Hello, I am having a problem with my touch screen, this happened when i reformatted my notebook, I installed the drivers and a touch panel controller firmware after that my notebooks touch screen wont work i tried to reinstall the firmware but this is what happens
when i press a key to continue this is what appears
After restarting my Notebook and trying to reinstall the firmware this is what appears
do any of you know anything about this? is there a solution to fix this problem?

In the installation process, it stopped while saying that it's corrupted. I've downloaded again in linux and compare the md5sum. It's equal. Then i try to installed it again, yet it saying it's corrupted. So i'm sure that it is corrupted from the beginning. Then i'm googling and found similar case:
It's already solved for Oct 13, 2015 version. When i look from the download information it is Apr 17, 2016. It seems the error emerge again. Please help?

I have a Hp g60 235dx notebook which came with windows vista and upgraded to windows 10. The screen went bad so I had it hooked up to a Dell d2015hf external monitor through a VGA cable. Everything was working fine until few days back. It would not let me connect to the internet at all. The wifi slide button automatically jumps to "Off" by itself no matter how much I try to slide to "On". I assumed it must be the Windows 10 update which must have screwed the drivers, so I ran Driver pack solution and installed all the recommended drivers. It installed bunch of stuffs and stopped. At the bottom it was written, you must restart the computer . So I thought it as done and restarted the computer. Now, it does not detect the external monitor at all. I tried to do a hard reset and the HP logo came on the laptop screen. After some time it went blank. I can see the power light is on and it makes some sound. I guess the laptop is working, but since the screen has gone bad and the external monitor is not being detected, I don't know what i should do. Is it the problem with the external monitor or the vga cable? Is there anything i can do about this problem? your help will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance and have a nice day 
The sound is good on my lap top except when I play you tube videos.....no sound!
I was just out of the country and after my lap top battery was dead I tried to charge with the European adapter which did not work. After I was able to connect to a regular outlet it charges but the screen stays black and it appears to be stuck in sleep mode. I have read many forums and tried all sorts of things but nothing seems to get it out of sleep mode. Any advise would be appreciated.
hi , i widely searched in vain to solve a problem with graphic card in my laptop (HP ProBook 4530s Notebook PC) my pc has two cards (ATI and Intel) they were Compatibility working with win 7 and i used to switch with each other but,
after upgrading to win 10 (ATI card) has stopped working and gives me a black screen after installing the card driver , i tried to downgrade to win 7 but i faced the same problem
i need the correct drivers for (Intel and ATI) were compatible with each other or solve this problem for me please!
p.s: i searched for many updates in the internet even ( http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5060882 ) HP site but there are the same problem

I applied the BIOS Update F.32 Rev A using the HP Support Assistant.
After applying the update my touch screen no longer works.
HP Chat assist has only come up with the option to rebuild the machine.
Has anyone else had problems with this BIOS Update?
Is there anything I can do?
Surely HP shouldn't provide this update for this model if it breaks it?

Yesterday suddenly my laptops monitor turned pink with white vertical lines on it.
I tried these things to solve:
1. Restart System
2. Memory Check
3. Video Driver Re-install
4. Troubleshooting
5. Pulled out the battery and kept my laptop turned off for a while
6. Disabling both GPUs (Intel HD Graphics 4600 + AMD Radeon HD 8750m)
But no luck....!
The width of the white sripes keeps changing to wider-thinner.
I'm using the latest BIOS: 01.31 Rev.A
And Latest GPU Drivers
I'm confused if it's connection problem or GPU problem!
I'm badly in need of a working solution

Hoping someone can assist, I have a spectre x360 connected to a Samsung Smart TV via HDMI. Screen is recognised OK as the laptop screen flickers when plgging in, problem is that the TV screen suddenly goes blank (black) for no apparent reason then reappears, again for no obvious reason.
Tried various different cables and different HDMI ports on TV and all behave the same, this doesn't occur at all when using other laptops connected to the TV using same cables. Doesn;t appear to be cable led either as wiggling cable and therefore port doesn't seem to affect either the black out or reappearance ?

hi, ive recently purchased my x360 laptop and it mostly operates fairly well minus a few issues. However, after recently started watching movies on my laptop with the inbuild "Films & TV" application i realised my laptop hangs after i wake it up after it goes to sleep. The only way to "unhang" it would be to close the laptop and open it up again. Why does this problem occur on my one month old laptop? Thank you.
I'm using HP AB-522TX lapotp, just bought it few weeks back, its been working fine till now,but hwen i boot now its going in black screen. I've tried hard reset and reset using recovery options and i've tried windows restore all failed!! All are displaying an error message windows failed to restore (OR) windows failed to reset !
Pls help me with this issue soon!!

I have bought HP Envy Notebook 17T recently in US. But from start Touch was not working and I thought that this laptop doesnt support Touch. But after reading several post I found that this laptop supports Touch, but somehow the drivers are missing and I am not able to find the drivers for this Touch screen.
In Device Manager, under "Human Interface Devices", I could only find "HID-complaint wireless radio controls" and "HP Wireless Button Driver". I didn't find any other options to enable touch in my Laptop. Please find the below screenshot for reference.
Please assist me in making the touch screen working at the earliest.
I have spoke to HP Customer care and they registered a case reference number as well. Please see the reference number "3027751069" for more details on the conversations.
