Just tried to download the NVIDIA Video graphic driver updatres for my pc but it fails with an NVIDIA message saying it cants find compatible graphics driver
When watching videos i'm getting a green screen pop up every so often, the video refreshes and i keep getting pixels going all over the place.
In the past month my touch screen stopped working, after a couple years of working just fine. I ran system diagnostics and the dispay works fine. The problem is only when I am in Windows 10 Home x64.
When I checked the status in the device manager several devices have issues with the drivers, which I am unable to update the driver as it states no drivers are available. I ran the Support Assistant and no updates were listed, even though I checked for updates several times. Next I manualy updated all drivers and BIOS from the HP driver download site. I even tried to rollback the last couple months of Windows updates. Still no luck.
Below are the drives which I am unable to get loaded.
Any suggestions would be appreicated as I have tried all I can think of.
I connected vga monitor with my laptop but it unexpectdly shut down with bluescreen and made some scary alam sounds. What could be the issue?

Hi, I am experiencing stuck pixels when the screen is black. As you can see from the picture there is some sort of wave of red pixels even if it should be all black. I think I need a replacement.
For my HP HQ-tre 71025 - Pavilionx2 detachable - product T9N87EA#ABZ
I try to connect only now my HP detachable to another monitor/TV but it doesn't work.
I connected my HP (HDMI miniport for tablet) to an HDMI port of my monitor/TV with an apposite cable.
I tried to connect with [fn]+[F4] but it doesn't work.
Also in win10 display configuration panel the second monitor didn't detect.
I followed all steps recommended:
- I switched off tv/monitor and PC
- I connected both TV/Monitor and PC with HDMI cable
- I switched on the monitor and then the PC
- I tried to connect with [fn]+[F4].
I can't understand if it is an hardware or software problem.
Could someone help me.
Many Thanks
Dear Sir/Madam,
Upon receiving a HP Spectre X360 13-ae006na I quickly identified a significant coil whine when the keyboard backlight was engaged. Switching off the keyboard light also terminated the excessive coil whine, hence these two were clearly correlated. This was somewhat disapointing as I expected a premium unit given its premium price tag - also since I spent 2 months convincing my wife to buy a windows based PC instead of a MacBook Pro.
HP was quick to accept this and send me a new HP Spectre 13-ae006na, however, this suffers from the exact same issue. When calling HP support desk I was informed that this was part of the HP Spectre X360's design and that this was considered "normal" !!!
While my wife is able to accept this "normality" of whining laptop when keyboard backlight is enganged, yesterday we had our first Skype call - and the camera is showing a strong purple tint, to the extend that my black jumper was completely purple. Unfortunately this did it for me: I no longer have confidence in the quality of this product. Some web-searching also reveals that this is a wide-spead issue among the HP Spectre X360.
I basically needs to decide tomorrow whether to obtain a refund or request another replacement unit. Personally I have some doubts whether HP will be able to resolve this - especially since the coil whine was defined as "normal" by HP support.
Hence my question to HP is: will you be able to supply a replacement unit without these issues? If so I will request a replacement unit. If not, then I see no other option than requesting a refund.
Kind regards,
RM

Hi All,
I have an HP Zbook 15 G3 with a Nvidia Quadro M1000M.
This web page states the following clock speeds:
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/2739/quadro-m1000m
As you can see, core should be 933 MHz and mem should be 1253 MHz
5012 MHz effective.
I have been having some frame rate issues and decided to install some monitoring software, namely MSI afterburner.
This app shows my core at 135 Mhz and mem at 405 Mhz.
I'm unsure if this is massively under clocked or working as normal. Any advice?
Ciao a tutti,
Grazie mille.
Sabi

Hi.
I've been having this display issue for over a month and I can't find a solution. After starting my laptop one day a dotted vertical line appeared on my screen. It's almost in the middle and it goes from top to bottom. It even overlaps the Omen logo when the laptop is starting. The line is visible all the time and it never disappears. I downloaded and installed all the latest drivers, I have the latest windows update, I ran HP diagnostics, I updated BIOS and I tried all the solutions in the guided troubleshooting. Nothing worked. I'm afraid it might be a hardware problem. It's still a new laptop. I got it 5 months ago. When I tried to get a screenshot of the desktop with the line on it, the line didn't appear on the screenshot that's why I took a picture with my phone.
I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance
My cursor is randomly moving all over the screen and opening up windows and files by itself. I have tried rebooting and the issue still continues. This started 3 days ago and my computer is only 3 months old. It is a touchscreen but I routinely use a wired mouse. When this happens even the touchpad won't respond with the mouse removed. The buttons on the touchpad do work however. I have no control over the computer when this occurs. Any help would be appreciated- thanks
Just bought this laptop yesterday, March 5th, for the soul purpose of downloading and editing my videos from my video camera. When I try to open my videos to watch, no matter what application is used it won't show my video. Either it's a completely black screen or it plays for less then a second and freezes. I can hear the audio perfectly but when I try to rewind it completely freezes. When I download to my computer the file type is "AVI file". Please someone help me solve this so that I can believe that this computer wasn't a waste of money.
ALSO when I hover over things it's just blank. No matter what it is on my desktop.
Thank you kindly!
