i got a new laptop around last week and it came with free DOS.
I got most the drivers installed but i cant seem to get the one needed for the AMD Graphics card. Can somebody give me a link to download it? Please and Thank you!

HP ENVY 17-j021nr Notebook PC Need Display adapter drivers for Windows 10
I upgraded to Windows 10 64 bit. After the install my side monitor did not come on. I thought I would have to manually update the drivers. I do not see any "video drivers" for my laptop. I also went to the Nvidia site, Downloaded and installed the drivers for the Nvidia Geforce GT 740m but that did not work. I did the "clean intall" option.
I Called HP support. They said that i needed a higher level of support and transfered me to a different department. This unknown to me named department states that there is a fix for this.That I would have to pay for at least 1 day of support so they could remote into my system and correct the issue. I said how much? They said $100
I simple need drivers that will work for my video card so that I can start using the HDMI output on my laptop. I need the Nvida card to operate at peak performance at some point but for now I am simply asking for compatible display adapter dri vers.

Is there an upgrade for the ATI Mobility Radeon x1300???? AMD said to contact HP. my system can not get the win 10 with out a patch for it to run. Dont have the $$ for new pc either.

Connecting monitor
I connected the monitor to the laptop and it works fine, however, when I close the laptop to "dock" it, gthe machine shuts down.....how do I keep that from happening???.....thanx

HP DV7 6151sd (AMD switchable graphics) fail in Windows 10
I upgraded my DV7 with swithable AMD Radeon HD 6490M GPU to WIndows 10. What a nightmare!!
Switchable GPU fails to work and start-up takes forever (like 4 minutes!). The drivers are there and work OK. I am really dissappointed, as gaming now is a no-go as the computer defaults to the build-in Intel GPU.
Other things that fail to work are bluetooth and the finger scan. I am really sad that an expensive laptop like this is so badly supported by HP upon switching to a new OS.

Why can I not change my resolution to full hd on the built in display?
The display currently allows only 1366X768 (Landscape) . Shouldn't I be able to up the resolution to 1920 x 1080?

Intel HD 4400 install error Windows 10
Hello all,
I have updated to Windows 10 just a few hours ago and I noticed that I the text in general is a bit fuzzy which got me thinking if something is wrong. I tried opening Intel HD graphics control panel from the icon on the taskbar but it's greyed out.
I went online to http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Spectre-13-3000-Ultrabook/5401166/model/6709285#Z7_3054ICK0KGTE30AQO5O3KA30R1 to download the latest Intel Graphic drivers for Windows 10 but I receive an error when trying to install it: " This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."
Tried uninstalling the drivers from Device Manager and then reinstall. Did not solve it.
I'm stuck.
Any ideas? Please help.

Cyberlink Media Suite Wont Play DVDs - Operating system windows 10
My Cyberlink Media Suite no longer plays DVDs. It was working fine, but now says it can't play MPeg2 This started while I was using Windows 8.1 about a week ago. I've now updated to Windows 10, byt the same problem occurs. Any suggestions?

graphic drivers problem
After upgrading to Windows 10 my pc has gone into all sorts of troubles .The graphics driver do not work. due to this , i cannot change my pc's brightness and my pc does not turn off completely .But unlike others my pc boots up quiet fast . Please reply to the querry asap.

Являюсь "счастливым" обладателем Pavilion dv7-6c52er с карточкой 7690m xt на борту. Сказать, что с подбором видео-драйвера я испытываю проблемы - не сказать ничего. Планируется выпуск свежей версии с поддержкой win10? Или поделитесь кто-нибудь советом как вам удалось поставить новые драйвера на эту чудо карту?

Hi just wondering if you managed to sort out this blue flickering issue, I am experiencing the same problem.
I looked at performing a system restore but as nothing works I'm struggling to do this.

probook 450 g1 drivers problem
i upgrade my windows 8.1 to 10
after upgrade i face aproblem in my amd card causes"internal_powe_error"
i remove amd driver and update driver from windows update and it run with know problem but switchable graphic mode

Truevision HD Camera randomly turns off
I'm currently having major issues with the Truevision Camera in the laptop. It randomly turns off, which is both annoying, and forces the software i use to take tests to restart. It just started happening this week, and I'de hope it's somethign easy to fix.

Black screen during start up and waking from sleep
HP Dv7-6b75nr laptop, updated from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 10 "Home" on the 2nd August
Dual Display adapters...AMD Radeon HD Graphics 6700M Series and Intel® HD Graphics 3000
Upgraded to Windows 10 64bit "Home" and now have long periods of black screen…
After boot:
10 seconds of the new Windows 10 icon with the rotating "dots". Followed by 65 seconds of "nothing" on the screen, followed by the "log in" screen that stays on the screen until the desktop appears. The HDD light shows activity for about the first 30 seconds, then a flash or two for the next 30/40 seconds!
From Sleep:
65 seconds of black screen before the "log in" screen appears. HDD light has little or no activity until the "login" screen limps on the screen. I have tried disabling everything from the "Startup" via Task Manager and "Services" via msconfig (disable all except Microsoft products)
I know from past experience, this is normally a driver issues...and I never install drivers unless they are offered by HP for the their HP laptop...So:
I was offered an update from AMD when I finished installing Windows 10 "Home"…I ignored the first offer as I wanted to finish the total setup of "10" (UPDATE: AMD Catalyst Software Suite 15.20.1062.150715a-187146C)
Over the past few days I have spent many hours trying to eradicate this black screen issue
I have installed the AMD Catalyst update shown above, with no resolution...I then installed another update to the driver 15.20.1062.1002 which was offered by AMD ...still no correction...Right now I am back to my Windows 7 64 HP Display drivers (AMD Driver date 7/15/2015 version 15.200.1046.2) & (Intel® Driver date 05/27/2015 Version 9.17.10.4229)...which allow me the opportunity to go and get coffee before I see my desktop…
I tried Windows 8 drivers from the HP website but that did not work either
I disabled the Intel graphic drivers and the screen resolution was terrible!. I have not tried to disable the AMD driver.
Does anyone have an answer?...looking at the post on this site, many have the same issues, so HP get busy...
PS. many more issues with the 10 O.S. which show up in the "Reliability History" report, but most are corrected by disabling the respective "service" from the msconfig program. Windows 10 is definitely not a fast OS on this computer!
In anticipation of a resolution, or I am back to Windows 7!

Touch Screen not working under Windows10
Got this new notebook yesterday, and all runs fine apart from the touchscreen, will not run when booted up under win10, was on phone with support for2 hours, did all the tests, display is working, but once finally booted it does not work, managed to find the latest drivers on the egalaxtouch website, still does not work, tried the latest from MS from the MS Catalog, I'm guessing I'll have to wait for an update or take it back??? love the pc, nice and fast and 6gb 1tb for 399, but no touch screen, not a deal breaker but would be nice to have it working correctly....and the support site when i select my model it gets stuck in a loop continually asking the model number....

Windows 10 Video playback issues
I have an HP Pavilion g6 and currently use Windows 8.1 OS. I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and had major problems playing videos coded into my own website and on other main stream websites too - YouTube videos were not such an issue.
Depending on which internet browser I used, I would either experience a dark green screen and perfect audio or black screen with perfect audio or most frequently, on Chrome, I was gettng hesitant/jumpy video playback and a loud buzzing noise on audio.
Neither Microsoft Support nor Windows Support were able to help me and the final piece of advice was to go back to my old OS, which I have done, and wait for an any future updates!! Great help!
Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a solution? I have tried a number of suggestions, including changing the settings option to gpu rendering from software rendering but no joy.
I'm not a particularly technical sort of person so please go easy on me with your replies.

Can't Adjust Screen Brightness
So ever since I updated to Windows 10, I began having problems with my display driver. I would get messages saying "the display driver stopped working but recovered", something along those lines. So, I decided to update my graphics driver, just to see if that would help problem, but instead I have another problem, I cannot adjust my brightness. I tried the brightness control keys and I've tried to manually adjust by going to display settings in control panel. I've tried reinstalling the graphics driver(didn't work, I didn't expect it too, honestly), I've went to Advanced Display Settings > Display Adapter Properties > Properties > Driver tab > Update Driver, but it says "the best driver software is already installed." I have no idea what to do next?

Need Graphics Driver for Wndows 10
Dear Sir,
I hve done clean install of windows 10 in my HP mini 210-2001tu. All previous Drivers are installed and functioning in my mini PC except Graphics Driver. Since I use another Monitor with this Mini PC, now windows can not detect second monitor probably without Graphics Driver. Installing is not supported in Win 10. My Previous Graphics Drive is named "sp50697" and in My Device Manager there is "Video Controller" in "Other Devices" Category which Hardware Ids are:
