Dear Sir/Mam.
My laptop is HP pavilion 15-E024TU, Windows 8.1
The laptop is under warranty of 3 years including one year accidental damage protection.
I paid in advance for extended warranty. Now it is running under second year of warranty and
Laptop's display is troubling (one line is there in the normal display).
I filed a complaint at the customer care my case number is 4756194446.
Engineer visited and told that DISPLAY will be replaced. Instead of directly getting the display replaced I am facing another problem from your side that, CT. NUMBER DIDN'T MATCH.
After updating the case I got the reply that
"As per shared snapshot CT CCQHV03K65D4VK
As per LEGO Tool CT CCQHV03K65DFQB
CT Mismatching Approval Code: A08
While reverse tracking we found the SL 5CD33565W1 and this is under OOW. Hence cannot be considered."
But how can it be possible??? I haven’t change my display yet. This is the first time that I am facing any problem regarding my laptop and as per you people CT no. is mismatching. So please take this into your account that fault is from your side not mine. Even reverse tracking is showing serial number of other laptop as per your response.
Please rectify your mistake as early as possible because it is urgent for me.
