My webcam can't be detected. I called on toll free no. and an engineer came and looked into the problem. He ordered a new webcam for me. My laptop is under manufacturer warranty. Will I have to pay for the new webcam?

Problem with AMD switchable graphics
Hello everyone,
Few weeks ago my hdd died and I bought new WD Green 240GB ssd. After that my switchable graphics is not working. When I enable switchable graphics in BIOS menu and after a restart I only get black screen, laptop works but display is not. But again when I disable switchable graphics, laptop starts normally. Before my hdd died everything worked perfectly and then I got 2-3 blue screens. I can't install graphics drivers until I enable switchable graphics in BIOS menu first. I would really appreciate your help.
My laptop is HP ProBook 4340s with 8GB of RAM running Windows 10 Pro.

Games not displaying correctly.
Ever since I've had my HP Pavilion, every game that I play I encounter an issue where part of the screen is cut off from the bottom. Is there anything I can do to fix this as it's becoming rather annoying.
For example, this is a print screen from a game. As you can see, the bottom part of the select item is chopped off. This seems to happen when windowed or full screen. I am using Nvidia graphics.

HPx360 Troubles
So I plugged my HPx360 up to my tv using an Xbox one HDMI cord, and now my screen is black. I can't see anything on the laptop, but when I plug it back in to the TV, I can see what's supposed to be showing. I can also touch the laptop screen and interact with the touchscreen features. I just can't see what's on the actual laptop screen without using the HDMI cord. Can someone help me fix this issue? I need my laptop for school.

ProBook 470 G0 Graphic driver on Windows 10
Hi,
after updateing the Notebook to Windows 10 the device manager shows a message that the Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver will be stopped after an error.
Version: 10.8.10.4358 (21.12.2015)
The display works normal, but I can not use an external HDMI device. At plug in the device I'll get an universal error message that it is not working.
Is there a newer driver available? The standard Intel driver is not able to install.

EXTERNAL MONITOR DOES NOT WORK!
Hi,
I want to connect my hp spectre x360 via the usb c port with my external monitor which does not seem to work at all. The monitor seems to recongnise something for a second but shuts of due to "no signal" after that.
I have verified that the capble (usb c to hdmi) works on a Dell xps notebook, and the monitor works with all other machines.
Further I have updated every driver from the HP website.
What else can I do to get my external monitor to work with my HP notebook?

Broken hinges on lap top
Both of the hinges on this computer are broken and causing the case to split. Also causing the disc drive to not work properly. Wondering who I need to talk to to get this issue fixed.

Screen Brightness fn keys not working
I have several ZBooks (15 G4 and 14u G4) where the function keys for display brightness (fn+f5 or fn+f6) do not work under Windows 10 Pro. The other function keys do work, such as volume or keyboard backlight.
I have already update the BIOS and video drivers, but there is no HP Hotkey Support driver available for these models.
What else can be done to get the screen brightness hot keys working?

Computer freeze with AMD Radeon Adrenaline graphics driver and software
I have tried to install numerous times the AMD graphics (Radeon Adrenaline) which is according to HP and AMD is compatible, yet everytime I install i get random freeze up and the only way to get out of this, the dreadful power button which isnt good. I can not get it to respond to any other commands. Any suggestions as to what I can do ?? The graphics are killer for sure and since its what AMD and HP recommed there shoudl be a remedy??? HP Pavilion 15 ab 15nr, A10-8700P Radeon R6 (1.80 GHz ) & 8GB Ram - 64 bit operating system. Or is there another driver and software that is compatible.

Mouse Icon moves uncontrollably
My screen moves, it zooms in or out , and opens web pages. Mouse icon goes up and down by itself. I am using it in desktop mode, touch screen seems working very well, but I don't know why mouse icon moves on its own

Lost Functionality of Brightness Control Keys
We just received three Elitebook 850 G3's and recently began to set them up. We use a Windows 10 bootable media via USB on every new product to blow off all bloatware and unnecessary things and clean install Windows 10. These laptops are the first to lose this functionality controlling the brightness with the keys. The brightness can be controlled in "Settings" and "Control Panel," just not with the "fn" + "f5/f6." I have updated all drivers installed via Windows Update, and HP Support Assistant. I have uninstalled display drivers and reinstalled them. I will note also, that the Screen Brightness fn are the only keys not working. I am stumped.

Video Drivers
I recently got this laptop in December. It has done pretty well for me but the thing is I despise WIndows 10 due to Eating up RAM, just the way it looks etc. So i decided maybe i should dual boot the pc so i can run more than 1 OS. I dual booted Windows 10 and Windows 8.1. I got most of my drivers but i cannot get my video driver. (Intel UHD Graphics 620)
It seems it is not Supported on Windows 8.1 and below. Is there any fix or possibly a way to get a modded driver.

My HP spectre 360 spontaneously cracked
I have had my laptop for a year and a half; I haven’t dropped it, bumped it, leaned on it, anything. The other day I went to open it on my desk and there was a crack in the bottom left corner of the screen. After googling, it seems this has been an issue with this product.

Screen color
Hi All,
the color on the 4K display on this laptop are awful and I have tried my best to calibrate it by playing with the Intel UHD Grapgic color control but I can not display the correct colr like all my other HP Laptop, (HP Envy 17 2013 model 1920X1080, HP Pavilion DV7 1920X1080, HP HDX Series 1920x1080)
I have spent almost 2 hours on the phone this morning with tech support to resolve , they made me remove both Intel and nvidia from device manager , download the software again re-install the software and that did not fix the issue, they transfered me to another dept. that want it 99$ without any guarntee that they will solve my problem, when I declined specially there are no guarantee they transfered me to another Dept. and their solution was to reset my compyter , of course that is not a valid choice at all specially the color problem existed from day one.
all what I'm looking for is someone that can provide me with the color, Hue and saturation setting that give the correct color.
