I'm unable to install the driver detaild in the subject with sp76199.exe.
Even if I run the exe using "run as administrator", the software after some decompression asks for the Administrator password.
This looks really strange to me.
Can you please feedback?

right now when i turn my laptop on and connect the external vga cable it displays windows login, i can't get to the bios.
basically i want to re-install the windows.

Recently upgraded to Win 10 and have been fighting issues ever since. Last week I began have display issues with the end result having to reinstall drivers with amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit. Now there are repeated problems with driver for AMD Radeon HD 6620G. Also, now when trying to play Age of Empires there is no visible cursor.
I have been fighting this for a week now, trying all the various solutions I could find on the internet.
Nothing works. Is there a solution or should I just go back to Win 7?
Broken screen for my HP Pavilion x2 10-n102na Tablet. Still one month warranty left. Can this be repaired either in or out of warranty?

I have gone into settings to set the display sleep modes on my laptop: unplugged screen off and sleep in 1 hour, plugged in screen off in 2 hours and sleep in 3 hours. The computer has a mind of its own and the display will go off in minutes sometimes. When the screen goes off it also goes to sleep. How can I get this resolved.
I would like to have multiple monitors ( 2 VGA lenovo stand alone monitors(L12223)) connected to my notebook. I purchased a HDMI to 2 VGA splitter and it does not work. The extend display setting is not picking up the third monitor. I know the dongle splitter works because when I connect my monitors one at a time, it works. I contated "belkin", the splitter company who informed me that my notebook does not have the capability to have 3 monitors. Please help me someone!!! Is that true? What can I do? Is there any additional software out there that would fix the issue?
I am having issues with few of my numeric keyboards not working. I tried doing basic software trouble shooting without any result. I tried BIOS test for keyboard. The keyboard failure ID: PQCE20-7PJ8A0-XD7WMG-G0R03.

I have elitebook 8570w, it's showing that only one Video card and it's NVIDIA Quadro K2000M and there is no other Video card however because of this issue the battery life in danger please help
one note lastly I changed the HDD to mSATA is that have any relate with GPUs, I say that because i made some changes in BIOS environment

I am not able to connect my computer with the tv. It was working and the screen went blank. I had recieved a message a few months ago to update driver and Mircosoft 3rd party driver update suggested to download. I did pay $29.99 to update it, because I could not afford HP's. Now, I don't have a connect via computer and tv. HP wants $250.00 to help. And my computer warranty ran out April 2016. I am on disability and cannot afford HP's services. Can anyone help me please.

My touchscreen on y computer stopped working a couple weeks ago and I cannot figure out how to fix it.
I know my computer has a touchscreen display because I used to use it a ton and it has a sticker on it that says it has a capacitive touchscreen but it doesnt work. I have tried going though the troubleshooting steps on HP's website but nothing seems to work. I update the BIOS and that didn't do anyhting. I went to go uninstall the HID- compliant touch screen in the device manager hoping it would reinstall when I restarted but it wasnt even there!!!
I have no clue what is going on and I basically just told you everything I know about the problem.

I've just replaced the digitizer (touch screen) assembly on a HP Pavilion x360 11-k009tu Windows 10 laptop.
All ok except the x-axis is reversed i.e. mirrored around the vertical axis, so if you touch on the left it responds on the right and vice-versa.
I've tried many suggested solutions, none of the following have helped:
> Re-calibrating the touch screen
> Reverting to a system restore point prior to the digitizer replacement
> De-installing & re-installing the touch screen device in Device Manager
> De-installing & re-installing the touch screen drivers
> Installing the latest touch screen drivers from HP support site
> etc etc etc
I did come across a reference somewhere re editing the touch screen calibration data (in registry or calibration file) and reversing the x-values but have since been unable to find that reference again.

I've downloaded all drivers required for Windows 7.I replaced #920-001861-01 touch pad with cable. The touchpad and touchpad buttons still wont operate
My issue is with the mouse touch pad of my HP Elitebook: after I have hibernated/put to sleep the laptop for a few times (not shut down completely), then I make it again on - and when I touch the mouse pad, there is a funny beeps-beeps-beeps signal coming, which is very disturbing. Then I can use the alternative mouse which is a small ball in the middle of the keyboard, but its difficult to use, so I have to close all programs and to shut down the laptop completely. After that the mouse pad starts working fine, but after a few times of hibernating/sleeping the laptop, the problem appears again. How can I get rid of this terrible beeps-beeps-beeps signal?
Yesterday my computer went wanted to do a major update for Windows 10, and also updated Cortana so it's now on the start up screen. I'm not sure exactly what update it was but it took 1,5 hours. The first noticable change was that the start meny had changed layout, but today I noticed that I can't scroll on the touch pad with two fingers. Before the update I could scroll without problems. I have tried changing the setting for the touch pad but nothing happens.

I got a microsoft surface pen 4 but it did not work on my computer.
is there some stylus that i can use for my computer??
if is there not, could you name some pen that works good on this model??
