 i was playing dota like i usually do(been 2 years now with this laptop) and the lasttime its crashed and turned off the screen of my laptop, and then i press the power button to restart it, when it starting up, its comes up into a bluescreen(before login to my windows acc) says VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (atikmpag.sys)

and i restart again and still get the same error, i tried to google it out, and they said that i need to renistall the display driver and update it to the last version. i did everythings start from refreshing my pc, resetting it, restore from backup points, last known good configuration, safemode antivirus full scan, and whenever i use 2 driver at once the bluescreen always happen intelhd4000+radeonHD7600

but when i unistall 1 of them, the graphics just fine, i tried everythings everyway that comes up @google

im so frustated..... i had 6 gb total available graphics memory before this probhappen

now with only intel hd 4000 i only have 1.7gb.

I hav a new HP Notebook - 15-ac151nb and I am unable to load my golf sim Links 2003. I have tried all that I, and others, can; but to no avail. I tried to find on Intel a new driver but the the laptop woul not allow the update as the driver on this machine (Intel HD Graphics 5500, 20.  version 19.15.4360) is a generic version by HP.

 

I have two questions:

1) How can I update my graphics driver?

2) Is it possible to load an earlier (Windows 8.1) driver if the new driver fails to load my golf sim?

Hi,

i bought HP Pavilion 13-s104ne modle and i'm facing issue with the resolution.

some msg boxes are not clear, it looks like scanned box, i'm really very upset from this and i need a solution...
i tried to unstall and install the driver but nothing changed..

Hello,

 

My mousepad lock LED earlier used to glow when mousepad was locked. I don't know what happened yesterday, but now the LED glows when mousepad is unlocked. The lock and unlock functionality still works except that the LED glows wrongly. How to fix this?

Hello there,

 

 

I have been having problems for months now with my display driver. Everytime I try to play a video my laptop doesn't like it, and if I pause then play the video everything freezes/the screen goes black, but the audio still plays. Then everything comes back to normal and I get a popup saying 'AMD (I think) display driver stopped working and has successfully recovered'. However, it says it recovers but then crashes repeatedly!

 

I'm not sure whether this is because I installed Windows 10 then changed my mind and did a system restore? I did an update after that, but that's when my problem started. Should I upgrade to Windows 10 again, would that resolve this?

Hey guys, since Windows 10 came out I have been trying to upgrade, but every time I do, my graphics keep creeping out, when I download the drivers using Windows Update (as per HP Support page) it recognizes it as being a complete different model and video still doesn't work well, I tried the drivers from AMD and they also show the same thing.

 

I contacted AMD and they told me I have to get in touch with the manufacturer, because the drivers might have been changed by them to accomodate the video card.

 

What can I do?

I have a HP Pavilion g7-1219wm Number pad dont work. it was working fine 2 days ago. Now the number keypad does not work. The number lock button light is on. I have turn it off and turn it on and restarted the laptop with the light off and on to see if that works. and nothing can anyone help me out

I've been getting this issue on my Hp spextre x2 which I've had for almost 3 months. The issue is that the display will randomly turn off (go black) and then start working, this happens in burst every so often than the screen works normally until a random spree of my screen going black and going back to normal happens. Sometimes when this happens the bottom half of the screen will go and flicker like an old crt tv when recorded on a camera. I've have the latest drivers from intel, the latest drivers from the Hp software on computer. I don't do any gaming, I only browse the web and this also happens to me when I'm just looking at my desk top. I don't know if this is a screen issue or graphics card issue, I cannot tell as my computer only has two usb c ports and no hdmi port and I have no usb c hubs to connect my computer to an external monitor, I've done things such as turning down my refresh rate from 40 hz to 60 hz and that did not do anything. As of now while I'm typing this I have not had run in with issues but I cannot tell if this will happen to me again. I've had to restart my computer twice today and it seems to have no effect on this problem, this problem just randomly started occuring, I cannot tell when it stops occuring.

My HP-R015TU Notebook is not suuporting Windows-7 Aero Theme. I am also unable to modify Brightness because I could'not find Brightness change option any where. I am facing this probelm after reinstalling Windows 7. I have installed all drivers but I could not find suitable HD Graphics driver for my laptop. I have tried most of the HD graphics driver suitabel for my laptop (Using HP Find Device Utility) but no one worked for me and setup says "This computer does not meet the minmum requirement for installing the software.". 

 

Please help me to find correct HD Driver for my laptop if this is the cause of the problem or suggest me other solution to solve the issue.

I am trying to connect 3 additional monitors to HP Pavilion m7-1015dx  laptop. I have a plugable 10 port usb adapter attached with two usb to hdmi adapters. I have one hdmi cable attached directly to the computer with a Vizio 32 inch TV as the monitor on two and an Acer 223w monitor attached through the usb port with a usb to GA adapter. I have the Acer and one izio working but the thrid will not show a display or connect. I keep seeing it but the listin control anel never show the other Vizio as it does the one. Totally stuck because i was hoping to connect 4 monitors and thought i was able to do this with this computer. All i get is a blank screen on the 3rd monitor and i never seem to get it to pick up the other one. I have tried what i think is everything. HELP!!!!

According to the Control Panel my laptop has a max resolution of 1366 x 768. This is confirmed by the properties of the Intel graphics driver. When I plug my laptop into my LED HD TV via HDMI cable both control panel and the graphics driver properties window agree that its resolution is full HD - 1080. However, when I go to watch a 1080 film on itunes I see a pop up warning me that the resolution of my display isn't high enough to experience iTunes extras. They play fine anyway but the general quality of the film doesn't seem like proper 1080. Furthermore, when I go on websites along the lines of "whatismyresolution.com" the consensus seems to be that the output is only 1366 v 768, even though I'm using a TV which has full HD (have checked same websites via the ps3 on the TV) and my laptop thinks that the resolutoin is full HD. So what's going wrong? Maybe my eyes deceive me re the iTunes content and the websites are wrong? Do interenet browsers somehow output a lower resolution and that's what the websites detect? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello yet i tried unfortunatley unsuccsesfully the update the correct driver for HP SmartDrive DVD version 2.2.3309.

I have a HP Envy 15 Notebook PC

Product #: K2T37AV

Model #: 15t-k200

 

It came with 2 Graphics Display drivers. I would like to remove the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M software and keep the Intel HD Graphics 5500.

 

Do you know if there is a problem with removing the NVIDIA software? If not, what is the best way to do it? I have uninstalled it about 3 times and it reinstalls upon reboot each time.
