According to the onboard User Guide for the HP OMEN Pro 15, access to the HP WebCam application should be at:

Start > All Programs > Communications and Chat > HP WebCam

 

But there is no entry for the HP WebCam  

 

(only item listed under Communications and Chat is Get Online)

Where is the HP WebCam software or where can it be downloaded if the User Guide or the OS packaging is wrong?

This is for Win 7 64 bit on HP OMEN PRO 15 product # L9H6OUT#ABA and specifically for the internal HP TrueVision HD webcam

my laptop is hp 2000 . its having problem with display . while power on nothing we can see in the display but everything else work fine (fan , caps lock, wifi light , etc ) after that i can see light variation on display . i found everything showing in display but we cant see . if we put a tourch light on display we can see the content . after that i swtich my lap and turn again and close the lid and open suddently display came as normal . again if it goes on sleep mode or shutdown same problem will araise . everytime i have to close the lid and open in the begining .. some one tell whats the problem on this .. how can i overcome this problem.

Hi guys,

I'm now having problem between ADM graphic card (7400M series) and Adobe Premiere application. I'm using Win 10 64-bit now. 

 

 

All other apps of adobe is not locked except Premiere. Although I update to the lastest driver, I still cannot change the option to High performance. So it is too lag and I cannot use it like when I was at Win 8. 

 

I really need it be fixed. Someone have an idea?

Compaq Notebook PC AMD/ATI Video Driver Problem

 

My Presario CQ42 Notebook PC, Product Number XV196PA#UUF with Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium OS version has been having problems with its AMD/ATI Driver for a long while. It will stop working momentarily and recover often.

 

Recently I unistalled the program and reinstalled it according to the suggestion in the AMD Autodect. Inspite of trying this process a few times, the message ' Solve a problem with the AMD/ATI Video Driver' persists. No solution has been given.

 

I do not have technical knowledge of computers. I do not know what aspects is affected by this problem. I'm using Wireless Internet service.

 

Could you throw some light on how I will be affected by this problem and how it can be solved.

What is the maximum support resolution for my HP ENVY 17t-j100 product ID E1P14AV?  The specs on my video card (GeoForce GT 740m) state the following:

Display Support:

 

Up to 3840x2160 LCD – eDP 1.2 support

Up to 1920x1200 LCD – LVDS support

Up to 2048x1536 VGA analog display Support

Up to 3840x2160 DisplayPort Multimode Support

All I see is an HDMI port on the left side of the system.

Hi , 

I have an HP laptop , with Radeon (TM) HD 7670M graphic card , 

when I update it from the AMD site , to the lastest version , after restart , the catalyst control center displays a message saying that no driver is installed , and even the Intel HD is not working as weel , 

when I update the Radeon from the device manager , it gets updated to version 8.933.3.4000 , and is not detected by any game what so ever , only the intel graphic card is working.

I installed and reinstalled countless times , made fresh instalations of Windows countless times , 

If you need any more informations , I am happy to oblige .

Hi. I was a Windows 7 64bit user.  After upgrade to windows 8.1 64 bit have problems with display's backlight regulation. Keys doesn't respond. And it's always on maximum. I can reduceit via control pannel but changes will be visible only after reload. Please tell me how can I correct it.

P.S. Sound control via hotkeys works normally. And wherecan I find drivers for my operation system? Official HP website has only for windows 7.

Good evening (in Italy is 11.32 PM) to the staff of HP support, I need your help.

 

After installing Windows 10 64 Bit on my HP Pavillion TX2025el, the maximum resolution for the display is 1024x768 instead of the previous one 1200x900.

 

The installed default drivers are Microsoft std but with this I cannot reach the maximum resolution.

 

Please can someone tell some more or help me in finding the right one ? Even trying to install NVIDIA Installer which scan the system and installa the best driver (as just as made on my Previous WINDOWS 7 Professional 64 bit), the system "tells me" that it's impossible to install.

 

Then please help me to solve this problem. I hate my display 1024x768.

 

In case of I didn't find a solution IMUST BACK TO MY AMAZING Windows 7 Professional

I found this forum trying to figure out HOW THE THE WORLD did my laptop screen crack! I have no children in my home,it sits on a laptop table 24/7 i never even used the touch screen function!!! So i get my serial # and product # only to find out the warranty is expired! I did get a good deal at Walmart that said it was an older model that they were clearencing out and now im stuck with this brick because i dont beleive in buying any extra warranties and apparently this is a known problem with HP well shame on you my hard earned money is gone (i save up 5 mos to buy this laptop) i couldnt be more upset i cant get this fixed! I will make dang sure i will NEVER buy another HP product as well as never refer any family of friends to either.

When i'm typing the text size increases out of the blue.  I'm not sure what I'm doing to cause this or what I can do to prevent it.  There's no problem fixing it--I just type <ctrl>- or +.  Still, I shouldn't have to do that.  Any ideas?

i was recently free upgrade from windows-8 to windows-10. The problem is in AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver ,Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver. i was updated drivers to new vertion as mentioned in your website, intel driver from intel website. when i installed these two drivers Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver stops works automatically and quit from right click menu. and also AMD driver also not openng,it shows error message hard ware not supported,not configured.

    In a simple words these two drivers fight,conflict,crash each other.

KINDLY give me working vertion of drivers for windows 10

HP Pavilion 15-e015tx Notebook PC.

THERE IS NO DOWNLOAD OPTION IN YOUR WEBSITE FOR Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver .
