My screen is stuck at a 90 degrees tilt.
I am very confused. My children were playing with my computer and now it is stuck at a rotation of 90 degrees. Yes i have tried control alt up arrow and that did not work. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Touchpad issues
My touchpad starts to do it's own thing after the PC runs a few minutes. The pointer cannot be controlled and eventually starts clicking on stuff on it's own. I have a terrible time even trying to restart or shut down because the pionter is just moving on it's own so clicks out of the area I try to use. HELP!

Desktop file names are too small
Hi,
I recently had to roll back the driver due to my screen being completely the wrong size.... this worked everywhere or so I though.... As however I still have the issue of my desktop files having the smallest of all writing, to which I can’t seem to find a solution to resolve it... PLEASE HELP ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Hooking up second monitor
Is there a way to hook up a second monitor to my desktop, I do not have monitors that support hdmi, there is a back plate at the bottom of the desktop that says do not remove. Is that where i would find an additional dvi or vga port?

HP IR camera not being recognizzed by windows for windows hello.
Just got this laptop a few days ago and on the box under the list of features, it has listed "HP IR" camera. When setting up the laptop I wanted to use windows,hello, but this was unavailable. I had figured it was because I had not signed into Windows yet, so after I signed in, windows hello is still unoperational. I have run the Windows troubleshooter, downloaded the mose recent driver software for the IRcamera, and run the hp support assistant for missing or dropped programs. All have led to no success. Can someone help m, please?

TouchPad can move mouse, but no gestures
The touchpad on my ProBook works for moving the mouse, and I can click, however I cannot use gestures like scrolling with the touchpad. My current driver is outdated (from 2006) but every time I update it to the automatically found one, or the driver listed on the HP website for Probook 450 g1, I can use the touchpad and all its gestures but cannot click with the mouse. So each time I roll it back. Any advice? I know scrolling isn't a "necessary" function, but it's a helpful one!

Defective USB-C to HDMI Adapter
My USB-C to HDMI Display Adapter that I purchased with my HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac075nr has worked poorly since I purchased it, frequently losing the connection to the monitor that it is plugged into (every 20-40 seconds). I am not sure if this is a problem with the Adapter or with the settings on either my Spectre or the display monitor.
Anyone else have similar issues with their Adapter? My conversations with Customer Support have led me to Techincal Support links that are broken and do not display the product that they sold me... help!!!

I have a new Envy laptop and a new LG monitor. The extend monitors function is not working properly.
I bought a LG monitor. I have gone to settings to "extend monitors." While the mounse icon goes back and forth between the laptop monitor and LG monitor, when I try to open up an application on the laptop monitor, it does not appear. Instead, the only thing that appears is on the LG monitor.

Blank Screen
Yesterday, when I turned on the computer, the screen is blank.
I have done several hard reboots, including removing the battery. You can see the power light illuminate and you can hear the computer spin up, but the screen remains blank.
It is just over a year old and worked fine last week.
Any suggestions?

Touch pad and Touch Screen not working
Hello,
I've had my laptop for a couple months now. About a week ago, I woke my computer from sleep mode and I found that the touch pad had stopped responding. The cursor did not appear on the screen and the mouse buttons did not do anything. However, the touch screen was still funtioning. Based on the suggestions provided to other questions on here, I checked to ensure that I did not accidentally turn the touchpad off. I then attempted to update the BIOS but it appears that my computer already has the latest version. I also updated all the drivers. When the drivers finished installing, I restarted my computer and I discovered that the touch screen no longer was functioning. I am able to navigate on my computer using a USB mouse, but these issues appear to keep getting worse. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Touch Pad Stopped Working HP Elite x3 Lap Doc
I plugged in a usb old style mouse via an adapter. Started working immediately, great. Then I unplugged the mouse the next day, went on a trip, have no mouse with me. Guess what, my touch pad does not work, it was fine before I plugged the external usb mouse in.

Two finger scrolling doesn't work
My two finger scrolling randomly stops working. When I first turn on the laptop or open it, the two-scrolling works fine usually. However, sometimes after I've been using the laptop for a couple minutes, the two finger scrolling will randomly stop working. This sometimes happens after I open PDFs or too many tabs, but I'm not sure if correlation is causation. Is there any advice I could get on how to pinpoint the problem?

Spectre x360 - hooking up 2 monitors
I have the issue, but with the CableMatters Thunderbolt docking station. I have the 15 in Spectre connected to the doc via TB, and the two monitors connected via TB USB-HDMI and DP-DP from the doc. I can only get the laptop to recognize 1 external monitor.
Probably missing some setup option, so perhaps someone can provide some step by setup setup?

Always at 84% - 21 min until full charge
I have had the HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC for 3 years now. When I keep the charger plugged in, it shows 84%, 21 minutes until full charge, when it should be charged 100 %.
Also, sometimes when I unplug it and plug it back in it shows "plugged in, not charging"
This happens all the time, it is very frustrating for I am a college student and my lectures are 2.5+ hours long and I need my laptop charged before classes.
Please get back to me ASAP!

Laptop slow buffer on videos / gifs / images
Everytime I click on a video / gif or image, it takes ages to load. Then when it loads, it only loads a small portion of the content and then it just stops and I have to refresh my page.
This only happens on Non-Youtube websites. Also, I have tried this on several different internet connections, including my own 4G tethering and it is still having the issue. My download speed is excellent so I can only presume that this is a Laptop problem. All vids / gifs / images load fine on my phone using the same internet connection - also tried different browsers.
