I can't access Radeon settings after I updated my video driver and then rolled it back to an older version. When I try to access it, I get this message:

My ENVY m6-AQ003 x360 touch screen function clicks itself
My ENVY m6-AQ003 x360 touch screen function clicks itself. It clicks really fast in a straight vertical line.
I havn't used it in a couple days so when I turned it on and it started clicking my first thought was the mouse was acting up or the touch pad. so I unplugged the mouse and restarted the computer. It continued to do it after the restart so I tried to turn off the touchpad. But the screen kept clicking before I could. Although it has stopped after i played around with it. It seems to keep doing it from time to time a few clicks. I know it is the touch screen function after I realized that the touch screen makes circles where you click and the mouse and touch pad don't.
I hope there is a quick fix so I dont' have this problem when I travel in a few days.

temporarily flickers around edges at start up
can I have some help resolving this, I have not encountered this type of flickering before which happens only around screen edges & at start up which then goes away by itself after approximately 20 mins during usage.
core i7 Elitebook 840 G1 running Windows 10
I connected it to a second screen via VGA cable, no issues at all so can I rule out adapter issues?

Sir ,,
i am facing problem in my hp laptop .You know earlier that i wrote that my hard disk damaged ,after that i repaired with new hard disk and loaded windows 10 pro opearting system before that when my laptop was in good condition ,i conveted windows 8.1 to 10 home single language , since automatic upadetes are installed automatically ,
but now , after repairing my laptop with windows 10 pro system , updates could never installed , in recent days i noticed zoom is not working in my touch pad . so i go to windows update , i see synaptic driver update for synaptics ps/2 touch pad even other updates are avilable but these are failed to install . i inset the snapshot of that problem below

Anti-glare touch screen
I recently purchased a HP Pavilion 15 with the the screen specs as below...
- 15.6" diagonal UHD IPS UWVA anti-glare WLED-backlit (3840 x 2160) Touchscreen
And I noticed that the screen is completely shiny and glossy and has not an iota of anti-glare properties I could see in any ambient light condition, indoors or outdoors. The screen reflected everything in front of it, even when it is on! When it is off, the screen is like a mirror!
So my question. Does HP make really anti-glare touch screens? Or is it another gimmick to sell more touch screens under the guise of advertizing them as anti-glare? Based on the reply, I am planning to complain to FTC on this practice as being misleading and dishonest advertising ploy.

Keyboard Does Not Work on Windows 8.1 boot Cant Type My Password
So when I turn my laptop on I cant press any keyboard keys. Except For M Which Is For Enter. If I Hold Down The Alt then the esc both together I can type every key except for T, Y, G, And H. So I Was Wondering How To Fix That.Remember That I Cant Pass My Password Because It Includes A T Wich Is One Of The Non working Letters. PLEASE HELP

Frequent Flickering of Laptop screen and Online registration Problem for extended warranty
Right from the day i bought this laptop(HP PAVILION AU008TX), i was very much dissatisfied with the (i) laptop's screen, and with (ii) the website of online registration for extended warranty.
(i) Bought the laptop on 24th of July, 2016, right from the day until now, the laptop's screen is flickering frequently, with many lines moving from top to bottom of the screen, and when i try to open an application, the screen flickers for sometime. For this reason, i ve taken the notebook to the nearest Hp showroom from where i bought this laptop, "HP IT WORLD",Sanatorium, Chennai, which is 20 kms from my place.There the HP official, made some setting changings of the Nvidia Graphics, stating that there would be no problem further regarding the flickering of the screen. But the problem continues.Waste of time and energy, travelling 20 kms!!!!
(ii) Then i tried to register for the extended warranty via Online method after uploading the required documents and send button was clicked, the page throwed some technical error, which i ve taken the photo and enclosed here. There is a lot of problems regarding the Online registrations for Hp, the website is very poor for online registration, i ve became frustrated and i ve wasted my time a much more for this which is a vain.
I am looking for the replacement of the laptop if necessary solutions are not provided.This is a 83.5 K laptop, and a more prompt customer service is expected from HP which seems to be pathetic till now.
I request HP to take the necessary action, at the earliest to make me feel opting for HP was not a blunder!!! and to prevent me from recommending HP to my kith and kin..
I am not trying to accuse HP here. This post just reflects how frustrated I am, after spending such a huge sum!!!

I am the owner of the Bluetooth mouse Z8000.
I have technical problem with my mouse when I click a mouse button, I can not press the second button. It means that I pressed the right mouse button, I hear a mechanical-clicking, butclick on the left side of the mouse body it's no click.
Why can not I press both mouse buttons simultaneously?

Number Lock
New to this laptop and have been used to having indicator light on number lock.
Is there any way that I can set the number lock to be on permanently as it is in frequent use and the number pad NEVER used for navigating?

Graphics corruption using Iris drivers
Hi all
I am experiencing graphics corruption when using the Iris drivers - it's often quite severe, and occurs when there's any animation on the screen, but has been hard to screenshot although you can see a little in the black areas of the attached image. Disabling Iris and using the basic Windows driver resolves the issue, but isn't obviously a great solution...
All drivers etc are up to date.

HP Omen not utilizing dedicated graphics
Hi,
I have a HP Omen laptop that has Intel integrated graphics and a dedicated Nvidia GTX 860m graphics. I have this laptop for just over a year and everything has been going fine. Recently, performance in games have been very bad.. I don't think games are ACTUALLY using the Nvidia driver even though it says it is.
I used to be able to play GTA5 and RimWorld with great FPS over 60. Now, GTA5 can't even get 2 FPS and RimWorld gets about 20. I did not change anything with Nvidia drivers.
Thinking this was a software problem, I performed a clean install of Windows 10 and it did not fix anything.

By the look of the performance, it would seem that it is using the Intel graphics instead of the Nvidia even though it says it is using the Nvidia graphics. Especially because usually in graphic intensive games like GTA5 you would hear the fans spinning for the Nvidia graphics.
Both the Nvidia graphics and Intel graphic drivers are up-to-date.
I ran a benchmark test in GTA5 with Normal/Low settings with GPU-Z running in the background. GTA5 was getting about 4 FPS. In the past on the same laptop, I used to be able to get 60+ FPS on High settings. Here is a picture of the GPU-Z: http://i.imgur.com/vI23tLR.png
The GPU load is being maxed out at 100% as well as the memory and core clock. The GPU temperature is not rising however and on my machine, you cannot hear the GPU fan spinning (previously you would be able to in GTA5).
Could this be a hardware issue with the Nvidia graphics card or most likely a software issue? Thank you.

Intell HD graphics driver
I am having problems with games shutting down. Sometimes they restart and sometimes they do not. I have installed the latest display driver from HP. However, the problem still persists. I noticed recently that there is an updated driver on the Intell website that specifically says it corrects issues in some games. Is it ok to install this? My rig is an HP Envoy with 8 gb of memory and 1 tb of disk space.

Screen goes black at bootup while fan start speeding up with blinking caps and num lock lights.
Hello guys i am using hp elitebook 8460p. I have a problem with display, my laptop's screen goes black at boot up and fan speeds up like hell after a while and both num and caps lock start blinking their lights. i don't know what to do with this issue so whenever this happens i shut it down by pressing power button for some seconds.

Cracked Display screen
Hi all
I was using my laptop as usual today and noticed the that my cursor was moving around randomly. At first I thought it was a software issue , but then i noticed a tiny crack at the bottom left corner of the screen. I have not abused my laptop, it's never been dropped . I browsed through the forums, apparently it's not unusual for the screen to rack spontaneously. Had a chat with HP customer service, and they are charging $ 431 to replace it !
Is this a fair price ? Given the amount of complaints on this "premium" laptop, I wonder if it's a manufacturing defect ? Should I pay them for repairs ? Try a local laptop repair service or geek squad ?
I am very disappointed that such a expensive laptop cracked in less than 6 months .

how to enable touch screen on hp notebook
The touch screen is not working and we just bought this tonight. The display in the store had touchscreen. I cannot find anywhere on the box that says it is touchscreen.
