my G72-C55DX will no longer connect to my tv via HDMI. When ever I connect the HDMI cable, the laptop screen goes black. Pressing (windows - P) and an area of function keys, that I found as sujestions from other online forums, nothing happens. In addition my tv reconizes the HDMI connection, but nothing shows up on the tv. I have tried downloading new driver updates, and fiddiling around with the settings, and purchased new hdmi cables, but nothing seams to work. It used to work fine and then one day it just stopped working. since then I have taken my computer in for service for other reasons. I had hoped it would work again after that, but nothing. What do I need to do.
