sir the problem is that when i switch my laptop on then after 15 to 20 minutes it automatically shut down and a blue screen appears showing an error and directing me to check the problem online in yhe name of "driver acl not less or equal" and then after processing to 100 percent it automatically restarts and this is happening daily so please solve my problem it will be so kind of you.

HP Truevision HD driver digital certificate issue
Hi
My Pavilion G6 notebook won't recognise it's inbuilt webcam. I can see that the HP Truevision HD driver has the following error. "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)".
When I try to update the driver, it tells me that it's already up to date. How do I fix the driver ? I am running Windows 8

17-e153sa - Win7 - Brightness keys not working
Hi,
I have recently purchased an HP Pavilion 17-e153sa. I installed Windows 7 on it and after some work only can only see one thing that doesn't work - the keyboard function keys (except the wireless key works). I know about the Action Key setting in the BIOS and I have tried installing Quick Launch, Software Framework and even the HP Assistant, but to no avail.

Having a problem with my Windows 7 laptop
When I power up my laptop, it gives me the usual quick message about hitting the ESC key if I want the Startup menu, then it goes black and then it goes back to the message screen and then to black, back and forth between message screen and black screen. When I hit ESC and do the tests, they come out ok, but when I try to do a Recovery, it goes to back to the flashing of message screen and black screen.

Graphics driver
Update to original question, the laptop has the AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD Graphics. After installing win7 it seems to run the display ok but when attempting to play a dvd it errors with display coompatability message, ie. must support direct 9.0 or later. It is a new laptop with os downgraded to win7. Help !!! model is HP 15-n019wm.

trying to update the wIDI driver/software when I select update in the widi software, I get the message "your graphics driver has been customized by the OEM please go to the manufacturers support for an update. " I uploaded what I thought was the latest update, but still get the same result. What am I doing wrong???

pavilion g6-2237tx-lock screen settings dont work
since i've updated to 8.1windows on my pavalion g6-2237tx, i've tried to change my lock screen display picture. as i select the "change pc settings" option and select "lock screen" , i'm redirected to the start up page and the setting's page closes on it's own.
i've installed all the drivers and i keep my laptop updated. i keep scanning it from time to time as well. my original windows was 8 and from the day i updated to 8.1, i've been having this issue. this might not come across as a big problem but i like to keep my machine clean and working properly to the best of it's abilities.
please help!
i'm irritated everytime the settings page disappears on selecting lock screen so much so that i want to go back to windows 8.

Would like to know when you people are going to update these drivers. AMD has up to date drivers but says I have to get mine from HP and the ones from you are 3 years old. All of my games are telling me I need to update my graghics drivers and some games are starting to crash because of it.

HP Pavilion 15-n020AX
Hi Team,
I recently bought HP Pavilion 15-n020AX lap and Installed Win 8. Everthying works fine except screen brightness control. With Ubuntu OS is was able to control the screen brightness with F3 and F4 keys. But after installing Windows 8, i'm not able to reduce the brightness by these keys as well as through display settings.
Note: I have installed all the drivers given in the HP site.
