Unit is out of warranty and need a part number for the Digitizer glass, customer dropped the tablet and broke the glass. need part number so i can order the glass for the customer.

Notebook HP ENVY 15-k000nl - Ambient Light Sensor, Adaptive Brightness
Good morning all,
I have bought the above PC last week.
I have a problem with Ambient Light Sensor - Adaptive Brightness also if I have disable as showed in the manual (windows 8.1) but during the daily use a lot of time the display brightness is changing (up and down).
This problem is very, very annoying. Is there a driver or something than can be upgraded to improve this issue?
The problem is so repeated, that I almost fear and the display is corrupted ...
How would you advise me to do? Which device can I disable or which tests can I do to be certain that is not damaged the display but depends only on the ambient light sensor?

AMD RADEON hd 7 series problem
hi all
i have problem with my vga card
firstly my laptop is " probook 4540s "
my graphics card is AMD RADEON HD 7500m/7600m series
my operating system is windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
the problem simply is i tried to downloal and install driver from here hp site and from amd site and the problem still the same
every time i found erroe code 43 and card doesn't install as appering in the following pics
can anyone help to find where is the problem ???

Bad camera image
HPEnvy TS m6 Sleekbook with Win 8.1.
What is the resolution on the camera on this laptop?
I'ml trying to update the photo that goes with my account. When I start the camera, either with the standard camera app button or with the Cyber Link YouCam, the quality of the photo and or the vidoe is awful. It looks like it's set on a really, really low resolution. But I can't find any place to adjust the settings on the camera.
There's gotta be a way to make this look better.

videos not showing on my HP15 notebook
I have an HP 15 Notebook product number is; F9H9OUA#ABA, the operating system is 64-bit operating system-x64 based processor. Whenever I try to watch videos on YouTube or Facebook the screen goes green, but I can still hear the audio. What can I do to solve this? I installed updates from HP, Windows, and installed Norton Antivirus.

HP ProBook 4530s webcam stop working after few sec
Hi,
I'm havig a problem with my webcam. When I start it it's work without any problem but after few secounds the cam stop working and the driver disappear from the device manager then i have to restart to get it works again but only few secounds too. I have formated the computer and downloaded all drivers from HP but i still have the same problem.
Any one can help please?

Pavilion m6-1035dx display issues
I am getting no display at all out of my monitor. About a week ago I had half my screen normal disply and the other half was colored lines vertically. Eventually the screen went total black. I purchased a new sacreen and installed and still have no disply. If I plug in a external monitor I get display on that but still nothing on my laptop screen. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I run Windows 8 on my DV6707 and imaging device is missing in device manager.
I have a HP dv6707 and upgraded from Vista to Windows 8 several months ago. My built in webcam has stopped working and no Imaging Device shows up on the Device Manager list. The webcam(Imaging Device) does returned after some Windows updates but vanishes after about 24hrs. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

i need help with hp pavilion dv7-6c95sx graphics card
i want to know what is the Dedicated video card for hp pavilion dv7-6c95sx
because when i try to update the card from the device manager it's download and install amd radeon hd 6700m series

it install amd radeon hd 7690m series , anyway i'm using the amd radeon hd 6700m now but i'm getting huge fps drop in games and also the laptop is very slow .
notice that when i install the amd 7690m the intel hd graphics stop working. on the other hand when i install the intel hd graphic the amd 7690m stop working , this case don't happen when i install the amd 6700m .

bought my hp pavilion 17 notebook pc about two weeks ago. started it up tonight and every screen has a red/pink hue to it. what has happened? did a refresh didnt help. should i take it back or contact hp

connecting a touch screen monitor to Pavilion 17 e-137cl
I'd like to use touch screen capability on when I have an exterior monitor connected with that capability (Acer T232HL). It has Windows 8.1 updated but I cannot find a way to initiate pen and touch to the exterior monitor. Is this possible?

Pavilion g6-1b60us no output on HDMI?
This is very odd... I cannot get my computer to display via HDMI on my TV. I've done all the basic suggestions (restarting both etc) and nothing seems to work. What makes it even odder is that the TV shows up as a 'projector' just fine on my laptop, but when I select 'duplicate' or 'projector only' nothing happens on the TV screen.
Any thoughts? I'm stumped!

I cannot seem to have this triple display set up and running. Could you please let me know if I am doing something no supported
HP Elitebook 8470 (on docking station) + Display Port Monitor (connected to docking station) + VGA Monitor (connected to docking station)
Shouln't this work according to this guide?
