Hello I recently purchase this HP envy touchsmart m6-k015dx, it’s been running fine until today.
I tried to go into BIOS nothing happens.
I tried to do a hard shot down it goes off normal.
I tried to turn on the computer normal but instead of getting a windows screen I get this white screen.
This pc is only 5 weeks old.
So my question is this a factory defect?
Bad RAM?
Bad HHD?
Bad LCD?
Please Help!!!
