keys on the keyboard do not work anymore

x360 convertible no longer has a touch screen
PURCHASED 3 WEEKS AGO - GREAT MACHINE. BUT after installing updates from HP support I no longer have a touch screen. System indicates no pen and touch support. Bios and UEFI indicate no touch screeen.

hp X 16 1040us blank screen sometimes, then I adjust it by opening or slighly closing it.
I bought my laptop in Jan of 2009 and it was dropped accidently twice and I've never had an issue with the screen up until a few months ago. The screen goes white by itself, of it I move it, then I need to move it to another postion until I get my screen back. It's getting worse and I don't want to wait until it goes completely. What is the best way to check or replace LCD cable connector? Is it possible to open this laptop from the front/top? Thank you

"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered"
Hello! I have an issue with my notebook videocard. The error "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" appers while I'm playing videogames, or working on my graphic editor.
I've tried to google the problem. Tried to reinstall video reivers, to recover OS with the backup, but nothing helps. Looks like the problem appeared first when it was a huge update of the windows like 1-2 months ago, but I'm not sure. Maybe it's not soft problem at all.
Can you help me with solving this problem?

repeating keys on SK-9071 keyboard
I'm using an HP SK-9071 small bluetooth keyboard with an Asus laptop, and I'm getting repeating keys a couple times a day. No sticky keys, but a key will suddenly and unexpectedly start repeating itself, and it's very difficult to get it to stop (eventually, if I press a bunch of other keys, it'll stop, but often by then it's deleted entire sentences throughout the message I'm working on). Seems worst with e-mail; doesn't seem to ever happen with Word. I've had the keyboard for just over a year and it was fine until recently (and I love the compact size and key feedback). I've changed the batteries twice, have moved the dongle from one side of the laptop to the other several times (and it's not plugged into an out-of-the-way hub; it's plugged into the laptop, which is quite close by). Tried to look up the keyboard by model number on the HP site, with the idea of downloading a new driver, but it doesn't come up on the site and there's no way, from what I can tell, to look up a separate HP keyboard. Any ideas, before I pitch this thing out the window in a fit of despair and go try something else? Thanks much!

DVD will not play on my HP Pvillion, plays on my Husbands older Compaq
My DVD drive will not play a DVD I have, it loads and then nothing happens. It will play on my husbands very old Compaq. using HP DVD drive. I cannot find anything on my laptop that will allow me to watch the video. Help!!

amd graphic card issue (probook 4540s)
i update all the drivers using hp download manager and all the drivers are successfully updated. but amd catalyst control center doesn't shows any setting options. i cannot use amd hd 7650M graphic card on my probook 4540s how to fix it. here is the screen shot below

Sensor, right click issue
Every time I use the right click on the sensor pad, I go to scroll across then it just goes off, I can't even select a new folder, everytime it just goes off, help.......

Pavilion x360 keyboard and screen issues
I am the unhappy owner of a Pavilion x360, prod. no. M9G20EA#UUW.
Major issues:
- About half the times the screen is upside down when I open the PC. Sometimes closing and reopening turns the screen around. Sometimes a restart is needed.
- The hardware keyboard and touchpad randomly gets de-activated. A complete restart is needed for reactivation.
The machine has been in for service. The service company claims that the were no hardware errors, and reverted the OS back to windows 8 - which did not solve the issues.
I see in this forum that many has similar problems with this model. I have tried all the suggestions I could find here. Onfortunately it hasn't helped.

I can play DVDs on my laptop player, but not CDs
I updated my laptop from Windows7 to Windows10 recently. I can play my DVDs with no problem. But cannot play any CDs. I am not sure if this laptop can play CDs at all, or do I need to install new software?

HP Pavilion dv2000 Windows 10 video driver
Just upgrade it to windows 10 and it is saying it can't find a correct video driver and only showing in default mode. I believe it has a nvidia graphic card.

HP Pavilion 17 1125ds
Hello, I have an HP Pavilion laptop, model 17-1125ds. I have a recurring problem in viewing videos on Facebook that have been posted to my News Feed in that the little video screen is solid green. Have had Staples service several times and it works ok for a while then reverts back to the green screen. Have had the 'video card' (?) checked and supposedly it's ok. Any suggestions? HP 35 Notebook screen goes black, then password screen appears
Not sure this is where it belongs. The first 50 results of what I thought was a narrow Google search had nothing matching this, and a lot of lockup after password results.
While working on the computer, including actively typing, the screen will "blink" black for at least a full second, then come back to wherever I was before. Then a few seconds later, it blinks again and the password screen appears.
The machine is well-ventilated and it not doing any processor-intensive gaming stuff.
It is similar to a screensaver re-login. Pressing enter after the password returns me to the same place almost instantly.
This has continued even after I have done at least two each, virus scan (Avast), malware scan (Malware Bytes), and spyware scan (SuperAntiSpyware).
There's also plente of gigs of space left on the hard drive, 8 gigs of RAM, and Task Manager says there's still unused memory and the processor is somewhere less than 80% occupied.
So what gives????

Problem with Graphics Driver Project to External Screen/Monitor
I recently upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I now find that I cannot project my display to any external monitor or screen through the HDMI. I have done this a million times before the upgrade now when I try to do it it says "You can't project to another screen try re-installing the driver or using a different video card". When I go to Device Manager I notice a yellow triangle over the Intel HD Graphics Video. When I try to update the driver software it comes back and says I am running the most updated version. I have uninstalled the drive and downloaded and reinstalled the driver from the HP site. I am trying to do a presentation and need to project the screen to a large screen TV though the HDMI cable. Any thoughts? Greatly appreciated.

thin blue line on laptop screen
Today I turned on my laptop and there is a blue line running vertically down the left side of the screen that I can not seem to get rid of . I updated my video drivers and restarted the system but its still there. the lapptop is a week under a year old. HP ZBook 15 G2 Windows 7 NVIDIA Quadro K2100 M.
I never dropped the laptop or anything even rouch to it. I am very careful.
Please let me know what i can do. Thank you
