my laptop sleep automatically
my laptop lid and keyboard were broken so i changed them and now my pc sleep automatically
i tried to change "when i close lid" power options to do nothing but now instead of sleeping my monitor just turn off
i tried to change maximum and minimum to 0% my laptop stopped sleeping but it still sleep if i play a game

Black Screen of Death, Computer won't Connect to External Source
I fell asleep while the laptop was still on, when I woke up the screen was black. I assumed it was hibernating, so I moved the mouse and pressed buttons but the screen wouldn't come back on. Turning it off and back on, the screen remained black. I tried connecting it to a secondary monitor. It's connecting to the monitor, but the monitor is not registering that the laptop is on (monitor normally says "no HDMI cable", when I plug the HDMI cable in it says "Going into sleep mode", so I know it's connecting, but not registering the laptop being on). My dad says there should be a way to switch to external display or dual monitor using one of the "F" keys at the top or something, but neither of us are sure which one it is.
Also if there's a way to check if it's a motherboard issue or a screen light issue that would be great to know too, thank you.

HP pen/stylus models compatible with Spectre 360x 13t
I just got a new Spectre 360x 13t, and I need a bit of information on the digital pen that came in the box.
The pen runs on a AAAA battery, and it has two buttons that I can assign functions to via the HP Pen Control app. However, I wasn't able to connect the pen via Bluetooth, and I wonder if it actually has this functionality at all?
I read somewhere about a HP digital pen that was re-chargeable via a USB-C (?) port. I wonder which HP pen/stylus models -- besides the one included in the box -- are compatible with Spectre 360x 13t?
Until recently, I had been sporting a MS Surface Pro with a pen connected via Bluetooth. It offered some nice functionality -- like I was able to use it to remotely control a PowerPoint Slideshow by pressign the 'eraser' button at the top of the pen. It looks like I can assign 'Next page (forward arrow)' action to either button on the standard HP pen I got -- however, I am not sure how this would work without Bluetooth connection?
Any hits as to (A) how make the most of the standard pen, or (B) what are my best alternatives would be hugely appreciated.

Windows Hello says Device not supported
Hi, I just bought a HP Pavillion x360 about a week ago but I can't get Windows Hello to work even though as far as I understand my model should support it. I have tried updating everything and restarting but it still says that my device is not supported. Can someone please confirm whether my device actually supports it and if it does how to make it work?

No Video via USB-C Dock G4
Hello, I have a video signal problem between HP Elitebook 1030 G1 and HP Elite USB-C Dock G4. Drivers are installed but I do not have a video signal on either Display Port and HDMI. Can anyone help? Does any video support via USB-C on this laptop model?

Flickering Screen
I bought my laptop over a year ago, and have noticed that 4 months after I bought it the screen started to flicker. However, it was rare that it did so. I simply updated the drives and the issue was seemingly regulated.
Today though, the laptop has been flickering most of the time. I have updated the drives and also disabled the panel self-refresh as adviced by other forums. Can anyone help please?

Black Screen with white dot

2 externals screens on XP360 15 ?
How can i connect 2 (or more) external screens to my laptop (with distinct content on each, so it means 3 screens including the laptop's one) ?
My X360t has one HDMI output and 2 USB-C. Can't figure out weither the USB-C can be used for a video output.
Is there a way to manage this, with a stable and quality solution. Case yes, what max screen resolution could be handled ?

WIreless display NOT connecting
Dear members of the HP forum,
I would highly appreciate your help with the following problem:
I try to connect my new HP laptop (Pavilion Laptop 14-bf0xx) to Sony smart TV (Sony KD-49XD8099), it connects but screen is "frozen" - it shows my desktop background on TV but with no program icons and doesn't reflect any activity on my laptop display (opening and/or closing programs).
Any suggestions on how to fix that would be highly welcome.

screen turns off everytime i touch it
i have a werid problem that has been occuring lately with my laptop whenever i use the touch screen and click it once it turns the screen off and it goes black and the only way to get it back on is touching it again or moving the mouse and after a few seconds it will return.
but i never had this problem when i first bought the laptop around a month ago.
i need help on how to fix this issue and it annyoing and i dont understands why it has happened
i also have tired to calibrate the scrren but it didnt do anything to help

Configuring NEC Multisync EA245Wi to HP Envy as external monitor
I have a 16:10 EA245WMi NEC 24-inch monitor connected to the external HDMI video port of the Envy. The "display" section of Control Panel insists it is a "Lontium" generic PNP monitor. I've installed the NEC drivers, but can't get Windows to recognize them. It only offers me 16:9 resolution, so images look slightly wrong. What to do?

Hp Pavilion Dv7 Amd Graphics card not working
Hi All
So I made A forum like this a few months back but i never got anywhere so i decided to start fresh and try to better explain my situation.
I Have a Pavilion Dv7 that has been working perfectly fine until a couple months ago when my drivers for the amd graphics card started acting up. I booted into safe mode and disabled the amd display adapter and presto it work perfectly until i relised that my amd graphics card was not work, i was running entirely on my intel hd graphics card.
Ive done a complete Reboot of my laptop even reinstalled my Windows -Even did a complete format on my hard drives.
Still No dice, so then i thought to myself that the card may have been faulty, so i did a complete hardware diagnosis and still no luck so either the device is working perfectly fine or bios isnt picking up the card as well. Please understand that the display adapter isnt popping up in device manager (even in hidden devices in device manager). Ive also tried installed the latest drivers for the graphics card but if bios cant pick it up neither will amds software.
So Ive done my deep research on the net and Ive tried almost everything i could find related to my issue (and not related) and still couldnt fix my issue.
Any help in fixing my laptop would be GREATLY appreciated, im a gamer and this amd graphics card is the most important part on this laptop without it, its practically junk and i really don't want to throw this laptop away.
Note: Ive also tried the BIOS Reset, NO DICE -__-

Help About Graphic Card!
Hi,
I want help , i am using HP Notebook at this time and have 576 video ram or dedicated ram. but i i need atleast 1gb of vram to play gta 5 and my other games. Well, Gta V is running but its need atleast 1gb of vram to run smooth, Can we use graphic card in my HP Laptop notebook. or if not, can i increase dedicated ram from 576mb to 1gb ??
