Hi,
I have a Hp G62 105sa and yesterday while using it, the screen suddendly turned off. When i restared it it was the same.
I can actually see what is being desplayed although it is very faint. I have already taken out the battery and held the power button down for various lenghths of time from 30 seconds to 2 mins. I have also removed and replaced the RAM.
Nothing has made any difference.
Unfortunately i dont have the oppertunity to conext it to an external device to check if things work that way.
Does anyone have any tips or know what the problem might be?
