Hi,
i have a HP laptop Model number dv6-6127cl
Some time ago now it started to have two issues.
Issue1: When i power up the computer i see the "Starting Windows" disply on the laptop screen then the screen goes blank. I connect an external monitor to the lap top and i can see the screen as it should be.........
What i found is that if i disable the graphics driver "Intel HD Graphics Family" and reboot....when computer comes back on the laptop display works just fine. I did some reading on the net and i did update the bios to the latest one on the hp site.
Any ideas on what to do?
Issue2: If i shut down the computer......leaving the laptop lid inthe "open" position. Allow the computer to shut down and then press the power button ........nothing happens.......laptop does not try and turn on. However, if i close the lide for minute or two and then open the lid and then press the power button computer powers up no problem...............
Any ideas on what to do?
