Mine is also having the same issues. No audio, no video. Doesn't work with headphones, all troubleshooting comes back good.

2 extern screens to HP Omen - One with wrong resolution
Hello.
I have a 15-ce002no (HP Omen 15") and a HP USB-C Universal Dock (1MK33AA) connected to this.
Today I bgot my self another cable in order to have two external screens connected to the laptop.
Strange enough I get one of the two working with 1920x1200 and the Laptops screen (1920x1080) but my second external screen is set to 640x480 and I can't get it to work with a proper resulotion. The option to change it is just greyed out.
I've tied to turn off the laptop screen in widows settings, but no change.
Anyone having this problem and solved it? If so... how?
The specs says I should be able to connect 2 4K or 1 5K screen, and i'm not even close to those resolutions....

Low FPS during graphics benchmark and gaming
Hello. Recently I just came across a problem I never had before. In the past, my computer ran games and graphic tests well, never had any problems. And now I installed some games again and got this problem.
So the problem is that I get 5-20 FPS during graphics tests or gaming, it doesnt matter what quality is set. I tried reinstalling windows several times, reinstalling drivers, trying to optimize performance with sliders in AMD vision engine center. Nothing helped. During the test, cpu and memory usage is small, according to task manager. The computer is not overheating and is dustfree. I thought it was power supply problem but there is no difference doing the test with or without battery, so I doubt it could be power supply problem.

Letter Keys not working
At Windows Logon Screen, the letter keys are not working. Pressing them causes no response. Number keys work. I turned of laptop and plugged in an external keyboard and had the same results. My password has letters in it so I cannot log on.
I turned of the computer and restarted pressing the ESC key to get to the startup menu. I was able to use the keyboard arrow keys to navigate to the keyboard test and all the keys including the letter keys work on the HP test.
Back at the windows login screen, they still don't work. After several attempts, the windows login screen said I had entered the wrong password several times and it asked me to enter the code A1B2C3 to get back to the logon screen. I thought it wouldn't work becasue the letter keys aren't working but it did! So after entering A1B2C3 in the lock out text box, it took me back to the logon screen and once again, the letter keys would not work.
Any help would be much appriceated since I cannot get logged in.

Using my hp monitor as a secondary monitor for my laptop
Aloha,
I am using my HP w2558hc monitor on my Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop as a secondary monior. I am unable to use the additional features on the monior like the camera mic so on and so forth and I am wondering is there a way to do that or is this mainly supposed to be used on a desktop computer? Also I currently have it connected via HDMI. Please let me know what you can do to help or help me adapt it better to my laptop.

Orange light blink
Have a ProBook 6570B. Last couple of days, even after full shutdown, orange light doesn't stop blinking. Ran HP's diagnostic test but it gets stuck at the 10% mark of the video memory check (full or fast checks.) No problems with booting up or restarting the computer but the light doesn't stop (including overnight with the notebook turned off and unplugged. No sign of battery drain either. Completely puzzled.

Please help me re-download the camera application

I own an HP laptop with a Window 10 software (unaware of the model type)
Today, while trying to chat with my friends on skype, I noticed that my camera was appearing in a blank and white filter. After mentioning it, My friends said they saw it too. Thinking it was just the application that was acting up, I opened the Camera application to find out it was my internal camera.
I read many forums on the different solutions I could use and none of them worked. While trying one of these methods, I ended up deleting the camera application and can no longer use any application that requires my camera on my laptop.
This being said, I was wondering if anyone could help me understand what I could do to download HP Truevision HD again.

Visual glitch/sound issues
Hi,
I keep getting various issue with my Spectre X360.
I keep encountering stuck graphics/pixels, or when moving an open browser/file explorer i get a line of pixels from the edge of that program frozen in place. They go after a little while but when processing images and video these anomalies get very annoying.

I've also got sound related issues, When I use headphones, no matter what volume I set it doesn't adjust and the output stays at full (yet shows on screen as adjusting) until I reach 0% and it mutes.
I've had the laptop since december 2016, so it's now out of warranty and seems to be developing more issues as time goes on. I feel let down that this laptop seems to be detoriating in quality faster than any i've owned before.
I've struggled in finding solutions to these issues online.

HP Spectre x360 15-ch010nd - can I use both touch screen and Bluetooth mouse together?
Newbie question: I don't own a laptop (yet). Focussing on HP Spectre x360 15-ch010nd
Out of curiosity: can the touch screen work together with a Blue tooth mouse?
Or should either one be deactivated, i.e. it is either touch screen or blue touth mouse.

HP ENVY X360 15m won't rotate after the last windows update

after the last windows update, my HP ENVY X360 15m -BQ1XX won't automatically rotate the screen.
Any suggestion to fix it?
I reinstalled windows to the previouse version, and it is working fine, but i had to stop the update service...
Here the current windows version:

touchpad issues
Hi all,
I have a problem with this notebook which im hoping someone has some suggestions to fix.
The issue is with the touchpad. It freezes.. and with no particular pattern. Sometimes it may work for a few minutes.. other times it faults within a few seconds. Once it has frozen...only pressing the escape key will get it to operate again.. until the next time it freezes.
There are no other issues.
So far i have-
Made sure the touchpad is clean and buttons are not sticking
Made sure all windows updates are... upto date.
Checked for and downloaded available software to the touchpad drivers
Carried out a disk clean up
Deleted itunes (seemed to freeze alot when this program was open and i could never close the program in the conventional way- but this was probarly coincidence).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as i have exhausted all my ideas!

hp spectre 500 mouse stops working
just bought envy 17-ae103na laptop with a hp spectre 500 bluetooth mouse.
all works ok for about an hour then the mouse pointer stops moving on the screen, all of the buttons still work though

Auto-Cursor double HID entries
Upon restarting the cursor auto clicks randomly all over the screen. When finally able to get to desktop the cursor continues to auto run, clicking all over the screen. After forcing Device Manager open I am able to uninstall the "TWO"
HID Compliant TouchScreen controlers. This stops the cursor auto running and am able to control cursor normally.
If the computer reboots for any reason - the problem returns.
This problem is documented all over these forums. What has been done to fix it? I, like many others have tried all that has been suggested but to no avail.

No display on external display during booting / bios screen
Hello, I have a small but annoying issue with my notebook.
I use my notebook as a desktop pc, using an external display and wireless keyboard.
When I turn on my laptop, the display won't swith to external display during the boot time. So the notebook's screen remain active until Windows loading to the login screen, during this time there is a "no signal" message on external display.
Even in bios, it uses the notebook screen, not the external. It's weird because I have an another configuration that works well, I think it should display the bios and boot screen immediately on external display.
There is a key combination to switch the notebook display to external (Fn+F4 or simply F4 according to current hotkey settings in bios) it works well in Windows, but no effect while booting!
When Windows reach the login screen everything is OK, I have problem only with boot screen / bios. (no signal message on TV)
The notebook connected to external display with HDMI cable. (Only that way is possible).
I want to solve this problem because I won't open the lid every time when I need enter the bios, or do other boot commands.
My model: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab205nh
External display: LG TV with HDMI connection
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Touch Screen doesn't work after update
Hi,
I have an HP Pavilion x360 11-n008sv netbook with win8.1 preinstalled bought in 2014. After several updates the OS is now Win 10 1803 - 17134.48. Before the last update (1803) the touchscreen was working perfectly! Since that windows update, it stopped working. I run an dignostics check from the BIOS and it works fine. But when windows starts, touchscreen doesn't work. I checked the Device Manager and there is no "USB touchscreen controller" to disable/enable or reinstall. Finally, on windows settings says "No pen and touch input is available for this display".
My netbook has always had touchscreen working. Now it's like it never had!
I'd appreciate any help.

HP Spectre Pen stopped working
Hi,
I recently purchased an hp spectre 360 and it came with a stylus pen. After using it for 4 months it stopped working. I bought batteries and it still didn't worked. I tried installing, unistalling/reinstalling select drivers. I also got set up on automatic updates with HP Support.
Any assistance would be appreciated on how I can get my pen to work.

Re: Screen dimming / brightening strangely
Running Windows 7 - This was happening when my laptop was plugged in and the battery was full but as I was using it, it kept changing between fully charged and charging mode quite frequently. It seems that even though it was plugged in it was using the "on battery" power plan while charging so the answer was to make the screen brightness the same for both plans. Right click on the battery icon in the tray choose adjust screen brightness then click on "change plan settings" for your chosen plan and adjust the brightness for the "on battery" and "plugged in" plan settings to the same level.
Probably a misinterpretation of a flag somewhere in the programming...

Screen is going crazy (magenta, lines, image appears burned into background, etc)
I haven't had any problems previously with my computer, but as of yesterday it's been acting up. The screen has been turning green, magenta, and even black. There are flickering lines as well. It also appears that despite closing the tab that a faint image of my google chrome screen is burned into it and stayed there even after restarting it. Any idea what a possible solution could be?
