Is there a hardware diagnostics tool that anyone can recommend that provides more info than the HP support assistant? I tried HWinfo64 but need a bit more info (display/monitor) that it provides.

F3 key not working on HP ac123 tx
Hi
My f3 brightness key is not working, but somehow f2 key works. Whenever laptop is started, it shows full brigthness indication, and screen stands still till I press windows or the volume change key (f7/f8).
I have already updated latest drivers and also checked that my generic pnp monitor is enabled. But issue still persists.

Choose AMD Radeon instead of built-in Intel 3000
I recently ugraded to Win10 (although I had the same problem on Win7 as well). I cannot access my AMD Radeon HD 7400m and I am instead force to use the integrated Intel Graphics HD 3000.
I have already tried reinstalling the drivers, disabling etc, nothing seems to work.
I was told it's because they (AMD and Intel graphics devices) are designed by the manufacturer to work together, Intel 3000 doesn't support Win10, and should therefore revert back to Win7. However, I am running Win10 on Intel 3000 right now, so I don't know what to believe anymore.
My questions are:
1. Is it true that the two graphics cards should work together and I'm getting blocked to one because the other is not compatible with my OS? (If so, how am I still running Win10 on Intel 3000?)
2. If this is indeed the case, and changing the OS is my only choice - how do I get Win7 back? Using the key from behind my battery seems to not work for downloading Win7, it says the key corresponds to a pre-installed version, contact the manufacturer for software recovery options.
3. If this is not the case, how to I get access to AMD instead of built-in Intel? (e.g. uninstalling Intel from device manager doesn't cause AMD to take over, but I am instead moved to a Basic Microsoft Display...)

best way to get graphics in overwatch working with radeon?
i've been trying for an extremely long time ever since i got overwatch for it to work well with my laptop but it hasn't been working too well.
i don't mind the graphics being as bad as much as i do everything else and that would be the lag that comes with it. all the graphic settings are all the way low but this still leaves me with lag, making it hard to play correctly. i downloaded a amd radeon graphics driver meant to improve gameplay and if it did anything, it was very minimal as i noticed not many major changes.
is there any way to improve ping (mine stays around 60-200), as well as some tiny bumps in the graphics as i don't think ultra would work on this laptop, along with audio fix since it lags my game?
i have an hp pavilion 17 notebook pc, microsoft windows 10 (64-bit), and the graphics driver is amd radeon r3 graphics. any help would be appreciated.

disable mouse tracker
I went through the instructions (very easy) to UNINSTALL the mousetracker software. When that process was finished, I was asked to restart the laptop. I did. Guess what. Mousetracker was still there, and I was asked AGAIN to restart the laptop. Tracker still there. Looked in Device Manager. Uninstalled again. Restarted again. The O&&(^^T&TGR#@^ mousetracker is still there. Why doesn't it uninstall?? My last laptop had a toggle switch below the spacebar that actually turned off the tracker. Maybe I should have gotten that brand again instead of an HP.

Screen stops working when laptop is bumped
So here's the problem: When my laptop gets bumped, sometimes even just the tiniest bit, the screen stops working right. Instead of whatever it was displaying before, it shows a randomly changing pattern of multicolor squares, then the whole computer shuts down. When I turn it on again, everything is back to normal. I suspect it's an issue with a loose connection inside the laptop, but I don't know what to do about it. Thoughts?

3d video on windows 10 (Envy 17 3d 1190)?
Hi everyone! 
Years ago I purchased a HP Envy 17 3d with a default windows 7 OS. I was able to watch 3d videos and movies thanks to the HP media smart 3D software and the included glasses with the purchase.
The issue comes since microsoft seems to insist a little too much on updating to windows 10. So here I am, windows 10 installed and not only HP media smart just disappeared but I can´t find a way to play 3d media again...
Is there any software provided by HP or anything similar that can bring me the 3d experience I paid for?

Display goes to pink at some parts in the form of horizontal and vertical lines.

bright spots on screen more visible on white screen

I have purchased a hp notebook(15-ac101TU) last month ,I suddenly found some white spots coming form behind form screen pixels. it is almost invisible on grey screen.but when i make white background it becomes bright and pretty visible.please help me. now i have three spots...(may be more,i discovered 3) and they are very annoying.

Minimum requirement problem while installing Drivers
Hi,
I am trying to intall the intel HD graphics, those that were avaliable in the "software and driver download" section, there 2 different setups i.e sp64572 and sp65212, both of them are generating error when i am trying to install them, it says "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for intalling the software".
ps: i have Windows 8.1 pro. 64 bit
Then i went to the intel site and tried downloading a driver for win 8.1 64 bit which didnt work aslo
Please can anyone tell me how to solve this

HP Spectre x360 Touch Screen
I just wanted to tell you your customer service is a disgrace. I just bought a brand new spectre x360 10 days ago and its touch screen goes crazy every few hours. I had to contact your support 4(!!!) times: first time they updated the BIOS, second time they updated the BIOS and the graphics driver and the third time they had me do a full system refresh, nothing has helped. When I called the support line the last time they told me I had to replace my laptop and that it would take 7-9 business days for it to get replaced once they take it away!
I'm new here in Los Angeles and don't have another laptop, while school is starting I don't have any alternative laptop and can't make do without one! This is ridiculous, I'm never buying another HP product again in my life and will recommend everyone else to do the same.

a small spot on my display screen
Two days ago, I've noticed a tiny light spot on the left side of my display screen though my system is working but the spot is noticeable more in black or white image.
My system is in warranty... please help me out I don't know why I'm facing this problem even though I keep system with so care and in right place?

Touchscreen isn't working, no HID device, others are not working
I seem to have a problem with my touchscreen not working. I'm not sure what happened. I tend not to restart my laptop right away after updates and one day it rebooted itself in the middle of the night and I woke up to the touchscreen not working.
There doesn't even seem to be a HID device in the device manager, suggesting it's not detecting it for some reason.
I know sometimes these devices are children of other devices (perhaps something to do with USB?), and I have some devices that say they cannot start as well.
Any help if figuring this out would be appreciated.

Please upload a firmware update on the Spectre x360 Convertible 13" page
Yesterday I was trying to fix my problem that photoshop cs6 did not recognize my dell active stylus. After browsing several forums, I was led to a firmware update for the touchscreen on the hp spectre x360 found on this page: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-15-ap000-x360-convertible-pc/9256669/model/10380783#Z7_3054ICK0K8UDA0AQC11TA930O2.
I did not realize that this page was intended only for the 15.6" version of the spectre, which I do not have. I downloaded the firmware update for the FHD screen and ran it, but it failed to fully install. The problem afterwards is that this firmware update somehow corrupted the firmware that was already running on my version of the spectrex360, so the touchscreen no longer works. I checked in the device manager and there was no longer any HID-Compliant touch screen until I showed hidden devices and afterwards it said it was disconnected. I uninstalled the device to see if that might let the device manager find new firmware for it automatically, but this has just left me with no HID-Compliant touch screen device at all.
The solution to this problem is extremely simple, yet HP has somehow overlooked it. There is no firmware download for the touchscreen on the Spectre x360 13.3" page located here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-13-4100-x360-convertible-pc/8499273/model/8764725?ssfFlag=true&sku=N5R93UAR. Did HP completely forget about this driver or just assume that no one would ever attempt to download an update for a different version of the same PC?
Other people with the same problem have been led in many directions by HP personnel, namely to factory reset their computers not knowing that this does not fix the faulty firmware now on their computers. HP Support assistant doesn't recognize that I have any faulty drivers related to the touchscreen, and HP Recovery Manager doesn't list any driver for the touchscreen under the 'reinstall drivers and applications' category.
All I'm trying to get across is that I've tried everything I've found (even trying to find a version of the driver somewhere other than HP's site like Driverscape but they don't have touchscreen firmware either) and I need HP to upload the original firmware to the 13.3" page so that I can fix this.

Screen pixelating rolling stripes
I have a HP Envy Notebook with an Nvidia video card. I just completed the large windows 10 update, while online my screen suddenly started... pixelating? and making my screen go fuzzy, so after a couple seconds of me scrolling around blindly it went away. Then a minute later it came back and took over my whole screen (not just the window), and the text (that I can make out) is in like 3 different languages. It's splitting up the screen virtically into stripes and mixing up everything on the screen, like it broke everything into stripes and scrambled it around. I can't even get on it right now I'm having to use my phone to post on this forum. It seems to get worse when I move the laptop. Please help

accidently deleted the touchpad driver on my laptop
Hello,
My problem is that i accidently deleted my touchpad driver on my laptop after it didn't work. I was searching for the solution but i didn't think of HP support. Very stupid of me!
So i uninstalled the touchpad driver to install it again but i couldn't find it. I'm very handy with a computer but without a mouse i can't do a lot. I have thought of going on the website of synaptics to install the synaptics driver but i can't click on something so it is no use.
I use my laptop quite often so this is a real big problem for me.
I really hope you can help me to find my mouse and my touchpad back.

HDMI Problem hp 25es
I just got this monitor the other day at best buy and I'm trying to hook up my gaming pc and my ps4 up to the two hdmi ports and when I plug both of the hdmi ports in I'm not able to switch hdmi's via the input button. I'm only able to switch if I unplug one of the hdmi's. It's almost as if it's the input button just doesn't work.
