So just today my Elite X3 phone started having screen issues. Up to this point it has been trouble free.
One half of the screen jumps up and down 4 or 5 pixes and makes it very hard to scroll or read anything. it does this in very fast action. It just started and doesn't seem to be consistent. Just wondering if I am in for a big bill to have this repaired or if there is something that I can do to reset the screen.
Hello, I've been using my laptop for nearly five months so it is quite new. The problem I have recently is that sometimes the computer freezes while watching video on youtube and netflix application. It is making buzzing sound for 5-10 seconds not responding to any command, and then it is resuming the video. I found some articles on the internet that claim it might be an error caused by drivers, tried to update some of them especially realtek high definition audio manager and flash player for browser but nothing changed. After that, I reset windows to ensure that drivers are restored, but again the problem persists. If you have any suggestion to fix, I would be glad to hear from you. Thanks.
As the title says, can't press key and move touch pad at the same time. This becomes a problem when playing games as WASD and moving the cursor simultaneously is required. I've looked online and the most common solution was to turn off smart sense, but this didn't work :/

I recently bought the Spectre x360 13 inch laptop with 4k display and the screen ahs been flashing for random moments to black and back. I've tried updating the BIOS, updating the display drivers, running an F2 diagostic with no errors, and changing the resolution from 4k to 1920x1080p and it still flickers from time to time as if it's trying to force the resolution or something.
Hello-- In reading through some of these boards I am realizing that my problem is a common one, however incredibly inconvenient. My laptop (350G1) is handled with care, but one day I picked it up, opened it and the screen casing in the bottom right hand corner cracked. Subsequently the hinge on the right side has also broken. I have tried JBWeld (an epoxy), but with no luck, currently I am using electrical tape, but that is coming loose. It continues to get worse, no matter how gentle I am with my machine. We do not have the funds right now (due to adopting) to replace my computer. Has anyone come across a way to easily and inexpensively fix this issue? Thank you for your insight.
I bought this computer a few weeks ago and have been having issues with the touch pad or display freezing, sometimes it's for a second, sometimes it doesn't stop unless I shut the screen and reopen it. Recently I've been seeing a half screen of stripes displayed and experiencing flickering of the display. I've already made all the recommended updates and haven't changed any of the factory settings.
Hey guys, so I barely got a new HP x360 Pavilion laptop and it works perfectly fine the only thing that is not working- well more like annoying me is that it changes its brightness without me even moving it. If any one knows how to fix this problem it would be great because its annoying to see the display change everytime I change to a new website. Thanks.
Do y'all know how to make the auto brigtness stop occuring because I tried everythinng that others have recommended and it still keeps changing its brighness. Thanks

all apps are running on my gpu and when I checked for graphic card I finded out that I onlt have a dedecaited graphic card and no integreted one is the normal for the product I just boughted 2 days ago.

hp probook 450 g4 (core i7)have nvidia geforce 930mx & Intel HD Graphics 620 Graphics.but dedicated memory show as 128mb in display adapter properties.no any problems with drivers or BIOS.what can I do for this?
the touchpad of my laptop is not working. I am not sure why ? the problems i am facing are that I cannot scroll by using two fingure at the touchpad and others related to its sensitivity. Can you please help me ??

Since 3 or 4 days there is a pink line at the bottom of my screen which occassionally shivers and turns green .Also when i switch on my computer the slot to enter my login passwordon the welcome screen takes a very long time to appear ,sometimes does not appear at all.
I'm looking at geting an active stylus to make the most of the new MS Office features but it says on the HP website that if the PC isn't listed, that one isn't available. Often, the model numbers differ slightly depending on who sells it and the actual technical wizadry remains the same. Can anyone advise what type of stylus I should look for or whether they actually do not work at all.

I was planning to buy some games for my pc, but I still have a doubt. In my laptop (an HP 250 G3) there is ONLY the graphics card "Intel HD Graphics Family" or also a dedicated graphics card (or the space for it)?
Just had my Pavilion returned from HP repair. Its under warranty. Returned damaged. HP is impossible to get ahold of either through chat or phone. Their customer service is worse than horrible

While working on my HP laptop model - dv4-1502tu Entertainment Notebook PC, my screen starts showing every icons in the laptop as identical. On doing multiple restart also the icon are showing duplicate on on top of other.
On my start window also it is showing the same ( double windows icons/double every thing). Its not the screen split issue but the same screen is having double icons near by.
Could any one please suggest me the solution? Why this happend? Is it due to BIOS/ Graphics / any other issue?
I need help very badly.

I am experiencing a problem with the brightness keys on my HP Spectre, this problem is new and manifested itself a few weeks ago.
When i adjust brightness with the keys on the keyboard the response of the brightness adjustment is very slow.
If i make the same adjustment in windows settings the change is made immediately.
Is anyone experiencing the same problem and/or know of a solution?
