Does anyone know how to fix this.
There is no upper left double tap area. I have tried it a million times!

Large monitor issue with display port
Hi,
I've got a problem on a brand new Elitebook 820 G4.
I connected to a Samsung TV using Displayport, but the screen on the TV is just black.
The TV is recognized and I'm able to find it in montior settings. VGA-works fine.
I tried following:
- Changed between different resolutions
- Upgrade graphic drivers
- Tried on another TV (same brand)
- Changed displayport-to-hdmi cable
However, following setup is working fine with displayport:
- Adapter Displayport -> HDMI
- HDMI cable -> DVI
External monitor that I used is a BenQ G2220HD.
Any ideas?

the quality of the products hp
Hello! I recently purchased the hp b223w on Ebay all-in-one. The computer came in a brand new sealed original package. however, when I turned on the computer, I saw that there was dust under the touchscreen. and from below the touchscreen loosely fits the screen-there is a gap. How could this happen? is that how the quality of HP products fell? I still have a monitor HP L1520, bought in 2002, no burnt pixel. I don't know how long this computer will work.

Random Very Low FPS when Starting a game
My issue is a weird one, I have been trying for a whole month to fix my issue and I simply couldn't. My issue is that I'm suddenly getting very low fps when I start a game, not during when a game is running, but when I start a game fresh. The fps is usually very much unplayable, around 3-7 fps. For example I will take the Witcher 3 game, with my settings I usually have around 35-50 fps, when I try to launch it it is at 7 fps. I close the game, start it again fps is normal, I finish playing, start the game next day or a few hours later I have the same issue. The times at which I get normal fps vs very low fps is usually 1 for 5. Before anyone asks, yes I have my setting for my nividea control panel set up correctly, and yes the games are using the correct garphics card not the integrated one from Intel. I tried everything, I even reached the pointed where I reset my whole device to no avail. I suspect the problem started when one of the updates rolled in for the drivers, yet I seem the only one with such issue. The GPU is fine, I can tell since when my laptop decided to work normally the fps is within what I usually play at, even when I play for extended periods of time I get no drops what so ever. I really hope someone here can actually help me.

Extremely Zoomed in Videos (created and streaming)
All videos, streaming or created, are unable to be watched, because they are zoomed in so far you cannot tell what you are watching. Started about 48hrs ago, updated drivers, installed Win 10 latest version, checked every setting I know or can find but nothing works. The thumbnails look correct, but when the video plays it's extremely zoomed in. I have checked for similar issues, and it seems to be the same across the board as others have had. But I don't see anything that has worked, and I have tried most of the proposed solutions. I do not run IE, or Edge, I prefer and will remain on Chrome. So any solutions should address a Chrome fix. I have done everything in my power to resolve this issue, but nothing works. Please help me, I don't want to have to buy a new laptop just to watch videos.

Spectre screen burn
Hi!
Since I bought it a couple of years back my spectre has tended to wake up from standby mode even when closed. I have no idea why this happens. It has been a bother.
Today I got home after being away for a couple of days and found my closed laptop powered on, God knows for how long, with the welcome screen burned into the display.
It won't go away. Turning it off and letting it rest doesn't help. It is a hardware issue - I confirmed this by testing on an external display. How do I fix this?
(It is relevant that the issue that caused this has been present since the day I bought the PC - I would therefore also like to to know where to turn for a full refund of the product, should HP be disinclined to pay for the repairs)

identify part number
Hello, I am trying to identify the part number of the screen cable, I have removed the screen but the ink isnt very legible on the sticker, looks like DD0687L0081, but cant find a part with that number, for some time the screen was going off if i moved the lid and now isnt working at all, tested with a monitor ok so am assuming its the cable, can anyone tell me what the correct part number is?, thanks.

Does the new 15" spectre x360 come with tilt or not?
Im aware the 13" model did last year and 15" didnt.
Ive seen reports from youtube that the 2018 8th gen model comes with tilt enabled for the pen.
Can anyone comfirm this is the case?

Brightness control FN keys don't work's, also ALT+F4
Hi, after Windows 10 clean instalation brightness control with FN keys don't works.
Every other FN's are working (volume, keyboard backlight, mute, wireless etc).
Also ALT+F4 (FN+ALT+F4) Windows shortcut isn't working.
Tried to install HP Softkey Support - no effect.
Please help.

ZBook 17G3 with TB3 Dock will not display on Second Monitor and no USB Chained Devices
Absolutely frustrated beyond belief.
Have a high end workstation and dock and cannot function worth anything.
The first issue is that the unit recognizes the second external monitor (indentified in the display settings) but will not display. Once in a while the monitor blinks on but then goes back to sleep. Both external monitors are connected via DisplayPort. Both are identical EliteDisplay 221i units. Switching the connections on the dock moves the issue from one monitor to the other. Driver issue or hardware issue? What do I do to get both monitors functional?
The second issue is that I have a seven (7) port USB hub connected to one of the USB ports on the dock. The dock will only recognize the first device connected to the hub. All of my devices are recognized individually when plugged into the hub but no more than one at a time. How do I get access to all of my devices?
I cannot believe that such expensive hardware which is supposed to be state of the art (latest technology) can be so unfunctional and such a step backwards.

My laptop screen will not rotate in the entertainment (tent) position. It did the first few times and then stopped. It is a new laptop... I have ensured that the tablet mode is on.

The question is, would for example:

Screen assembly be compatible with my:
HP Spectre 13-4101no x360
or any other screen assembly from their lineup, the dimensions and resolution seem to match and it looks exactly the same, but what exactly does dx or no mean? If i understood correctly it a locational code?

Cursor moving to a different line when typing
When typing, the cursor will without rhyme or reason move to a different line on the screen. I can't say how long it has been doing this but it does seem to be worse now. First, has this already been reported and is there a fix? Thanks.

HDMI connection to wacom cintiq 13hd
I just purchased a cintiq 13hd which connects with HDMI cable to show monitor and USB to connect tablet aspects.
I have already plugged this into my desktop and the cintiq tablet works perfectly.
When I go to plug it into my laptop, it does not recognize anything plugged in.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the cintiq driver as well as updated my intel graphic driver multiple times. Still no luck.
Have also tired the F7 button for display and it still does not recognize anything.
I have also tried plugging in another monitor that is not a tablet and that does not work either. How can I fix the HDMI port?
