I need to download the video / chipset driver for my DV7-7010US. The download link of the drivers download page does not work. Clicking on it asks you for your language then takes you back to the main support page.
I was able to download the latest video drivers from AMD but still need the USB drivers. I have Windows 7 64bit.

I have been trying to update my hp display resulitions because I upgraded to windows 10 and now the resulition says 1366 x 768
And shows error your resulition is lower that 1200 x 900
I have just installed the update for intel hd driver through the intel update driver uiliity but it is no change windows 8 display resulition was working perfect.
Not sure what I should do should I go back to windows 8.1 how can I solve my display resulition problem I need it to work?
The notebook graphics card 2 (Radeon HD5650 & HD4250), switch them through AMD Catalyst.

Hi i am currently using my laptop since 1 year... 2 months ago i saw that in my display adapters the ati radeon 8670M was not visible in the device manager and onli intel graphics driver is visible.Currently my my graphics had been reduced to 1770 mb from 2770 mb..I mean to say that my dedicated graphics is not showing..there is no sign of catalyst control center in my laptop which was previously visible on the refresh menu. What is my problem actually?

I just received my upgrade notice for Windows 10 from Microsoft.
I upgraded per on-line instructions and all seemed well.
The next day my screen and audio would shut down after streaming a local FM radio station for about 15 minutes.
I've been doing same successfully (until now) for the last two years running.
While the screen goes black and the audio ceases, the machine is still running.
I have to hold down the 'power' button to turn off the notebook.
It restarts quickly.

After installing Windows 10, I connected my HP ENVY to my LG W2453TQ monitor and it worked once!
I have tried the HDMI to DVI-D cable on another laptop and it works fine.
I have also tried HDMI to HDMI on two televisions with no success.
Any advice is welcomed!
The display goes off suddenly and displays that dumping physical memory. After rebooting it will tell that the computer has recovered from unexpected error. Please let us know the solution for this.

Hi, I started suffering massive performance drops while gaming, which I have nailed down to vRAM or texture stream issue. The game will start at a good framerate and play well for a minte, and then suddenly the performance drops off a cliff to 10fps when action starts. Almost as if it is no longer streaming textures properly or fast enough..
When I look at my notebook pecs here---> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03142007 it says "Up to 5093MB total graphics memory " I assume because it borrrows RAM to acccomodate the 1gb AMD GPU???
Well I was able to temporarily fix this huge performance isssue by reaseating the 2 RAM cards in different slots and restarting the computer. But again, this morning the isssue has returned....
One other thing I would like to mention is that the GPU does NOT use GDDR5 as it states on the notebook specs page linked above. That is wrong I am quite sure sure it is GDDR3

I'm so used to being able lightly tap on my mouse map to click onto things on my laptop. But, I just got this HP Spectre 360 and it seems I have to actually click (press down quite hard) on the pad to select\click what I'm hoping to work on. I've gone through the mouse settings and I can't seem to find where to change this.

I have a laptop hp Pavilion dv6 and I am having problems with my web cam. The softwer YouCam is reporting that I need to turn on my camer. The camera was working fine, I used skype normaly and used YouCam softver and it automaticly started the camera.
When I go to Device Manager I don't have Imaging Devices. My Web cam driver is in the section Sound, Video and Game Controllers. I have alredy tried everything - reinstaling, updating, restarting and nothing worked and Device Manager is showing me that the device is working properly. Can anybody help me.

Was running Windows 8.1 64 bit on Pavilion 11-n010dx. The intel graphics driver was version 10.18.10.3366. After upgrade to Windows 10 the graphics driver was 10.18.10.4252. The upgrade was successful but after logging in and getting the home screen, the display flickers badly and constantly and is unusable. After hours of trying I finally was able to get into safe mode and to revert to Windows 8.1. Now the current graphics driver Intel is version 10.18.10.3366 and all seems to be back to normal. What is the problem and how can I get this machine up to Windows 10. Is this an Intel graphics driver problem or something else. The internet is FULL of people having this problem, but there does not seem to be any solutions posted that I can find. Also how come the Windows 10 pre-screening did not find any problems and said the machine was qualified to be upgraded to Windows 10.
I have a problem, i bought a pavillion 14-n019nr and i have it for over an year now. But more than half of the touch screen won't work. I don't know if it's a hardware or a software problem. Where I live we don't have an hp retailer and I don't trust those dodgy computer shops we have. So if you guys could help me out I would be so happy. I uplouded a photo demonstrating up until where the touchscreen works. It stops working where the blue square ends.
When I download a video (school videos nothing illegal), I can't watch them without constant stuttering. There is short, loud noises every 10 seconds but the video itself is unwatchable, it seems to try and play, but repeats itself (0:00 - 0:01 then repeats with laggish video/audio)
I upgraded to window 10 a little while ago only to find that the keys that control my laptops brightness (f2+f3) dont work. before, when i had windows 8 it worked perfectly fine but now it doesnt. please help.
