Dark circles (about 10) on top edge of G7 Pav

Came from work and turned on Pav G7 from sleep mode. First there were three light dark circles on top right edge - about size of a penny. Then within few hours, the number have gone to about 10 across top edge. This is only a 8 month old computer and is very GENTLY used. 

Any ideas to solve this before I ask for warranty service as it is still within one year warranty period?
