Had to have Staples Tech Install Windows 10 complete. Trying to install "second Life" but it says my display software needs updated before it can install.

Some lines come and go when i watch videos

I just bought today my new hp pavilion x360. Everything looks fine is just when i watch videos in youtube for example some lines (diffrent colour) come and go. I update the driver but nothing, still the same....im thinking to contact with the supplier and send it back for checking

Screen fading with color bars.
Hello,
In mid-to-late September I sent my laptop in for repairs for a cracked screen. I got it back but now it has a different hardware issue. I've been having an issue where display seems to freeze, colored bars form vertically on the screen and the image fades to gray. At first I thought it was just a weird driver issue when it happened so I thought nothing of it but in the last few weeks it's been getting more frequent.
Judging from other posts on the same subject, this is a hardware issue.
This is on top of a minor image persistence issue but that I was willing to put up with.

Intel HD Graphics being used instead of GPU
When trying to play games on my laptop it isn't using the MX150 Graphics card that comes with the laptop (always 0% usage in performance monitor) i have updated the drivers and tried reinstalling them several times. I've also looked in the BIOS for any options to change this but found nothing and have even done a factory reset of the operating system and im still not getting anywhere. Any idea what the problem could be?

Hello everyone! That's the question: I have 1600x900 pixels display on my HP EliteBook 8770W, i know that they have also 1920x1080 display on that model. Is it possible to put that better resolution display on my laptop? Thank you! (Sorry for bad English)

I can't turn on my touchscreen
I think when I first got this laptop, I turned off the touchscreen. Now I want to turn it back on and I don't know how. When I go to Device Manager and expand my Human Interface Devices, there is no HID Compiant touchscreen even listed.

I can' play mkv files(27es monitor)

Can anyone direct me to where I can find either an AC Adapter or battery charger for an HP t250 digital camcorder?
The adapter would need a Mini Type D male plug which is not easy to find.

Print issues
Since I installed the new ink-cassettes I can´t prin A5 format. A4 is working, but A5 is ripped into peaces with the new ink vcassette. There were no problem before with 301 XL cassettes.
I do have to mangae to print A5 format as well.

How to tell if my FHD screen is a genuine or a fake one?
I had my screen replaced from HP, and the colours on the new screen are a bit different. The red is too bright and the green looks like faded. The white screen looks a bit odd(tinge of blue). Is it normal for a new screen? Did not have this issue the previous time it got changed. Is there any way to check for the authenticity?

How do I increase my vram on my HP Envy 14-3009tu
Right now I have 32 mb of dedicated vram but I want to increase it, I tried using regedit but it did not do the job. I obviously cannot use the bios as there is no advanced tab.
My video specs are:
Intel 3rd Gen HD Graphics 4000 with 2GB of VRAM

key being pressed automatically
Hi when i start this laptop i see dot(.) key is being pressed automatically !!!. So i can't navigate my laptop. If i press ctrl key then it stops. so i can't work for this. Previously i saw delete key was being pressed automatically as when i put cursor on texts, i saw texts was being deleted.
I uninstalled the keyboard driver and restarted laptop but problem remains.

Glitching laptop screen
Hello - when I turn my laptop on, the screen goes as the attached image, with horizontal lines covering 99% of the screen. Only the top 1% is functional, the rest is frozen. Then after 3-4 minutes, it goes to normal and the laptop works fine.
it only does it when starting up usually. I tend to notice it is more common when I've taken the laptop with me for work during the day and it's been in my car boot in cold temperatures
is this likely to be a failing graphics chip?

HP Envy x360 15-bq051sa VRAM very low?
Hi, i recently purchased a HP Envy x360 15-bq051sa laptop, and was very impressed at first until it wouldn't run games any better than my previous laptop which was of a much lower spesc. I looked in DXDIAG in windows and it says i only have 486MB og Display Memory, but have 4310MB Total, so my question is how do i access the whole 4GB. I know this isn't on about overall system memory as i have 8GB of that, but am confused as to why it sayts total available and isnt using it all. Any help or advice would be appreciated as i have even been through the (very restricted) BIOS and found nothing to change anything there either :/ I have included a couple of screenshots if they help understand my problem at all.

New HP Envy X360 running VERY HOT right out of the box!!
Just unpacked brand new HP Envy X360, and it is running extremely hot and the fan is loud, right out of the box. I am quite concerned, as in the reviews I read prior to purchase I did not come across this issue.
