Добрый день.Ноутбук Hp 4730s Ос вин 7,две видиокарты intel hd3000 и amd 7470m,amd не работает причину не знаю не сразу заметил,после установки дров перезагружаю появляется значек виндовс и потом черный экран с мигающим пробелом.заходу через безопасный сношу дрова все норм рабоиает на intel.подскажите в чем проблема?

Through the task Manager sees the card,can be burned chip?
Or BIOS could be the problem?

AMD Problemen met updates installeren
Ik heb sinds kort een nieuwe pc gekocht van hp all in one 20.
Van AMD krijg ik een nieuwe update voor de grafische kaart, 3x geprobeerd te installeren.
De update laat elke keer de computer crashen en dan start de klote pc niet meer op.
Dan maar weer en uur bezig met systeem herstel.
Vandaag 17 oktober 2016 gebeld met de techniese dienst, wat een sukkel gewoon aan de lijn.
Vertelt mij dat het niet kan dat HP een programma er op heeft staan van AMD. Klasse toch, wat een dombo zou je denken.
Dus ik moet er vanuit gaan van persoon dat het een HP grafische kaart is en dus geen AMD.
Verteltie mij we komen hem wel halen en dan doen wij het.
Ik heb geen 500 euro betaald dat de pc bij jouw op de vloer gaat liggen. Maar dat ik dat ding nodig heb.
Ik heb dus maar er voor gekozen die update elke keer maar te negeren tot dat HP maar met een Pro oplossing komt.
Het mocht niet baten, dat dombo aan de lijn, die niet eens normaal IT kennis bevat en dat AMD software er niet op kan zitten vanuit HP. Ik heb zelf een IT achtergrond, ik ben alleen de gene die er nooit mee iets heeft gedaan, en mij zelf niet voor gek zal zetten via de telefoon.
Graag uw reactie met oplossing?

display problems
In the last week my display has been turning off as programed but turns it self back on in a 3-10 min time frame. How can I fix this problem? I have run virus protection and have not found any problems there. It started after the last windows update but when I restore to an earlier date it continues to do it.

Screen goes black randomly when on battery and some energy saver options enabled
Hello everybody,
I've bought that fantastic machine called Spectre x360 and I love it.
Unfortunately since first days I'm facing what I think is a driver/software problem (not hardware related).
This issue happens only when I'm on Windows, not in bios or during boot. JUST IN Windows envinroment, especially after login and when the computer was turned off. Sometimes it happens when I'm using it after some time, randomly.
This happens only when the Spectre is on battery. On AC adapter the problem doesn't appear.
Problem: the screen goes black randomly for some seconds and then reappears, sometimes the entire image slide on the right and there's a portion that looks like yellow and corrupted, then goes black and reappears.
Windows Version: I'm on Windows 10 Home 64bit, build 14393.321 (anniversary update).
The entire screen is working correctly during normal operations, no artifacts.
Replication of the problem
Initially I was able to replicate the problem with driver build 4360 (which is the driver version on the HP website). Everytime I loaded youtube home page and the banner started to play the screen went black sistematicly.
Then I've upgraded the GPU driver via device manager, which upgraded my GPU driver to 21.20.16.4494, dated 25th july 2016 and the problem was happening a lot more rarely.
Now I'm facing again this problem, but Edge works correctly and it isn't the cause of the problem, it can appears even when I'm not doing anything with PC.
I've noticed this issue appears when some energy saving options are enabled for the Intel GPU (I'm trying to traslate this to english because the GPU driver panel is in italian):
- panel self refresh;
- advanced energy saving mode;
If I turn off these options the problem doesn't appear or, better, for what I've tested till now it could not appears when the options aren't turned on, but I haven't tested this very long to be sure.
In my opinion there's a bug in the display driver, or some customizations made by HP causes some problems with the driver.
The rest of the computer is working correctly.
Any idea to fix this? Or I've to keep those energy saving options turned off?

Screen literally coming apart

about 4 months ago the screne began detaching... i thought it was something a little tape could handle.
but near the hinge at the bottom right the screen plasctic has came off from about the bottom middle going top the right and now all the way up to the top. the hing has also snapped apart.
i have never dropped this laptop, nor has it been unduly used.
i brought it for 199 dollars brand new, and didnt get an extended warranty because the warranty cost almost as much as the entire laptop. so why wouldnt i jsut buy a new laptop!?!
i only had the standard 1 year warranty but this is clearly a design flaw and many other Hp customers have had this happen. ive owned HP for over a decade now and this is ridiculous/
anyone know who i would contact??? i cantacted the warranty section and they said they only deal with waranties and didnt even try to offer me another part of HP to contact.
no way a laptop should literally be coming apart after a year and a half of gentle basic use.

Touchscreen acting funny
My Hp Pavilion touchscreen will be acting fine for a while and then will just act up. I will be doing something on my computer and all the sudden, it will act like I'm touching it all over the place. It'll pull open Internet browsers, apps, etc. And it will also exit out of the things I am in all on its own. I don't know what is wrong with it and would either like to try and fix it or send it back. Today it did it for a half an hour and that is the first time its been that long. If someone could help me, please help!

Screen is black unless it is opened more than 100 degrees
This laptop is only a few months old now. I was hoping to find some information on HP's site but it seems as if it is currently down. I noticed today that the display will not come on unless is opened around 100 degrees or more. When the screen does turn off it doesn't seem to be going to sleep as if I had shut the screen. I also just so happen to have let the graphics card update it's driver's last night. I'm not sure if the problem stems from that or if I have a hardware issue. Does anyone have any advise?

HP 15-AY503TX Laptop Freezing Issue because of Graphics Drivers

I purchased a brand new HP 15-AY503TX Laptop a week ago. As It was Free DOS, I had to install the Windows 10 64 bit OS and Device Drivers on my own. I downloaded all the Device Drivers from this HP Website

I experienced problem installing the Intel HD Graphics Driver, it closes with the exception saying the "Hardware doen't meet the minimum Requirments". Then I installed the AMD/intel Switchable graphics, it installed successfully.
Now After Restarting, I right click and saw AMD Settings. Intel Graphics settings are missing. When I try to open the AMD Settings, It said, AMD Drivers are missing or not working properly (Later I understood that the AMD Settings wont work unless the Intel HD Graphics Driver was installed).
What I did is, I installed the Windows 7 Intel HD Graphics Driver. Then updated the Drivers with Windows Update. After the Windows Update My Intel HD Graphics Driver was successfully installed and working. I can open the AMD Settings also.
Now, the Laptop started to Freeze (Balck Screen with Backlight On and no response to the Inputs from Keyboard or Mouse) randomly. when using Google chrome, when scanning virus, or any activity other than gaming.
I guess this is problem with the Graphics Driver. But my question is, Why HP Provided a Driver which says that the Computer doesn't meet the minimum system Requirements?. Do I miss any Hardware in my Laptop?.
And One Work around to this problem I found is, changing the Refresh rate to 40Hz from 60Hz. But at 40 Hz also I experience the same freezing issue but less frequent than running at 60 Hz.
Please somebody help me out. I guess there is no problem with my Hardware.
I baught this Laptop for Android Development. The Emulators wont work without the Proper graphics Drivers. When It freezes all my Coding is lost. Its really frustating me. Its a good Laptop with this small Issue. Please Give me a Permanent solution.

Pavilion 360 screen jumps and taps when I'm not touching it
Ever since I bought this Pavilion for my daughter (less than a year ago) she has experienced problems with it.
The touchscreen appears to have a will of its own. It taps all over the left side of the screen and when this happens she has to stop working and wait for it to stop which can take between 30 seconds or 5 minutes.
This happens when she's using it for work or metres away watching videos.
My daughter is in the middle of GCSE work and it is so important this stops as it's causing her untold stress at a time when her laptop should be helping heR, please help!

mouse oversensitivity & display saturation issues
i bought ho ay019TU laptop 2days ago.i am phasing some issues on it i dont know whether it is manufacturing defect or some thing else..
first my mouse pad is uncontroled it is over sensitive to only steady touch of fingers .it does not point the particular area. and the 2nd issue is LED display,it is bit grey in colour and saturation is not good,i tried to solve by display settings and graphicd settings but it dose not solved. the display of this laptop is dull as compare to my 5 year old dell laptop,,,please suggest me what i have to do.

Laptop keyboard working with some programs (word, internet explorer) but not others (cortana, edge)
Hi guys,
After paying a computer "expert" $75 for 0 improvement, I would really appreciate some advice... A few weeks ago, I'm not sure exactly when but I suspect it may have been following a windows update - my keyboard stopped working in Cortana (or cortana stopped recognising keyboard input). This is also the case in Edge, Settings and a few other apps. The funny thing is the keyboard does work in a bunch of programs. I havn't checked every single one, but it definitely works in Internet Explorer, Word, iTunes to name a few.
However, even in the programs where it is working, it is a little off. For example, despite the repeat set to rapid and delay short in the keyboard settings - repeat seems to not work at all...
So far in attempting to remedy the issue, I have uninstalled the keyboard driver and reinstalled, tried unistalling the last months worth of automatic windows updates, rebooting the computer, resetting the bios to default settings as per instructions on this forum. I have also run boot time virus scans and malware scans. Any further advice would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I have also tried using a plug in usb keyboard, but it gave the same results as the onboard keyboard...

When I did my update, this happens: Anyone know the issue?
The text on my laptop is blurred out by black overlining. This happens on my taskbar, sometimes on Firefox and also on Skype. I haven't tried any other software. This text is unreadable. This only happened when I updated my HP support assistant updates. If you know the solution to this, please let me know, thanks!

Static noise from completely new laptop when moving mouse/trackpad
Hi,
I keep getting a static noise whenever I move the cursor or scroll on the touchpad of my new laptop (spectre x360, 2016)
I also have the same issue when connecting a USB mouse.
The noise is noticeable regardless of the volume setting.
All drivers and software are updated.
HP Assistant is hopeless at doing anything, can't find solution there, online or by oher diagnostics.
Also - the light on the mute sound-button is not working. Not a major issue, but irritating. How to fix this without rolling drivers back?

Hello HP forum I need HP ENVY TouchSmart m6-k025dx Touchscreen drivers please. Touchscreen no longer working. Device Manager shows HID Compliant Touch Screen says its working properly but its not. The driver is the old 6/21/2006 6.3.9600.18341 Microsoft that's not working.
I've downloaded & install from HP the updated Chipset & Graphics drivers to no avail. Can anyone please provide the an updated driver for the touchscreen.
