phone on their products free of charge. Sending out a faulty product and charging for support should be illegal.
If anyone can tell me how to get the correct end of the product to write, that would be great and I may decide to keep it. Otherwise, back to HP it goes and I will search elsewhere for the perfect stylus for my computer.
The directions provide no information on how to get the stylus to work. I just put the battery in and pressed it to my computer screen. Based on the directions, that seems like the only thing I need to do. I should get the same result I get from my Wacom Bamboo Stylus which has a similar setup but it charges instead of needing a replaceable batter.
I may try an Acer stylus next. My sister received one with her computer and I was able to write on my screen with her stylus. I just need to find out what the model number is.

screen mirroring
I have HP Envy x2 detachable PC13. I am trying to mirror the screen on to a Vizio LCD TV screen using HDMI cable. The mirrored image shows on the tv screen. However the four sides are cut and cannot see the top, bottom, left and right edges of a window. I tried to use different resolutions with no success. Could you help me? Thank you in advance.
