Hello community,
I bought HP Pavilion 15au111TX an year back and the display is showing flickering issue where the screen turns black when my mobile phone is kept or even when it is the flight mode.
HP team has confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect and that many systems were recalled at the starting of sale period.
Now when I recognised the problem, they are accepting their fault in all the mails and telling me to put the mobile phone away completely. In these times of smartphones and tablets, how am I supposed to follow this lame excuse that they are giving me. Please community I have had a horrid experience with cutomer support since last 6 months and 3 service engineers have visited my home for remedy and all of them told me to contact HP company for refund or recall. But daily phone calls from HP team telling them the issue and explaining it repeatedly since last few months has been no less than a mental torture.
I do not know in which world customer is the king because these companies like HP think that customer is the most helpless in this and I am so frustrated that opting for social media like many other customers with no expectation has been my last resort.
Please help me or tell me a solution as my display flickers so much that it is hard to even type this message.
