22CWA display monitor and VGA
Have two 22CWA display monitors. Monitor #1 HDMI connection directly to laptop works great. Monitor #2 VGA connection into laptop port replicator does not work. What is the solution for monitor #2. Thanks.

Since installing Windows 10 I can no longer get a DVD to play on my laptop
I've lost control of other operating systems that came with this particular PC. I can no longer scan, and I cannot watch a DVD. Pleae help.

Blank Screen - No battery to do hard reset
My notebook had been working just fine utnil one day the screen did not turn on. I had not done any updates or installed any drivers before the screen stopped working. I don't have a removable battery, so I can't do the "normal" hard reset. I've tried other methods of a hard reset and have not had any luck with that working either. When I hook my notebook up to another monitor, I can see that everything works just fine, but the notbook screen remains black. I have also attemped to install new graphics drivers but have not had any luck with that either.
Any new advice or information is appreciated! Thanks.

Envy x360 display problems resuming from Sleep mode
I'm considering purchasing an Envy x360 model m6-w103dx or m6-w105dx. I've read numerous reports about a display issue when resuming from Sleep mode that causes the laptop to need a reboot. The fix appears to be a firmware upgrade (and is not widely publicized by HP).
Does this problem affect the Intel graphics in the 103dx, the NVidia graphics in the 105dx, or both?
Are any of these laptops shipping with the correct firmware installed? If so, what should a person look for when purchasing (serial number, build date, etc)?

Screen Glitch with words on screen
So this has been happening for a while, and its just been getting extremely frustrating. About 75% of the time that there are words on my screen at all, whether Microsoft Word or a website, even typing this question. This happens

HP ENVY 15t-j100 Nvidia Issues
Hi, I bought a laptop that said it came with an nvidia geoforce graphics card but upon inspection using device manger and other tools for inspecting the gpu only the intel 4600 graphics were found. I t has the nvidia sticker on it. What should i do?

HP Envy video issue
Occasionally, after using the PC for a random time period, the normal display of the Win10 desktop disappears and is reaplced with an ugly "herringbone" pattern (best way I can describe it). When this happens, the only way to resolve the problem is to do a hard shutdown and reboot. This seems to happrn, of course, at the most imopportune times.
I have updated all video drivers but it continues to happen occasionally. I do have the model with the nVidia GEForce video card. Other pertinent info:

hy my webcam doesn't work after upgrading to windows 8. And any media drive or disc also rejected, and sometimes the pad on keyboard doesn't work well. Why those problem came suddenly at the same time? Is windows 8 not fits with hp mini 110?

ProBook 6470b Graphics
I have a probook 6470b. Specs are good enough and it was said as a powerful workstation.
CPU: Intel Core-i5 3320M 2.60GHz
RAM: 4GB 1600MHz DDR3
HDD: 500GB Western Digital
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
SC: IDT SRS Audio
Now, in youtube reviews and HP websites says that this laptop has discrete graphics which is AMD Radeon HD7570M. The problem is, the laptop came with the OEM drivers but i can't install the AMD Graphics controller. Only AMD HYDRAVISION was intalled. I tried different versions of installers.

Installation was successful but catalyst was not installed so does the GPU drivers. Still i can't use discrete graphics which has a bandwith of 1GB DDR5 rather than the intergrated 64MB. I need help please.

Black screen
Bought this in the summer used it about 2 times just got it out to print an email and now screen I see its a common problem . wondering if up is standing behind this . when I purchased this at best but the rep was there .he talked me into this laptop I'm not sure I'm impressed although in not to great with Tec stuff .

AMD Graphics problem after Win10 installed
Installed Windows10 - now I get a message that the AMD GRAPHICS is either not installed or is not functioning properly, and the machine will shut down. Where do I go to get the AMD GRAPHICS fix or download so this does not keep happening? Otherwise very happy with WIN10. Thanks so much for any assistance!

White 'smears' appeared on screen
Hello. My neighbor has a new (delivered November 3, 2015 from Amazon) HP laptop that has developed white streaks on the screen a few days ago. Amazon's return policy states that the return time has expired. It looks like she is out of luck. Can someone here help me?

Radeon hd 7690m xt overhiting
Hi I have got a notebook hp pavilion dv6 with dedicated graphics card radeon hd 7690mxt
Intel core i7 2.2ghz quad core 8gb corsair ddr3 1800mhz . 256 gb ssd kingston hyperx
Laptop has got swichable graphic Intel hd 3000 and radeon nh 7690mxt 2gb
Idle temps are 32-40 Celsius
When running a game for example Kalonline MMORPG online game on low settings
Temps are around 50-65 Celsius using Low end Intel graphic
When I swichable it to high end radeon graphic hd 7690mxt temperature is rising up to 85 Celsius also the bottom left corners gets extremely hot
This game doesn't need a lot of power it's a low demanding 3d online game
So my question to Hp support centre is what to do to drop temperature of my dedicated graphic card to reasonable level??
Steps taken by me:
- coolong pad
- power settings to performance
- processor power management set at 80% when on battery and AC
-cpoling set on active
- cleaned all vents
- re apply thermal paste with mx4
-turned off all unnecessary windows services
-removed battery
Downloaded latest drivers from AMD website
Crimson latest beta for hd series 6 xxxx 7 xxxx
What else can I do to run the games without hurting my hand on bottom left corner where located is dedicated graphic HP experts please give me any bright ideas

how to type '@'
I bought this laptop for a Christmas present.
We are trying to set it up, going through the blue screen pages.
Got as far as entering an email address for the Microsoft account but we cant seem to get the '@' sign to appear.
Its there on the key, top left of the ' key.
How do we get it to select?
Should be simple?
Sorry, I'm a Mac guy, have been since Windows98, I cant do Windows.
