I need to replace screen for my laptop
The touch from my HP is broken so I need to replace it, led display is perfect just the screen is cracked so I need to find the way to replace it. I`ve been looking for the spare part with no results. Is there any way I can find a replacement part for it???

Envy 360 Not Recognizing Second Monitor
Hello.
I have a laptop (Envy 360) with Windows 10 and two monitors. Only one of the monitors is being recognized, which is plugged into my HDMI port on the laptop. The second monitor has and HDMI cord plugged into a USB Type-C Multi-Adapter (j5 Create). The adapter works because I can use my wireless mouse and keyboard with it. I've tried updating the drivers for the Monitors, Display Adapters, and BIOS.

TouchScreen Not Working
Hi. i hope to resolve this problem. my touch screen is not working. i tried to disable/enable the hp compliant touch screen driver, from Human Interface and i tried to uninstall too..., but nothing and now i don't know how to bring it back that driver to my laptop. how can i resolve this. please. i tried too all the stems of this forum and suggestions but my problem still.

Display driver install fails
HD Graphics Driver v.10.18.15.4279Ap25 (softpaq num SP73572) update offered by Support Assistant but install fails each time. No reasons or error codes.
Checking displaydriver details in Device Manager says latest driver already installed.
If latest is already there then why offer this update?

Brand new /laptop under one week old is consistently crashing
On tbe Day of the deleviry I Collected my parcel and opened it up. after i loaded it up and did all the installation and updates required from me i started to download my apps

and the first problem i faced was that many apps did not download easily for e.g i had to download the beta of discord instead of the standard ( this might be a website error or either something that doesnt run on the computer) it would just download the software on chrome and then just not pop up as in it wouldnt run. so i moved on from that part on to dowloading my game.
I downloaded borderlanders of steam and then csgo and then after receiving my free game from nvidia experience i downloaded rocket league.
I started to load up borderlanders 2 which is a very old game which is even capable on running on my intel hd 630 so i started the game and after 2 min the whole screen turned white blackish etc and the screen was jittering as if the graphics driver crashed. there was no sound for the first crash. and this has just been under two hours from arrival
So i tried a diffrent game cs:go this loaded up took a little extra while , but nothing major and after i started a game with bots offline the game was very laggy computer wise as i have on of the fastest and most stable interners and i was also using lan and also checked in game ping which was 13. so i decided to reduce the setting ( these setting where custom made by the nvidia experience as the choose what setting each game can rut at optimal fps which is 60) but i disabled it and put the setting at the very low and after 2 min in the game it crashed the screen went grey black etc
So i researched on the forum as busy person this was very had so i had to do it in my breaks my lunchtime etc.so i found a lot of people saying it was because of the windows update so i went back on my laptop and checked the health of my computer and it was in danger as it had an unfinished windows update so i updated it and after that finished my computer restarted and black! the screen would be back after i logged in through windows it also took a long time to load. so i searched this on the forum and found the soloution was to wait for 10 min and then install a patch or something from you website so i did and it worked fine afterwards.
So two days a go i wanted to make sure everything was up to date by updating all the drivers and using the diagnositics in the F2 load up screen to search for any hardware damage i went for extensive tests for each one from a to z and did the same for the components this had no results it was claming as it was fine.
So i trusted it loaded up csgo went into the lobby and tried to launch a game and boom black! the screen crashed again and this time there was a screeching sound.
there were no error mesages just a bad crash
So what i am going to say is that is this really worth £1049 and you guys are sending me faulty hardware so please fix this as soon as possible before tuesday and if you cant completly fix the issue and promise me that it wont happen again i would like a full refund by wednesday.
I was looking forward to take my new laptop to colledge and do my projects on them and what i get is a broken laptop i am trying to keep my calm but" try this and this" isnt helping
by restarting my laptop it goes away like full 5 second holds and then restarting.

An active pen for HP Spectre x360 13-w0xx
I bought this NoteBook being one of the main reasons the ability to right on the screen with a pen.
So, after i bought the Notebook, i went for the pen, at this stage i was a bit confused about the diference between the active pens on the market by HP, since the discription of them on HP page is useless. But, dispite this diference i bought the only one i found on my country (Portugal), The HP Pro Tablet Active Pen (K8P73AA).
After i bought, and try to pair with the laptop, i realease that it wouldn't work on my Notebook. (50€ down the river)
Then i start searching the web for an alternative pen compatible with my product. After a lot of time searching foruns,pages, etc, I came to the conclusion that NO ACTIVE PEN is compatible with my device, and only because i purchase a w0xx model, because all the others have some compatible pen.
My question here is the following:
Did i just spent 1000€ for some laptop that doesn't fulfill my needs? Or will there be any active pen available to my device in recent future?
I think you should specify on the Notebook page that IT DOESN'T HAVE SUPPORT FOR ACTIVE PEN. Because i'm sure im'not the only guy, who is the unlucky one on buying this model.

CyberLink doesn't work after installing Windows 10
Hello to everyone,
I'm having troubles with my WebCam (CyberLink WebCam 6) since I installed Windows 10 OS on my notebook that I purchase with Windows 8 on few days before the upgrade (Windows 10 was included in the purchase). I already checked if there were drivers updates available in the section "device managements" but the computer says the webcam is working well and that the drivers are the right ones. Still, the webcam doesn't work and I don't know how to solve this problem.

Can I add a video card to my HP 15-g070nr laptop?
When I’m editing a video in adobe premier 17 the playback lags even in other video editing softwares. I was hoping if there’s a possible way to add a video card to this laptop for much more optimization, faster laptop and possible or able to edit high def videos. Hoping for your quick replies.... Discrete AMD graphics card is enabled, but it doesn't work.
Hi, software programs run only on the integrated graphics card. AMD Radeon Setting and TechPowerUp GPU-Z show, that the video card is installed, but the software used for work only integrated graphics. I have changed the switchable graphics global settings and application settings switchable graphics on high performance, but it does not help. I have also removed the drivers from the graphics card and reset them to the factory drivers. It does not help too. Tell me, please, what to do? Sorry for my english skills.

Touchscreen not working.
Hey,
So a couple of things that I already tried doing:
- I went to "device manager", but couldn't find anything related to a touchscreen driver. I know that my laptop has touchscreen. here is the my laptop drivers: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-omen-15-5200-notebook-pc/8499271/model/8902784 . As you can clearly see it has touchscreen.
- I tried updating all drivers and windows, but everything was already up to date.
- I also tried updating and troubleshooting trough the "HP Support Assistant"
To be honest I had this problem since I upgraded to windows 10. I've seen a lot of people saying that you should just disable and enable the touchscreen driver, but that's the problem. There is no driver for it... I also tried looking using "Show hidden devices", but I couldn't find anything related to it. Touch screen causes screen to temporarily turn off
Whenever I attempt to use the touch screen feature on my laptop, the screen goes completely black until I touch the screen or pad again.

slow video streaming
I just reinstalled the operating system and seems to work fine except for very slow jumpy playback from netflixs etc.
DVD's are better to some extent
Utube and files of of a usb are fine
I know some tech stuff but not a pro, lol
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hooking up a laptop to a widescreen monitor?
Hi,
I currently have an Envy 17 inch laptop (product number K2768AV), with a Core I7-5500u and a GTX 850M graphics card. It’s about two and half yeard old, so no longer a spring chicken but also no slouch. It gets the job done.
Anway, I’d like to hook up an external monitor to it as my eyes get older and I start to really appreciate the joys of a larger screen. So, would the following two screens be “hookupable” to it? Would the monitors come with he appropriate cables?

PS. If any HP employees read this, you may wish to let the folks in charge of pricing know that the Envy 34 curved monitor’s regular price is around $749 at Amazon and other online outlets, far lower even than HP’s sale prices; well over $100 lower. If HP isn’t selling bushels of them, that’s why.
