Please let me know the driver I need to use for AMD Radeon R7 M440 card. I tried downloading and installing the AMD crimson 17.4.4 control panel but it installs a M340 driver and is not compatible. Unfortunately, in a haste, i also removed the HP Drivers partition.

Recently, my computer screen had gone awry. When I close the lid and let the computer sleep, and then re-open the lid, the screen becomes white, that being unable to do anything. To combat this problem, I can only force shut down and wait for the computer to reboot (sometimes repairing the drive on different occassions). I had consulted a friend that deals with computer problems and had discussed about the graphic card being overheated, thus resulting in the event. From this description, do you agree with me that the grahic card had overheated and if yes, is it valid under warranty where the computed will be replaced entirely or replaced with a part? Thanks

Hey, this morning my track pad has stopped working. I have arleady tried to reinstall the synaptic drive give on HP website.
I noticed that there was when i tried to press down on the touchpad it didnt make a clicking sound like it would normally when i tried to do a left or right click. When i try left click on trackoad sometimes it would hold the left click down for a long time.
I also noticed the touchpad seems to have sunk down from its oriignal position.
moved computer from regular site and when moved it back the keyboard qasnt working
My 6560b lacks the screen image just as it does connected to external display. Starts as normal, the fan works etc but not a sign on the screen just dark ... What is the most likely error? anyone who knows ? Very grateful for any tips.
It is an older model that has received service over the years such as: new hd, new frame, new fan, new cooling paste etc.

The monitor is showing pink and light blue shades... sort of many mini vertical lines... especially around windows. Many times text is also non readable. The problem appears randomly and sometimes disappears... but it seems to be getting worse with time.
I already changed the VGA cable connection to my laptop with a new one but no improvement. The hp elitebook laptop monitor works fine. Can this problem be fixed?

I've recently installed a fresh Windows 10 OS (Version 1607 Built 14393.0) on an HP product: HP EliteBook 820 G3.
I've installed all the available drivers (including the HP Hotkey Support driver package) but the several Fn Hotkeys aren't working: Brightness keys, the Numeric Keys and the Mute Microphone Key.
To be specified, Windows 10 has .NET Framework 4.6.2 installed which is a dependency for the Hotkeys driver package
Is there a fix for this, please? I've also tried using the older versions of the HP Hotkeys Support package but still, without success.

My granddaughter's laptop all of sudden just started having wierd lines in it today? it's ONLY less than 2 yrs old, and of course, the warranty has expired. . .No heat exposure, or dropping it, etc. Any clue as to what to do?

I'm hoping there is somebody out there who can help me. I have recently purchased an second hand SLR camera and need to buy a memory card. However, I also want to know that whichever card I buy, as well as being compatible with my camera is compatible with my computer.
My camera manual tells me that certain makes are approved memory cards and I'll be buying one of these in order that my warranty is not voided if anything goes wrong in the first 6 months. Anyhow, it says that SD cards 512MB, IGB and 2 GB are approved although it says to check other devices for compatibility with regard to the 2 GB one.
Also compatible are SDHC cards and SDXC cards but can anyone tell me whether my HPG62 bought in 2011, will be compatible with these type of memory cards.

This seems like a dumb question, but here goes:
When my Elitebook x360 is in tablet mode, how do I wake up the screen when it turns off due to the power management plan?
I have a 4 month old Hp Pavilion X360 2 in 1 laptop. Last time it was used there were no issues, I only closed the lid without turning off last use. The next day I opened up and the screen was black. The backlight works but no display.
I turned the computer off and plugged in the AC cord and turned back on. I am still getting the black screen.
The computer seems to act as normal (except for the screen). The brightness keys change the backlight brightness and I seem to be able to log in because I carry out the key strokes for logging in (enter, password then enter) and the hard disc starts to work as if it is logging in. CAPS light turns on and off when it is pressed.
I have tried:
- Entering BIOS (win key + b when turned on)
- all 4 arrow keys when turned on
- hard reset IAW with HP support
Nothing seems to make a difference.
Does anyone have any other tricks?

So I have a E001ax as my laptop.It has A-10 5750m APU processor and Radeon 8650g+8670m as graphics card.
Now for the last year i have been trying to find suitable drivers for my graphics card as on AMD forum it says that my graphics card set has been moved to legacy so the last available working driver is Catalyst 15.7.1
Now the issue is even if I use the 15.7.1 windows cannot detect my graphics card
On windows 7 Professional SP1 it showed 8650g+8600m instead of 8650g+8670m
On windows 8.1 Professional it showed 8650g+8600m instead of 8650g+8670m
On windows 10 Professional it showed 8650g+8600m instead of 8650g+8670m,but after windows update it showed 8650g+8670m.
And in OS i prefer to have windows 7 so can anyone please direct me to drivers which will work perfectly on windows 7 professional SP1 .
Also I have tried device manager update,windows update etc etc .Nothing works.Only in windows 10 update i am able to download driver updates for graphics card , but windows 7 and 8.1 dont even detect my graphics card.

I have a problem with connecting my laptop HP Spectre X360 13-x0XX (Win 10) to my port replicator HP 2005pr. I tried the replicator with my HP ENVY ultrabook (Win 7) and worked properly. The thing is that both of the video ports (HDMI nor VGA) are not working(USBs, RJ45 and audio ports are working OK). When I tried to install the driver for the replicator my laptop restarted and could not load the windows anymore, so I had to reinstall. Do you have such experience somebody? Is there a solution for such issue?
