When I click on a video to watch it, it won't load. The arrow keeps circling and never stops. I've had this fixxed a few times but then it starts doing the same thing after a few weeks.

Touch screen not responding
Hello,
I have recently encountered a problem with my HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-n019se Ultrabook
where the touch screen doesnt respond at all.This just happened a few days back and It was working perfectly fine back then. I have checked in device manager and the drivers are working fine.

NVidia Graphic
Hi i have an HP envy 15t-j000 quad core ct0 edition notebook pc. It has a Nvidia GEFORCE Sticker on it, though the nvidia grpahics driver never detects compatible hardware. Device manager also only list my intel 4600 hd graphics card.

Switchable Graphics Driver Needs A Update
I have a HP Pavilion dv6 Quad Custom Edition, Product Number: LF374AV. I was trying to update my GPU driver for my (ATI Radeaon 6770M) to version 14.9 but I loose my switchable graphics option. It would appear that HP needs to make a updated version of their special driver so I can maintain my switchable graphics while still having the updated driver from AMD. I'm on Win 7 Home Preim 64bit.

Touchpad not working/ No mouse showing
Hey there,
I have a HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC and when I turned it on tonight my touchpad is unresponsive and my mouse doesn't even show. I found a USB mouse I've used on a previous laptop to be able to load anything. I recently updated the touchpad drivers per the HP Support Assistant. Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!

HP Pavilion dv5 Black Screen problem
I have a black scree problem and have tried the hard reset, memory modules and hard drive test - still nothing! Read that one person reflowed video chip with blowdryer in a dv6, but not sure if that will fix my laptop. It was overheating so suspect this has caused the problem. Would appreciate your help for me to easily fix myself. Thx

cq62-309ax Switchable Graphics Problem
Hi there,
I have a Presario CQ62-309AX and just did a recovery from recovery disks. Everything works fine apart from the switchable graphics. Both cards are showing up in device manager but Catalyst Control Centre wont switch between them using ATI Power Express.
Before the recovery it was working fine but now it wont switch from the AMD M880G With ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 to the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470, just stays on the first.

Laptop screen\inverter problem and the replacement cost request
Hi,
One of the hinge (Right one. Left one is perfectly fine) was broken on my laptop. I seen the blurred images . when I tried to remove the belt across the border of the screen with the thought of I can replace the hinge. Then after I dont see anything displayed on my Laptop screen ( I mean screen is black). Nothing been displayed on the screen.
I hooked the laptop to an external monitor and my laptop works beautifully.
The Laptop screen doesnt have any crack and it is free from the physical damage.
1. Does the my laptop screen is gone. If so, then how much does it cost to replace the screen
2. As I tried to remove the belt across the screen which would have damanged the inverter ? If so, how much does the inverter, hinges replacement cost along with the labour cost from HP ?
Please help me and guide me what can I do.

DV6T-6100 Radeon HD 6700M Video Card disappeared from device manager after driver install
I have a dv6t-6100 laptop with an Radeon HD 6700M card. Recently I tried to update the drivers via AMD's main site and the drivers completed installing. After restarting my computer my resolution dropped and was only switching between 800x600 and 1024x800 and no video files or games would work. Trying to run catalyst gave me errors saying no AMD device is installed on my machine.
I eventually found my way to HP's support pages and downloaded this file. After installing that driver my resolution went back to normal and I can now play video files/games, but my frame rate is really low. Looking at my device manager, I noticed that the Radeon 6700M card is no longer listed under display adapters. Reinstalling the drivers and reseting my machine hasn't done anything.
Any help here would be appreciated.

Laptop Blank/Blackscreen Issue
Hello guys.
I have a HP laptop Envy 17 3D. Yesterday As I was using it just browsing the internet, I went to shower when I came back to it about 15 mins later the screen was black you could see the white led but nothing on the screen. I turned it off assuming it jad just frozen when I turned it back on the screen just doesn't show anything not even a light. The led for wifi on the keyboard lights up and the harddrive led is flashing. The motion sensor the laptop has seems to work as the keyboard . lights up when I approach it. I already tried using an HDMI to connect to a tv screem. The TV detects that there is an hdmi plugged to something but nothing displays. I've also tried switching the RAM from different slots. I have no idea how anything could have happened to it while I was showering.
Note: I am NOT able to access anything on the screen including the BIOS.

Compaq Presario v5000 vertical colored lines only display on screen

There is abproblem with my compaq presario v5000. Whenever I start it up, the screen starts black (it is 'on' with light, but black) and nothing shows up. The startup sounds can be heard and even the desktop sounds can also be heard. The screen, however, remains black for a while, then ir starts to increase in brightness and displays only colored verticak lines.
I would like to know what is the possible cause of this problem and its potential solutions.

no picture
when i start my notebook it boots normally. after running for about 15 min my screen begins to flash and flicker, after another 5 min of this i loose all picture and can only see the back light. i have picture when conected to an external moniter. what do i need to fix to have it working properly?

If I connect external monitor I don't have same problem...

I have bought a HP Pavillion 14-n216TX laptop. However, when i try to connect a second monitor to the laptop, it couldn't detect the monitor at all. Im unsure why. Please help.

Unstable Intel(R) HD Graphics driver file
Blue screen crashes caused by unstable driver file.
(igdpmd64.sys) in Screen Display drivers.
Caused multible crashes, until I disabled Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.
Now Windows wants to keep shutting down the other graphics driver (which is a low resolution driver) and reinstalling the faulty one. Driver updates show I have the latest. But It crashes as soon as its reloaded.
How can I get a new HD Display driver and load it as a replacement?

Intel 3000 and ATI 6770m Switchable graphics for Win7
Hello, I want to update my drivers, but as you can guess, the only drivers I can find for my laptop are very old.
I have tried installing Generic drivers from Inte's website and now I can not switch graphics card.
I'm really tired about this issue...I have been trying for days.
Please for God's sake just tell me what to do.
The internet is full of unofficial suggestions which confuse me even more, just tell me what to download and install.
My laptop is dv6-6003ev running win7-x64
