wacom digitizer pen and elite x2 1012 not working
Just got a new elite x2 1012 G1 and it came with the wacom digitizer pen. The pen does not work when trying to write. It is paired to the tablet and I can see it connected. Any ideas as to why the pen does not write on the tablet. Touching the screen with finger works.

Error Messages Display on a Blue Screen (Windows 10)
Hi,
I bought the laptop hp spectre x360 last august, and I started to have problems about 1 month ago. Frenquently while I am using it, an error message appears on a blue / orange screen and the system restart (closing all applications and workings). It may happen up to 3 times in an hour and I have noticed that happen above all during internet navigation.
The error code displayed is not always the same. Some of those that I can report are:
- DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
-PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA
- IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
- BAD POOL HEADER
The system is updated and I didn t do anything that may have caused this problem. Please help me, I don t know how deal with it!

random zooming while scrolling on touchscreen hp spectre 360
I recently purchased an HP Spectre 360. When I am browsing the web and I attempt to scroll with my finger, I get a lot of random zooming in and out. I have made sure the screen is completely clean and I am only using one finger. I also had some ghost touches (the computer behaved as if it was being touched in one spot over and over but was not being touched at all) on the touchscreen the other day. I was unable to do anything on the computer at all until I shut it down. I only had that problem the one time but I would have to return the computer if that is something that would persist.
I still have problems with the touchscreen though. It selects things when I put my finger on it to scroll as well as the zooming issue I already mentioned. Is there a setting for this I am missing or am I doing something wrong? I really don't want to return the computer as I otherwise enjoy it very much but I need to be able to do my work without interruptions to my flow. Please contact me with some help. Thanks.

Another cracked screen
Sitting beside my husband yesterday as he closed the lid on his 11 month old Spectre x360 to hear a slight cracking noise as we reopend to find a harline crack starting at middle top of screen. Spent most of the morning chatting and talking with HP to get the standard it is not covered explanation. First line repsonder quoted me standard 299.00 but when I escalated the supervisior gave me a 30% discount BUT they had a new starting price of 549.00!!! Has anyone had any luck in repairing through local franchise or shop or escalating. I noticed the new 13 inch model has a redesigned 13 screen. No suprise there.

Black Boxes Appearing Inside Windows
My laptop has this issue in which black boxes appear on the screen, however, it is not a hardware issue to my knowledge OR an age issue as I just got this laptop mid-August. The only way to get rid of the boxes is to scroll up/down, or minimize or maximize the active window. It's really annoying and a response would be appreciated.

Touch screen drive disappeared yesterday... how do I get it back
I've seen the question asked but no satifactory reply so I'm asking again.
There has been no significant update that I am aware of when the problem occured. The computer was set up with Windows 10 when I bought it.
Two days ago my computer display started acting strangly. Touch screen was activating without my touch. Thought that I had left sticky finger marks (not that I have sticky fingers but that was the only thing I ould think of) and so I made sure to clean the screen. The touch screen still over reacted so I restarted the computer hoping to clear any error happening. Descovered on restarting that touch screen stopped working.
I followed instructions on HP trouble shooting Touch screen issues - discovered the 'touch screen driver' is missing via the Device Manager. But the answer seems to be based on the assumption that the 'touch screen driver' is on the computer but dosen't work. I've tried looking for replacement 'touch screen driver' but the option seems to be only available for windows 8.
Any quick links for official touch screen drivers to download and replace the missing driver?

HP 15-af156nm how to use better graphic card?
Hello, I have HP 15-af156nm laptop with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics + AMD Radeon R5 M330 2GB.
I have the problem when I wanna play some game, the games use my integrated video card, not better AMD Radeon R5 M330. I know for Configure switchable graphics in AMD catalyst but I'm not sure that something is better. Is there any way to solve this problem, to switch to AMD Radeon R5 M330 2GB and use this better graphic card? Thank you

Unable to launch games since clean reinstall
Hello,
I recently started fresh with a clean install of windows 7 on this machine. I had some issues locating netwrok drivers but was helped here on the forum. All the drivers apear up to date and everything runs great! BUT.... I used to be able to play video games on here. Nothing that the laptop wasnt capable of handling. In past years I logged well over a hundred hours playing a handful of games with friends.
Now ever since I started fresh I have not been able to launch any of the games. They either just crash before launching with no message or some will gove a message about video card failed or failed to render.
Im assuming I may have an incorrect driver for the card on this machine but I am really at a loss here and could use some direction!

HDMI Monitor Blinking
Hi Folks,
I just purchased this Envy 15-as133cl Laptop and it came with Windows 10 pre-loaded. When I plug in my external monitor via the HDMI port the monitor blinks sporatically. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. On AC or not. Running apps or just sitting there on idle. I've applied all of the available firmware and driver updates, no change. I've gone into msconfig, services, and unchecked "Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel Support" + "Windows Error Reporting Service", no change.
A hard reset doesn't seem to make sense when this is a fresh install on a new system. Again this is only impacting the external monitor. The laptop's display functions just fine... Any ideas?

HP G62 Screen won't turn on
Hi, my HP G62 laptop has refused to turn on. For about 5 weeks, about two to three horizontal lines appear just at the base of the computer's screen, I seem to be unbothered with this as I was extremely busy, and never had it checked. But waking up this morning to start the computer, the screen refuses to come on - also when connected to an external monitor (via HDMI) everything works fine.
Can anyone help?

Screen Blank
I have updated my hp envy m4 from 8 to 8.1 and whenever I plug ma charger in, the screen goes blank and appears in 2-3 seconds and again when I plug out the screen goes blank for 2-3 seconds and returns back. Nothing files changed or altered everything remains same.

I am having a problem with hp pavilion 15-n270sa. I am trying to find a Win 7 64bit Webcam drivers but there is none on the drivers support list. I was also trying to install the YouCam app but no cam detected. I can see there is unknown device in an USB list. Would you please help me with this issue?

Monitor goes black an the notebook does not work anymore
Hi everyone! Unlucky I need your help again! My new Pavilion 17 ab0011nl has some problems: I mean, both yesterday and today, while it was running well, without any kind of problem, with only Google Chrome opened, the monitor went black, the speakers stopped working and the entire notebook does not respond at all, so I was forced to turn it down. I really don't know what kind of problem this could be. It seems to me it freezes. I have to say that it happens after 1 or 2 hours of work. All the drivers are updated to their last version and the OS too. I hope you can help me! Thanks for the support!

Touchpad and TouchScreen conflicts open random brownser tabs
Hi,
I have a HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n201np (ENERGY STAR) that keeps popping up a windows 10 help with a bing search tab on chrome (it was edge before i chose the preferred browser) and a tab with chrome help aswell. This normaly happens when I close the lid or ramdomly (like now while writting this post). Then,sometimes, stops recognizing the keyboard and the touchpad all together.
I've deleted the ELAN service and it works kinda fine, but the multitouch option will be disabled if i don't have the ELAN drivers.

DV7-3186cl with every other led backlight on.
There are 8 leds on and 8 off at the top of the display. Is this a bad backlight or could the display cable cause this? I believe the backlight is integrated in the display but would hate to change the whole thing if it is in the cable.
