When I first got my HP ProBook 4530s I could get resolution as high as 2048xsomething and now that I had to recovery drive my laptop and go back to windows 7 and start all over again. Now my highest resolution is 1366x768. The icons are huge and I do not like this look at all. I tried finding video drivers for Windows 10 with my model and there are none. I keep trying to install them but they say that, it is not compatible with this version of Windows.

poorer screen resolution after upgrading to windows 10 & installing all drivers
I bought hp 15 ac 044tu notebook recently & installing win-7 professional 64 bit system & all of its drivers from hp website. the system was working correctly.
After few days i upgrade it to windows-10 & install all the drivers from hp's website: http://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-15-ac000-Notebook-PC-series/7771404/model/8326118?sku=M9U99PA&ssfFlag=true#Z7_3054ICK0KGTE30AQO5O3KA30R1
Even after installing amd/intel graphics drivers from above website i still observe poorer screen resolution & it also cant be adjusted in display settingd-->adjust screen resolution.
Plz solve my problem asap.

Camera displays red image in Win 10 and cyberlink youcam
I used Cyberlink's Youcam software at the maximum settings for low light level recording two nights running in order to observe nighttime surveillance on our cat. When I used the Cyberlink default setting to return the recording software to the original settings I got screen playback immages in red. Not my recorded immage, but any immage that the camera now captures plays back in red. The Win 10 camera immage and even Skype programs are in red. Are there camera drivers available for the built in camera or is this a hardware problem? I have rebooted twice with no luck. Any advice will be appreciated.

The band on the screen and warranty
On the top edge of the screen is constantly flashing strip of pixels. And yet, the program assistant wrote that the standard warranty has started last year and ending in December 2015, even though I bought a laptop two weeks ago, with all the documents. Twitches band annoying and what to do with my warranty?!

Screen brightness adjustment issue
I have a HP Pavilion 15-P001TX laptop.I can not adjust the brightness. I tried using the F2 and F3 keys and I tried to adjust it from settings and control panal but the brightness doesn't adjust when I move it up or down. I tried shutting down my computer and restarting it but I still can't adjust the brightness. It hurts my eyes. Help!

I can not update my video driver
I have a problem with my HP dv6. I can't update my video driver (Geforce gt 630m) from Microsoft update or from Nvidia official site. After attempt of update I receive unsupported display driver. My HP Nvidia card works good only with factory driver. Please, help me to resolve my problem.

How to upgrade graphics memory on HP Envy notebooks
Hello,
I have an HP Envy m6 1310sa, it has an AMD A10-5750M APU with AMD Radeon 8650G which is "supposedly" a dedicated graphics processor. The reason for quotation marks is because of the lack of gaming performance this gpu delivers. I have looked online and a majority of websites say it is actually integrated.
My question is, if it integrated or dedicated I would like to know if it is possible to increase the shared/dedicated memory.

blank screen
since i updated win8.1 to win 10 whenever i plug in the charger the screen goes black.
I cannot use the machine until i unplug it,then it is fine,if i plug back kin it goes blank again. when it is blank the machine charges as normal.
can anybody help please?

Verticle Lines Problem
I have an old NC8000 laptop. It works fine but It has four to five verticle lines with following colors. Green Blue Pink White. I dnt use this laptop alot. everytime when I turn the laptop "ON" a new verticle line displays. recently one line started to flicker. I do not understand what is going on with it. when external display attached to it no line appears and all looks fine but on its own screen lines remains the same. I took it to the technician who said I have to change the screen, another one said its a faulty connecing cable than he switched to screen saying you have to change it. and the last one said live with it :-(
Can you please guide as I love this laptop and very disapointed not to resolve this problem.

Display brightness not adjusting
I have downloaded all the necessary drivers as my device came with Free DOS . Device manager shows no unknown devices or as such.My display drivers and graphics card is also recognized.But I am not able to adjust the brightness of the screen display.The 'adjust screen brightness slider' appears but even on changing the slider the screen brightness does not change.
Please suggest me what should I do ?

No Windows 10 for my HP ENVY x2 11-g010nr
I installed Windows 10 on an older PC and like it.
On my Envy X2, I have the Windows 10 reservation icon in the system tray, but when I go to install it, it complains that my Intel Graphics Media Accelerator is incompatible and the installation does not proceed. I've read some workarounds that talk about going to a Lenovo site and downloading their GMA driver, but...come on, HP. You can do better than this.
This was a pretty lame tablet to begin with: horribly slow, terrible WiFi connectivity, the touchpad quit working about three days after the warranty expired, and now this!
Can you please provide your own updated GMA driver so we can at least install Windows 10 without having to hack in a driver update? I know it's possible.

NVIDIA graphics card driver not getting installed in my new HP 15-r244TX (Notebook) laptop
I have bought a new laptop HP 15-r244TX. When I am looking into Device manager I am seeing that 2 drivers are not installed:
1.Intel(R) 8 Series xHCI HC - 9C31
2.3D Video controller
When I am trying to install NVIDIA graphics driver a error is coming up as intel driver not installed.
I have installed Windows7(64 bit) and downloaded driver from the hp site for this laptop model.
I think 3D Video controller represents the NVIDIA graphics driver.
Please help me so that I can properly install these 2 drivers.

I have an HP Compaq Presario CQ60-210US notebook that has an NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G display adapter. Does this have UMA or Discrete graphics memory.

text font on x360 is not right
I had purchased the updated Spectre x360 (Windows preinstalled) last week as Best Buy. After finding stuck pixels, I returned the unit for a new one. The knew one, right out of the box, is diplaying all text in any and all apps, in a grainy-like manner. Everything (text) is not smooth. The best way I can describe it is that the text looks like it is all in a much lower resolution than everything else. I have done all of the Windows updates and the resolution is set at default 2560x1440.

video lags when watching movies
I recently bought hp envy 15 k101tx and it lags while playing offline videos (not on youtube videos ). Precisely speaking , when I play movies or video songs sometimes the videos freeze for a brief time(1-2 seconds) , the screen turns white , pixel cracks and then to synchronize with video it skips .
I updated all the graphics drivers and still problem persists. When multitasking (say playing games in background or copying) it occurs mostly , in 2 or 3 minute video it happens 5-6 times or more (the pixel cracking in white screen ).
Laptop has 8gb of ram and 4gb nvidia gtx 850m and core i5 4th generation cpu.
What should I do because this problem is very irritating ,especially when watching movies with friends .

Horizontal lines during startup
I got my laptop 2-3 days ago. I installed ubuntu 14. and windows 8.1 both
Problem: When I load windows then for 5-6 seconds screen displays horizontal inclined distorted colors lines.
(I can send you images and video also)
Is it a LCD issue, Because in my previous computer problem grew and I ended up replacing LCD.
Please provide solid solutions.
