Hello HP team,
recently I inastall windows 10 64 bit on my probook 6550b, but my integrate camera doesn't work. I check in device manager and there its shows that all drivers are up to date.
When I use skype with video call, skype cannot find camera too. Please help, I think its missing drivers or somethign!

Hello, please help me callibrate my display. I went into "display" in control panel and it said that to callibrate I should first press the "menu" button for my display, but there is no such button, so I'm stuck here and cannot callibrate, thanks.
Where is the Display Adapter port located on the notebook?
One of my hinges on my laptop has broken off and only the metal is showing. It has also cracked the black covering going around the screen of the laptop. I believe if I try to fold the laptop flat again it will completely snap and come off. How and where do I get this either fixed or replaced?

The Palm Check option is not available. I would like to be able to type and use my mouse at the same time for gaming and other uses. I have installed all the latest drivers and this option is still not available.

Brand new Spectre X360 (64 bit). Windows 10. All updates installed.
The onboard keyboard and the wireless keyboard don't work after the Spectre wakes from sleep. The touchpad and the wireless mouse do work.
I followed the advice from other posts and but it's a temporary solution that lasts only a day or 2. Here's what the other posts advised:
- Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Power Options -> Change Plan Settings (of current selected plan) -> Change Advanced Power Settings -> USB Selective Suspend Setting -> Disable (both)
- Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Power Options -> Change Plan Settings (of current selected plan) -> Change Advanced Power Settings -> PCI-Express -> Link State Power Management -> Disable (both)
When the keyboards don't work, the only thing I can do is to reboot entirely, which is not a good resolution because the keyboards freeze again as soon as the computer wakes from the next sleep.
Is there a permanent solution? Please help. Thank you in advance.

The touch screen went out on my computer. Its a HP Envy. Any suggestions. Just completed reinstalling drivers and updates
I have had this computer for 2 years and of course it is out of warranty. And now the hinges are broken and the screen flops around. I have never dropped it or roughly treated it.
I have now read all the complaints on this site and see that I am not alone.
What is the easiest fix? How can I get it to hold together so it doesn't break again?
It certainly looks like it should be fixed under a design flaw product recall........if not why not?

So, I have a problem with my laptop, I just got it a little under a month ago and every time I close it and re-open it, there are horizontal while and blank lines covering the entire screen. There is a small square that moves when the mouse moves but thats about it. Once I turn my laptop off and turn it back on it works fine as long as I don't set my laptop to sleep.
I have no idea what to do.

I bought a new Spectre 360 about 2 weeks ago. It works well with Windows 10. All the drivers on my computer are updated from HP and windows. I want a dictation software.
I first installed Dragon Speak Naturally 13. My systems meets the requriements. The program did install and work.
However, after I installed the program, the computer my track pad would start glicting. The glicting starting after 10-20 mintues of use, but always occurred.
The mouse pointer would respond delayed or be completely frozen. The buttons on the track pad mouse also would not work. (The touch screen did continue to work however. ) The issues would presist even after Dragon was closed until the system was rebooted. I uninstalled it and reinstalled Dragon with the same problem.
I uninstalled the program a second time things appeared fine. I saw that Windows 10 has a build in dictation software, so I tried that and the same problem with the track pad occured. I turned off program and restarted. It now appears fine again.
Has anyone had this problem?
Has anyone had better luck with Dragon 14?
Can this issue be resolved?

I just brought this laptop and I installed windows 10. It is my first HP and I was thinking the fan is working on full speed because of the noise and I checked the temperatures with Speccy. The GPU was showing 511°C. Than I checked with another software, same temperature for GPU. It doesn't change if I play a game. Laptop configuration, i3 4030u, AMD Radeon R5 M255.
I think this problem is driver related. The drivers that I used I downloaded from HP drivers section. How could I solve this problem ? I really don't wanna send this to warranty and wait for it.
I got a HP notebook 15-r006tu the adel laptop,
When i install synaptic tauchpad river and restart the system after the process, i revice an error message saying "SYNAPTIC TOUCH PAD DRIVER 64-BIT ENHANCEMENT STOPPED WORRKING". Currently the touchpad is working with default driver.
Kindly help me on this issue.....

I am trying to hook up my laptop (Acer) to my 2311x monitor via HDMI. It worked the first few days upon purchasing the monitor. However, it has stopped working since last night and today. I can hook up my Xbox One to the monitor just fine. What's really peculiar is that I connected the laptop to my HDTV and my parent's HDTV; both worked flawlessly. Also, when I connect the monitor, I get the Windows USB Recognized sound and same when I unplug. However, when I tried to go into display settings to detect the monitor, I got the message "didn't detect another display." So yeah, this error is rather peculiar and I am at a loss for what the cause of this error is. I tried to be as detailed as I could, but if y'all (I'm from the south) have any other questions regarding this issue, just let me know. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
