I bought a couple of days ago an HP ProBook 450 G2 whit Intel® Core™ i7-4510U 2.00GHz, 8GB, 1TB, AMD Radeon R5 M255 2GB and I`m having a really serious problem with the dedicated video card.
I`m unable to install the AMD Radeon R5 M255 video card drivers. I keep getting a yellowish triangle. See attached images.
I tried with HP Support Assistant, with HP SoftPaq Download Manager, from AMD website I downloaded the latest Catalyst Control Center driver. Uninstalled the driver, installed it automatically with wizard and it keeps showing the triangle.
Just so you know I`m quite knowledged in the IT domain, but this is out of my league. I want to know if its a compatibility issue between the onboard and the dedicated ( AMD Radeon ) video cards or there isn`t a compatible driver for Windows 8.1 x64.
Did anyone have a similar issue? Is it fixable?
Thank you
