Software Download Problem
I am having problem while downloading the software of hp laptop
is there is any tool or some thing elas by which i can download the software like Utorrent .Means if there is any network problem then also i can download the software .or if the software will not download in the same time then i can contunue it from other intrenet by not losing the software which i have download yet
for exemple = video driver is of 200 mb & i download it only 100mb from by intrenet plan or by having the problem of network but if i go to the better network then i can download from the resumeing download
Please Help i need it .

hp probook 4530s amd graphics driver problem
hey , so here'sthe problems , my hp probook 4530s has to graphics card , an intel one ( intel hd graphics 3000) and an amd one , i don't know what is the name of the amd one because it's labeled " standard vga graphics driver"
i downloaded several drivers for the amd graphics from amd website and the hp website but none worked and the screen goes black in the middle of installation and sometimes it gets stuck on windows logo after restarting .. the intel hd graphics 3000 works though . it's supposed to support switchable graphics but i'm running on the intel one and i can't even install the drivers for the amd one and it also has a yellow triangle next to it in device manager(code 10), .. here's the hardware id of the amd video card

Webcan and speaker don't work on HP envy x360 convertible
Hello,
I have problem with my new HP ENVY x360 Convertible Product number:L8R68AV. Camera and speaker do not work. I have done several troubleshuting but without success.
1. I tried to use camera and speaker from different program such as skype, youcam, camera (windows app) etj but the camera does not work.
2. I checked on Device manager and the following drivers were installed:
CyberLink WebCam Virtual Driver 6.0
Realtek High Definition Audio
3. I unistaled this two drivers and restart the pc. After the pc was started up the both drivers were not automatically installed. I download the drivers from the HP and installed again. The both webcam and speaker still do not wok.
4. I made a reset of my pc and the webcam and speaker still do not work
It seems that it is an hardware problem. Please can you help me what else should I do?
Can I return this device to hHP again since it is not workong properly?

hp pavilion 15-p038na low graphics
Hi.. i bought this laptop from amazon second hand and the problem is : games work on low fps/graphics and i have a amd r7 m260 .. made all the settings make them go on high performance so it can use the dedicated g card... used the oem it hade from factory w10, reinstaled win8.1 tried that too.. old drivers new drivers... drivers from hp support drivers from 3rd party program ... i dont know what to doo ... soo now is there is someone that has this laptop how does dota2/csgo works on your laptop?

Green dot in screen
I have visited HP Store on 25 Dec 2015 to purchase laptop.
I received laptop on 26 Dec 2015.
There was a green dot on screen from first boot-up.
We complained about it on 31 Dec 2015.
Complaint Id : 4765716327.
We were informed, laptop will be replaced in 24-48 hours.
On calling again to hp customer care, engineer come on 4 Jan 2016.
He told we will get replaced laptop with in 2 days.
We called again to hp customer care, they told some part which need to replace is not available. When complete laptop to be replaced, which part there are talking about replace??
We are still waiting for our laptop.
Is this a way of treating customers??

Radeon R4 vs Radeon HD 8400
Hello. I am going to buy a new laptop for my nine year old son today and have it narrowed down to two models. They seem almost identical so I am confused. The HP 15-af131dx is AMD 6 quad core 5200, and says it has AMD Radeon r4 graphics. The HP 15-f305dx is also AMD 6 quad core 5200, but it says it has AMD Radeon HD 8400 graphics. I am wondering which machine is better, and if one is better how much? The laptop is for a nine year old that watches YouTube, and plays Roblocks and mindcraft. Thank you in advance for any input.

AMD grahics problem_HP Pavilion g6- 2313ax
Hi,
Last week my laptop crashed while gaming and automatically restarted. After that the AMD driver has been showing '' No AMD driver installed or driver not working properly '' . I tried reinstalling different versions of drivers and also reset windows 10 but problem is not solved. The device manager shows '' The device has been stopped due to reported problems (code 43).
My laptop is HP Pavilion g6- 2313ax
AMD A10 4600M 2.3GHz
512 MB AMD Radeon HD 7660G (Integrated) and 2 GB ATI Mobility Radeon 7670M HD Graphics (Dedicated)
6GB RAM
Running Windows 10(x64)
I gave my laptop to hp service center and they after inspection came to the judgement that it is not a software issue. They say the graphics card is damaged and motherboard needs to be replaced
Please advise me on fixing this issue.

Opening windows with Simple Pass fingerprint
Simple Pass gives me a message that says I cannot open Windows with fingerprint because "Systems policy settings have disabled the Windows Biometric Credentials provider" Any ideas how to fix???

HP ENVY WINDOWS 10 DISPLAY DRIVER PROBLEM
Constant problem with new laptop running Windows 10...error message...display driver stopped responding and has recovered after screen turns black...entire computer shut down after it happened a couple of times in a row. Have never experienced problems with HP before & that is the reason I purchased this laptop. How do I resolve this problem?

Atikmdag BSOD Possible GPU Problems
Up until about three months ago my laptop worked perfectly. Then it started showing horizontal lines across the screen and I started getting the Atikmdag BSOD. I've been trying to fix the problem ever since with no real luck. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled windows, flushed the BIOS, tried the trick with manually expanding the Atikmdag.sy and a few other things with no luck. Even with the AMD drivers unistalled I still get the lines. I'm starting to think it might be a hardware problem but that's well out of my wheelhouse. Has anyone had this same problem get to this point and if so how did you fix it?

Resolution is lower than 2160x1620
I have a new Laptop HP Spectre 360 which has screen resolution set to 2560X1440 (Recommended) (also Maximum) which looks great and works fine. Every time i switch on i get a warning about low resolotion and Control Panel > Display >shows "res is set lower than 2160X 1620". How do i get rid of this warning notice?

G3 440 HP keep on freeze randomly( Freeze 1 hour and start back again 15min freeze again)
Hi HP,
Please help me if it is necessary to fix and send it to HP manufacture, currently this notebook is from my office. When I got it first day I keep on facing freeze problem, and even upgrade to windows 10 Pro (64bits), it still keep like this.
It happens randomly, like 1 hours will freeze 1 time, or 15 mins, or 4 to 5 hour freezes 1 times. And force me to restart. I have no idea what's wrong with this notebook.
Or I should request to change notebook from my manager?
Please reply as soon as possible.

G3 440 HP (Font Size looks bigger even the setting is 100% for chinese font (KaiTi)) for IE/Chrome
Hi HP,
I'm not able to adjust smaller font size from 100%, I mean how should I adjust font size smaller than 100%. Because I have compared the windows 7 and windows 10 font size, it's decrepancy from each other, my notebook is bigger and set to 100% settings, and windows have set to same 100% settings but looks smaller.
Any idea?

Digital Artifacts/Distortion While Scrolling Microsoft Edge Browser or Closing File Explorer
Here and there while using the Microsoft Edge web browser or when closing the File Explorer I get abrupt digital artifacts/distortion. It may happen at other times but have only noticed while doing those two things. Could this be a software issue or is it a hardware issue?

Vertical colored lines laptop
I've had my Envy 360 for 2 Mos and just as of late when it comes out of sleep mode the screen has vertical colored lines ando does not respond to anything. I have to shut down completely and restart and it seems to run fine until it goes into sleep mode again. What do I do? !

Touchpad Synaptics not working (Win 10)

my PC is a HP ENVY X2 11-g000es, SN: [Personal Information Removed], PN:C1X00EA@ABE. I have it since 21st of December 2012.
I had migrated to Windows 10 the 28th of December 2015 and things were working quite well, till the 9th of January 2016: Touchpad stopped working (external USB mouse works fine).
The version of the touchpad controler is:
- Synaptics HID TouchPad
- Location: HID I2C device
- Driver Provider: Synaptics
- Driver Date: 23/04/2013
- Driver version: 16.5.3.3
- Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher
I have tried to update the driver, but no luck. Could you tell me if there is a way of solving this situation?.

Pavilion G6-1165ST Unknown Graphic Card
Hi all guys,
I have Hp Pavillion g6-1165st notebook. Laptop's hard drive changed btw. And i lost my recovery partition, so format pc with windows 7 cd. But now i'm having an issue with graphic card driver. Every other driver installed without a problem. But when i'm trying to install amd driver from hp support site, pc can't see graphic card and says " standart vga graphic card ". i tried amd site too. but not worked for me.
