After replacing the disk with the reinstallation of Windows. 3D graphics began to work very slowly, put a lot of drivers, I can not find a solution to the problem.

Can't play any video or mp3 or any kind of audio via any player.

If I try to play from groove music and movies&tv
It shows "can't play.

If I try to play from wmp it shows encountered a problem while playing.
Tried solutions to fix wmp is adding a new registry value but it didn't work.
The thing is even third party apps like sm can't seem to run it its stuck in one frame and nothing's playing
So please help me.

How could i replace my keaboard as a backlitted one
Hi i have hp bs 104 nt which is release 3q at 2017 with i8250u procs.
So as u know there is no backlitted keyboard on this model ( i think it shall be standart for all laptops !! ) is it possible to upgrade a led lighted keyboard. according to my investigate, motherboard should incldue zif port but i couldn't find wheter my motheroard has it.

HP Spectre 13-ae000 x360 Convertible touch screen stopped working
Hi,
The touch screen was working but with 2-3 second delay!
So I tried to install a new firmware but unfortunately it stopped completely the touch screen and disabled the pen.
( I installed the wrong frimware which is HP UHD Touchscreen Controller Firmware Update for
HP Spectre x360 - 15t-bl000 CTO)
How can enbale the touch screen again and without the 2-3 second delay?
My model is

Hi!
I am wondering when HP is going to release new GPU Drivers for the HP ENVY x360 - 15-bqxx.
The drivers on the website (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-15-bq100-x360-convertible-pc/16851053/model/19390852) are, since I bought the laptop, still from 20 Nov. 2017.
6 months later and still no updated GPU Drivers from HP? Is this what to be expected from that 'Ryzen power' your ads and commercials showed?

HP latop with Windows 10 15-cc533d has blank screen with cursor.
The laptop was working lastnight. I went to bring it up and the only thing I get is a blank screen with a cursor. I can turn the laptop off and then bring it back up and login...then I get the blank screen with cursor.

Reverse scrolling windows 10
How do I enable reverse scrolling on the touchpad? I don't see an option to change scroll directions in the touchpad settings. Is there another clickpad driver I can install instead?

Dual Monitors for HP Spectre
Hello,
I'm trying to connect two monitors to my HP Spectre laptop. The two monitors I am using have HDMI to USB-C cables, but the laptop only has one free USB-C port (the other is used as the laptop charger). The normal USB port is currently being used for an external mouse.
I tried to use a USB port (which had two USB & two USB-C ports) but a warning comes up about the displays not working. The product I purchased is a Belkin 4-port mini hub (F4U090)
If I plug the two HDMI cables straight into the laptop, the dual monitors work, but then I sacrifice the laptop charger and this causes issues.
Has anyone else had this issue, and how did they get around it?

Laptop Screen not having brightness adjustment (windows 10)
I have a new Laptop with Windows 10 installed with all updates. The screen brightness cannot be increased or decreased. I cannot see the option for that and the functional key to increase/decresse the screen not working as well.
How do i get this resolved please.

I cannot install any network printer (windows 7)
i have a brand new HP laptop, was able to install the newtwork printers sameday i setup the laptop, but today all the network printer stopped working, i uninstall but could not able to install any network printer again.
Also, could not update the using window 7 update tool.

HP Tilt Pen issues (lag?) and HP Pen Control
Hi all,
I write again on the forum to segnalate a new issue on my Spectre.
After "fighting" two month with the repair center, they finally change motherboard, touchscreen and other small parts on my spectre for an issue with the digitizer.
Now I have the notebook from a week and the digitizer is more precise and have more sensitivity to pressure but when I'm writing every 20-30 seconds (randomly) the pen stop writing for a while (it seems a lag). This seem a software issue.
I suggest to HP to improve the driver of touchscreen seriously, because for me and for other customers this is the worst product in term of optimization (and assistance) that I ever bought.
And another big thing to improve is the HP Pen Control software. All other brand have a good suite to customize the pen (change the pressure sensitivity, regulate jittering and other things, see for example the Surface App or the Wacom App) but HP only offer a old software that permit to customize only the side buttons.
Anybody agree to me or have the same problems?

I need to know what active HP pen to purchase that will be compatible with my laptop. I purchased the HP active pen, 1MR94AA#ABL , and it does not work at all. Please, if anyone has an HP Envy Convertible 360 15-aq166nr, which I just purchased 3-31-18, and has an active pen that works please let me know before I go and buy another active pen.
