I have a black screen on my touchscreen 310 1125f i need help!
I was on my hp touchsmart 310 1125f and had to go to town and take care of some things, and when I got back on the computer there was just a black screen! So I turned it off and restarted it and everything booted up ok, you can here it boot up and the fan is working, I took the back off and cleaned it all up and blew all the dust out and still have black screen! Can anybody help me!

Dual Screen with Hp 22cwa
Im tryig to dual screen with my 22cwa, but I'm at a complete standstill. I've connected the vga cable to a vizio M220MV. Ive tried having it detect the cable, but of course it isn't. Am I skipping a step? Or an the 22cwa not even dual screen?

HP Pavilion 17-ab315ur slow down
Laptop HP Pavilion 17-ab315urt. The Laptop begins to throttle(slow down) in any graphic application (Games etc.) upon heating of the graphics card according to the sensors is up to 70 degrees Celsius. This leads to the inability to use it. In this case, the fans do not even go to full capacity. The laptop is brand new. Also have second laptop HP 15-bc200ur no problems in the stress tests, the temperature rises to 81~ degrees, the fans are at full strength, but throttling(braking) does not occur!

bitlocker prompt for password does not show when docked
I have a HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 and HP Elite 90W Thunderbolt 3 Dock.
The prompt for the bitlocker password does not display on my external monitors when I close the lid of my laptop and power the laptop via the docking station. Are there any bios settings to bring the HP Elite 90W Thunderbolt 3 Dock online to display the bitlocker screen?
My current solution is to connect to the dock, open the lid, power the laptop, input the bitlocker password, and then close the lid.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Now even this time you crossed all your limit by saying you need laptop for max three days and collected it on 8 jan 2018. Now today its 30 jan. So as i confirmed i am not going to accept the same laptop because i trusted earlier on your faith multiple time and i stuck with same issue repetitively. So i will prefer only replacement so either you replace the laptop or use this laptop from my side if you because till now you people are only using this laptop since 2.5 years. Only thing just update this by mail similar to case closing. Because as usual you people are always in hurry to just close the case no matter weather system work or not so i am used to of that. I will again clarify you laptop is with you. You are using the laptop always as you wish. So if you need some more experiment you can do because its better known to me what did you did in last 2.5 year and specially in last 20 days with this laptop. Thanks for closing case. Thanks for accepting and carrying laptop with yourself( HP team) for all experiment. Now you are free to do whatever you like in future if you wish. HP Pavilion x360 touchscreen issues
My HP Pavilion x360 all-in-one laptop's touchscreen only seems to be working along the top of the screen. It works perfectly fine along the top of the screen and doesn't seem to register at all any further down than the 2 cm strip at the top.
I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps yet no help.
I'm currently a student and love taking my notes on my laptop so a quick reply would be loved! Thank you!

Display Driver Issues
Hey,
I've been having some issues with my laptop recently. Artifacting on certain graphics, even in non graphics intensive programs like excel. Youtube Videos have been another area where I have seen it. It was once was so bad that the computer locked up. I have seen this as an issue with HP devices with Ryzen 5 2500U APU, as can be seen on the AMD forums. I think an update is needed for the graphics driver.

Dark Patch On Brand-New Laptop Screen
Literally bought a brand-new laptop yesterday (HP Laptop 15-bs1xx). Haven't dropped it, scratched it, or otherwise damaged it in any way that would produce this result. In fact, I've barely used it. Just been browsing the web for the past hour and all of a sudden this noticeable dark spot pops up on my screen (picture attached). Needless to say, I'm pretty annoyed.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how to combat it?

Graphics and lockup issue post windows 10 update
Since a recent windows 10 update (early 2018) my probook began locking up. After sometime I removed almost everything from the startup menu and it now runs without locking up but randomly (several times an hour) drops the graphics to a dark grey screen (nothing but the mouse icon) and after a short period the screen comes back to life.
I have noted that I have 2 display drivers in control panel: AMD Radeon R7 M340 and Intel(R) HD Graphics 520
A Dxdiag check shows that the Intel graphics is the Full Display device type and the AMD is a Render-only display type.
Can anyone advise me if this could be the cause of my graphics behaviour issue.

Hi. In settings-screen-video card property, I see that total gpu is 2284 MB, and the dedicated gpu is 512 MB... can I increase dedicated gpu using a bit of shared gpu (1772 MB)?

USB Type-C connection issue between HP laptop and LG monitor
hi, i have a LG 34CB99-W 34" monitor
and HP ENVY x360 - 15-aq273cl laptop
both have a USB Type-C and i purchased them main reason both of them have a USB Type-C
but they don't work each other
any ideas why they don't support each other ?
laptop connected as "USB 3.0 and Texas instruments USB Billboard Device" and it keep says " USB Device functionality might be limited "

HP Elite x2 Stylus Jittery
I work in the Desktop Support positon at my company.
We use the X2 as a tablet for Assessors to lodge reports, however when one tries to use the stylus the pointer jitters all over the screen and double clicks items at random, opens the wrong item, or goes to the bottom of the list.
I have replaced the stylus, and I have also un-installed the drivers and restarted the device to reinstall them, however the issues then returns after a short time.
As the issue is only on this device so far, so I am not sure what else to do with it.
The only other thing I have thought to do is reinstall the SOE, but I would rather not do that due to the time the assessor would lose.
Any ideas what to try would be great.

Left side of the creen is faded dark
The left side of my screen is faded dark (hard to see the windows icon, toolbar etc). At first, it seemed to be able to go back to its normal state after restarting the computer or putting it in sleep mode, but the fadedness reappeared after bending/touching the screen. Eventually, the fadedness became permanent.
The malfunction is only visible on the computer itself, not when casted or connected to a TV screen, and apart from the fadedness on the screen, the computer works fine, despite being 4,5 years old.
Has anyone else experienced the same or a similar thing?
