I have an HP laptop that runs Windows 8.1 and has AMD Radeon HD 7520G ver. 13.251.0.0. The screen has started flickering with lines across the entire screen. The lines are moving. This occurs when I plug it into a tv as well. The flickering will stop when I push the laptop screen all the way open. Flickering will then occur when I pull the screen back. Can you please help me with this?

Sleep mode
My HP 2000 laptop won't wake up from sleep mode when I close the lid. I have to force a shutdown by holding down the power button. I have resorted to removing the sleep mode altogether. Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

two screen
I am using a HP Folio 9470m. Can I use two exteranl screen at the same time.
On the dock station two connectors are availble a Dsub/VGA and displayport.
I need to know if i can use both at the same time. Of course in this context, I will not use laptop integrated screen.

Pavillion g6-2006tx; CCC showing only Intel 3000 and not AMD Radeon 7670M
Although the Device manager shows both intel 3000 and AMD radeon 7670M as the display adapters; the CCC doesnt show the AMD graphic card.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers from HP for my device but the issue persists.
Does this issue mean that AMD card is not functional or being used?
Is switchable graphics uding the AMD GPU?
What do i do to resolve this issue if it is an issue?

G71-447US notebook needing updated video driver...but none is available?
Urgent help needed here! Recently, Blizzard did a patch that made my video driver out-of-date, so I am not even able to log into the game I pay a subscription for. The laptop appears to have the Intel Graphics Media Acel 4500M chip set I've looked on Intel's website (They say that because HP put their chip set in HP's laptop, it's been customized and they can't update it), HP's website (after MANY delays and confusing back-trackings, it appears there hasn't been an update of the driver since 2009, when I bought my computer) Blizzard says I should have driver version 15.31.9.64.3165-9.18.10.3165. How do I get this driver version?

After Windows Update, PowerDVD stopped working and DVD/Bluray movies won't work
So after contacting PowerDVD and trying to get a new key to reinstall PowerDVD, I was told to contact HP support, as it's a bundled program($99later). REALLY?
Yes, this laptop is amazing, cost me near $900 with all the upgrades I had done to it, I travel all the time and have moved 2x since I bought it. No I don't have the random PowerSoftware key backed up some place. *rolls eyes* I've done all the updates, unstalled them, reinstalled them. My last option is simply, reinstall the program BUT I need the Activation Key.
Is there any way to find this? HP wants $99 for me to contact them....really? I may as well just buy the updated/upgraded version or better online.
Sorry now that I'm done venting, can anyone help me find the Activation Key for the PowerDVD 10 that came with my HP when I bought it?

graphic card problem
Hello,i recently bought hp pavilion 15-n055sm.Gaphics for this model are MD Radeon HD 8610G/8670M Dual GPU (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) but the device manager detects amd radeon hd 8610g + 8600m dual graphics.Program like pc wizard or site can you run it detect only 1gb ddr3 memory,while game rome 2 total war shows 2700 mb of video memory.Nonetheless,system information detects around 2000 mb of adapter ram.I'm not sure if i installed bad drivers,or the graphic card in my lap top isn't the one it should be.

Video Cable on Laptop

Nvidia crached , Windows Kernal mode
I am using HP ENVY DV4 5203-tx Laptop . It is inbuilt with a NVIDIA 630M VGA. 3 days ago a message started appearing telling "Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver, Version 305.46 stopped responding and has successfully recovered"
I contacted NVIDIA Support team, they said to contact the Manufacturer. How can i resolve this problem.
i was using WINDOWS 8.1 OEM, i tried downgrading to Windows 8 , reinstalling the drivers, But still the problem is not fixed.

Does my HP Envy m6 support 3 monitors?
I have a 1yr old HP Envy M6 laptop that I've been using as a 2-monitor setup (with the unit as the #1 display and an external HP EliteDisplay E221 as the #2 display - connected via HDMI cable).
I have a second external monitor I'd like to set up as a #3 display. I have it hooked up via the pin-style connector, and can get it to function, but cannot get all 3 displays to function at the same time. Before plugging it in, I had looked to confirm that the Intel(R) HDGraphics 4000 card does support a 3 monitor setup.
What am I doing wrong?

HP pavilion g 72 LCD screen is out...external screen won't show boot up screen....what can I do?
At boot up the external monitor stays in sleep mode so I cant see what it is I need to do to fix my computer. Does anyone have any ideas on how or what I can use as my display screen?

HP ProBook 470 display problem with resolution
Hello,
I recently bought a new ProBook 470 G0 with screen resolution 1600x900. It was with Linux OS and I bought and installed Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.
Everything was OK. But after the firsh restart the resolution changed to 800x600. The resolution changed immediately with the restart, before the OS loading. I changed the resolution to 1024x768. It is the maximum !
So I installed the drivers for Intel HD 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 8750M from the HP support website, but with no success.
The problem is not only with the resolution, but at the bottom of the screen there is a part, which is like a mirror to the top of the screen. The top of the windows are shown 2 times - at the top of the screen and at the bottom of the screen.
Sometimes (surprisingly) when I start the notebook everything is OK, but with the first restart the problem occurs immediately. Now if I select "Screen resolution" from the Desktop popup menu the Display is set to "Digital Flat Panel (1024x768 60Hz)" and there is no way to change it.

Slow, choppy video pavilion dv67010us
Video card - Amd Radeon7640G, driver - 8.942.1.1000. My videos are very slow and choppy, sometimes stopping altogether. I have the latest driver (I think), and latest Flash Player. Any ideas?

Contrast suddenly too high on HP Pavilion 15-n084ca Notebook PC display
Hello. I purchased my HP Pavilion 15 just under two months ago. Over the past few days, I have noticed the contrast on my display is suddenly far too high. It's not a brightness issue; lowering the brightness doesn't make the white/colour less saturated or the text any more legible. Hoping it's not a screen/hardware issue. Any info you can provide would be most appreciated. Thanks!
