Good evening guys.

Well, I installed win 10 64bit, I'm facing this problem again and again with my HP laptop and Radeon HD 7600m.

When I had win 8 64bit, it was not the problem everything worked properly. since I updated to 8.1 64bit, I faced this problem, still not solved. Now I got win 10 64bit (home) still my Radeon doesn't work properly. 

Alredy installed Crimson Edition 15.12, still laptop using HD Graphics 4000 as primary, when I trying to disable it from divace manager than windows start working on Microsoft Basic Display Driver.

From divace manager Both Video cards *Radeon 7600m and *HD Grapichs 4000 are working.

I don't know how to make my laptop work on Radeon instead HD Graphics, well of course all games work on HD Graphics, already tried  from configuration switchable graphics (add application > set on high performance) still same. 

I have no clue how to solve it, I won't reinstall win to 7 or 8, cause I wanna stay with 10, also I'm not the IT man, if some one have clue how to solve please explain step by step. Thanks

Jeepers HP...lets not flip flop around here okay? I leave this brand new laptop on all of the time.

I am having a burn in issue with my screen. I NEVER shut my laptop off. My preferred screen pic is personal, but it is leaving residual screen burn in . This burn in issue was something that happened way back in the CRT evolution and is absolutely archaic in retrospect when it happens to a pixel related issue within todays modern screens.

That being said, Where is the help for this issue ? The resulting  comments and help you direct us to are robust in deflecting help to an actual issue or resolve in this matter. Now I worked for HP at one time ( 10 years)  and have a daughter that works for you at present, and we both are surprised at the fact that this is an issue with a brand new laptop and that your redirection to blah blah recovery suggestions does not even begin to address an issue relating to screen burn in which is an issue related to yesteryear and is surprisingly resurected.

 

By the way, my spelling is not always proficient, so have you disabled spelling correction here ? I'm using Google and I can assure you I intentially mispelled some words here but google spell check seems to have gone the way of the Dodo. Credibility is now a question.

 

Am I disapointed ? Yes..a little bit. Notice only one s in dissapointed.

 

Last question...shall I get a direct cure/response or do I need to ship this disapointment back and demand a replacement ?

 I have actually always loved you folks and this company but I need you to hold up to your long lived reputation.

Hi

I got problem with my hp envy m6 1232 sa . Around 7 day ago my Radeon graphic card disappeared.

I noticed this when cant start the game. 

I did check with device manager and card got 45 error I uninstall the card hoping it will solve the problem but now it dont show in device manager.

What is the problem is card damage ? can i replace it ?

The problem occured after a week I purchased it

 

In game screen goes weirdly stretch and sometime glitch occured on game screen

 

the glitch itself only happen when going in game but using it normaly (browsing,watching videos) its work fine

 

all of my drivers are up to date too

Hello,

 

I have the HP Notebook Spectre X2 pro. This Notebook allows to seperate the screen from the keyboard and to use as a tablet. I have the following problem:

 

When I open the notebook somtetimes the keyboard does not work. It seems not to be connected to the screen in the right way. By seperating the screen, connecting again, doing this many times, the problem sometimes can be fixed. But when I oben the next time the problem can occur again.

 

Can anybody help?

when starting my laptop it sounds like it is functioning properly but I get a black screen. I attempted to connect the laptop to my tv with a hdmi cable. I have the tv input set to hdmi but get a "no signal" message on the tv screen. Am I connecting it wrong or would I get that message because of the black screen issue?

the HP diagnostic test entered by pressing f2 on startup does show components in the list of options. I cannot tesxt the touch screen . which did work until very recently. How can show whether the fault is hardware or software.

I have Hp 15-r255nu. I want to play Grand Theft Auto IV . When i start it the map doesn't load. Than i try to change the graphics and the problem doesn't change. Second example. Mafia 2 is lagging on minimal graphics. CS:GO on minimal grapchics is lagging too, no matter am i with others in game or solo. I think that the problem is in the drivers, because i cover the requerments for playing. Any advices? Thanks in advance.

I have bought an Samsung Smart TV 2 days ago. My Pavillion 15 notebook does not want to connect by HDMI. The display comes up, falls out, comes up again and remains unstable. I tried the same with my Apple Notebook - no problem. The cable seems not to be the problem. I have updated all HP, Windows and Intell drivers and other software. I also have an HP Envy, same problem as with the Pavillion.

Hi , I dedided to chenage my original RAM memory to an 

 

Corsair CMSX8GX3M2A1600C9 NB Vengeance Performance 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 SO-DIMM Memory Two Module Kit

 

When i changed RAMto a new one and reboot a system ,I have been suprised the sysyem Clasification went down from 7.6 to 7.4  could any one explain to me why this happened if the old RAM was unbraned made in china  crap ??? why my new performance Corsair is set by hardware to work on low clock speed, also there is nothing in BIOS to chnage  RAm clock  speed etc .

Could any one help me regarding this matter?????

Just got an HP Star Wars pavilion laptop with the i5, 6gb ram, 1tb hard drive.  From the first time I booted it up the screen has flickered.  Tried updating the video driver and it still does it.  Flickers every few seconds.  Sometimes it even goes black for a split second.  Not sure what to do.  Anyone else having this problem or know what to do?

I am at loss of what to do now and need your guys' help! I have an HP DV7 3165 dx (love the pc until now). The laptop starts up, but the screen display doesn't not turn on. The initial HP logo before the normal windows startup screen doesn't even come up. The num-lock, an caps-lock lights are off, and won't turn on when I click on them.  I have plugged it up to an external display via HDMI, but it does not show anything. I have tested the memory and rechecked to see if the hard drive is plugged in properly and it all is. 

 

When I push the power on from complete off, all the normal lights come and stay on, the fan spins like normal, however, the screen remains off/blank. I have tried perfoming numous hard resets, but to no avail. 

 

Please help!

How can I regain the ability to watch a DVD on my note book2000 that had windows 8 before I updated to windows 10.  I can not watch a movie any more and I think they expect me to pay for a driver or a new program. What a bunch of **bleep** because I uninstalled the power dvd progam thinking i could reinstall it off the internet. I'll go buy a DVD player before I send for or buy a new program that works with windows 10.  The window 10 people should be slaped around a bit , just to knock some sence of fair play into their heads.  How can I reinstall windows 8 that had the ablity to play a DVD.

I like to play games that require me to aim or adjust my vision with the mouse, while I move around with either ASDW or the arrow keys. I have an HP Notebook laptop with Windows 10, and the touchpad is automatically set to disable when I hold down the key to move around, so I can't adjust my vision. I've looked through the settings of the PC for hours, and I can't find anything. I've looked trough several forums, and followed everyal directions on how to fix it, and it doesn't change. I've gone into the PalmCheck settings and I've turned PalmCheck OFF and hit apply, and it still did not fix the problem. After I did that, I went back into the PalmCheck settings, and they had been restored to the default settings, as if I hadn't touched them. Can somebody please help me fix this issue so that I can get back to gaminf with my friends?

The decimal point del button on the numberic keyboard is not working at all.   Is there a setting to turn that on?  Brand new laptop.

Hi, I turned on my laptop and realized that the screen in tinted blue. I haven't tried doing much because I'm not really sure what I can do. Any recommendations or advice will be appreciated. Thank you!
