Black Screen for wallpaper on desktop
I've owned my HP Stream 13 for more than a year now, but since I've opened it from the box and and attempted to change my desktop wallpaper from the defaults, it has only been just plain, solid black. All I want to do is put a wallpaper on that I might enjoy that isn't just this dull plain background or one of the ones that came prepackaged with the netbook.
Any help would be appreciated since any potential solutions I've tried have not helped. I do keep my OS updated and I'm careful with what I do online, in addition to regularly cleaning and checking for viruses and malware.
My screen looks like below, although I've edited out my shortcuts since they're all personal files (and the Recycle Bin).

My desktop picture only displays in stretch mode
I have changed my desktop to fit, centered, tiled numerous times and it keeps going back to stretch even though I save it and everything. Quite annoying to have picture on there where the person looks like they weigh 500 lbs. lol

HP Pavillian g6, video playback too fast
Hi all, and seasons greetings to you all. I use my laptop to film fiddle and banjo playing for you tube, however the playback is too fast, at least 10 seconds per minute of filming. This may not seem much, but for music it knocks the timing out. I currently have to try and play way slower, knowing the playback will make it "near" real time, can the program be altered in the settings? many thanks in advance, Jed

Display turns off when I rotate display panel to 360 degrees
Hello,
When I rotate the display to 360 degrees so that I can use my laptop as tablet, the display goes into sleep. The power light keeps blinking as well.

Notebook stay in Black Screen when starts
I have an HP touchsmart TM2 notebook and unfortunately when turn it on stay at black screen and didn't response anything.
I want to repair it but I don't know how and last time I refer to a HP store they havn't any proper answer.

Hp Omen display not registering
About 3 weeks ago my laptop's screen stopped working. I turned it off for the night and when I turned it back on, there was no display. The backlight still worked and I could control the brigtness of it, but that is about all I could do. When I hooked the laptop up to an external display and checked if the internal display was still there. it wasen't.
I just want to know if this problem has anything to do with the hardware or the software.

Set descrete card as default
Hi i just get a new laptop ( HP envy m6 1310sa ) it works good in games and others but i am sure it use just APU it doesn't use the GPU the ideea is that laptop have the dual graphics technology that is not really ok from what i see.
Ok i try for about 4 days to solve that problem i do not want to use the dual graphics and i dont want to use the apu too, the only graphic card i want to use is the GPU how can i do that? i tryed from catalyst it doesn't work, i tryed to disable the APU from windows, doesn't work, i tryed to add the games to catalyst, to set on high performance, it still doesn't work please i really want to keep that laptop and i like AMD that's why i'm still trying can someone come with an ideea??
Ohh ya from what i read on some web pages i saw something like that dual graphics technology is using my APU as master and my GPU as slave and that is so strange.... WHYYY to do that..., anyway oh ya and i tryed to make that change from bios too, it doesn't appear in bios my bios is poor i don't know why but is so few things to do in that bios.
Please hemp me with that everything i want is to disable dual graphics ( that's easy from catalyst ), to disable APU ( GOD know how ) and to use GPU as default ( same GOD know how ).
maybe it helps i have an A10 CPU and 7600M series GPU

Videos on my laptop camera, netflix, and hulu won't work.
Okay so ever since I upgraded to windows 10, playing a movie or show on Netflix and Hulu on my laptop will not work. Instead it freezes and unfreezes over and over while making a distorted sound. And today it turns out my videos on my laptop camera do the exact same thing. Why is this happening? If i play a video on the internet it doesn't do that.

My note HP Pavilion dv9330us doesn't recognize the NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 compliance versions after new Windows versions. How can you to develope a produtct just working only for Windows Vista?
I'm very sad because HP launched a product that not have support for New Windows version.
What I can do? Never more buy a HP product?

screen fade
the screen of my laptop goes very dull and indistinct when I wake the computer from the sleep mod. The only way I can get the screen back to normal is by restarting the computer. Help, please!

Bottom half of screen cut off
The problem that has occured is that the bottom half of my screen has been 'cut off'. I have already tried to change the resolution settings and it simply didn't work. No matter what the resolution is set to, the screen is always missing the bottom half of the picture. This problem first came to light a while ago and that was on the operating sysem of windows 7. Since then, I have come back to this laptop and updated it to windows 10. I have already spoken to Microsoft Support and they said to seek help on the HP Support website. I have tried to install HP Support and it says all of my drivers are up to date. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. Please respond ASAP. Thanks.
