Presario CQ62 screen off; blinking caps, orange WLAN
I recently replaced my motherboard for my Presario CQ62. It turns on now, however, the display doesn't turn on. My caps lock is blinking, and my charger and WLAN indicator lights are solid orange. I'm not sure what the issue here is.

Spectre won't extend image to second monitor
I just bought my HP Spectre 360 a short time ago. I have used it with a 2ndary monitor--extending the desktop at home. I took it to work today--and the desktop stayed extended on my work monitor for a time. Now all the Spectre wants to do is clone the display. Each time I try to extend the display the 2ndary goes black. I've tried changing resolution, and refresh rates. I even tried switching the adapter to the other port. The seondary works fine in clone--but won't switch back. Worked for hours as extended earlier.
Have updated drivers and restarted computer--still same problem. Ideas?

Fan noise on HP 17-ak008na, AMD A9, 8Gb RAM
Hi forum, I've just joined the forum to hopefully pick your brains. I am looking to purchase a HP 17-ak008na. I have bought HP for years finding their quality and pricepoint as well as design all plus points. This particular laptop I really want as the large screen size but importantly for me the backlit keyboard, often working at night and dark presentation rooms. I have looked on various reviews to find alot of people saying the fan noise is loud, in a permanent state of overheat. Now I know reviews aren't always to be believed and bloatware can often cause the CPU to work overtime, but do any of you knowledgeable folk have any idea if this is true? If I but the laptop, love the screen and keyboard but cant live with the fan noise I may well find myself stuck with it, as returning it may prove difficult under returning regulations on laptops. I cannot find out if my HP Pavilion x360 -11t Touch Laptop will work with a stylus? Can anyone tell me? Is the screen just touch, is it capacitive? Will any stylus work? I can't find the answer....

When you download the definitions, you find that the graphics card is of type r7 m340 4gb ddr3
But it must be radeon 530 4gb ddr3
Is this a mistake in the graphics card?
Or the problem in definitions such as the problem that got to member Mandetah

multiple Resolution in a NB
Dear Support Team,
Would it be possible to have two resolution in the same nb, when it connect projector, it will show 1024*768 (60) resolution , but when it doesn't connect projector, it will automatic to change another resolution. Thanks a lot.

Cannot run Blue Ray disks on 17" laptop with Windows 10 OS
I installed Windows 10 on a 17" Pavilian Notebook and I can't run Blue Ray DVDs. It will run non Blue Ray DVDs but won't recognize Blue Ray disks.

Very seriosa graphic issue

HP Digital Pen doesn't function with HP Envy 17t
Purchased an HP Envy 17t Laptop recently. Based on information from HP Support, order HP Pen (1MR94AA#ABL). Downloaded HP Pen Control Software. Nothing works. If this is a Bluetooth Item, Laptop doesn't see it. Touch screen works with finger. Any ideas?

HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb005nc ... USB-C going dead after yesterdays (24.4.) fw updates!!
Hi,
--as i replied with this note another question about USB-C here at the forum---
I have HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb005nc model - and the same issue with USB-C.
Also using it for my external display ASUS ZenScreen, also the same problems.....
Nevertheless - originally it WORKS, display connect to USB-C shows input as "DisplayPort" and show picture.
But:
- first time it works about 2 hours, then sudenly goes off, USB-C is like dead (yes, USB-A with adapter works fine and diplay shows picture on its input "USB"
- I call HP support (CZE) and after updating drivers for both NVIDIA and Intel Graphics (probably the Intel was the right ones) it again works perfectly for many many days....
- Yesterday fw packet udated via HP Support Assistant offer to update BIOS and some other drivers, (I think the Intel Graphiics as well), I have updated it and - after few minutes it STOP showing picture at USB-C again!!!
I called again for support, try to install earlier version of the Intel drivers, but nothing happen - USB-C behaves as dead

Installation of earlier BIOS do not want to proceed.... and renewing the NVIDIA and Intel graphics do not do nothing, USB-C is still dead.
So - it is clear isuue of the DRIVERS !!!!

HP Support Assistant and HP Performance Advisor Recommend Diffrent Intel Video Driver Version
I have "HP Support Assistant" and "HP Performance Advisor" software installed.
Why both recommended different version of Intel Video Driver and Control Panel? "HP Support Assistant" is 21.20.16.4550 (sp79322) and "HP Performance Advisor" is 20.19.15.4457 (SP76114)?
I have tried latest version 23.20.16.4877 (SP85323), unfortunately "HP Performance Advisor" alerted is not approved version and my laptop frequentely hang and jammed. Once revert back to 21.20.16.4550 (sp79322), all very smooth.

I tried to install the latest video driver update sp85248.exe but it fails to install on my Spectre 360 13-4040nd.
I get an error message that my system does not meet the minimum system requirements.
How is that possible? And how to solve it?

Envy 4 blank screen
I can’t get to a functioning home screen. It lets me select from startup page and login but then shows blueish screen. I can get to task manager but won’t go to home page or anywhere else.
