I have an HP Pavilion dv6-6124ca notebook, running Windows 8. I'm unable to get my graphics driver to work. Have tried all 3 drivers available from the HP site for my notebook model. They install fine, but when the computer is restarted, under Device Manager the yellow alert reappers, with a Code 43 (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems).
There is also another yellow alert for an "Unknown Device", under the Other Devices heading. No idea what device that is so I don't know what to install/how to fix that. Might be related, might not be.
Problem started when I reformatted and reinstalled my old Windows 7. Not a single problem before then, but afterwards, no drivers will work. Even tried old drivers from AMD's site, nothing. Reformatted and installed Windows 8, exact same problem.
Please, help!
