Yesterday I left my laptop on the couch and came back to it a couple hours later. It was plugged in. I did a hard reset and it didn't work. Noticed a sequence of 2 blinks on my laptop and researched that it was a BIOS issue. Tried plugging it in with ac adapter only, it worked. Booted right up. No issues. I did what I had to do on it and shut it down but it was still plugged in with a battery. Unplugged the laptop from the ac adapter and put it down. Went to use it again last night and the screen was black. 2 of the 3 lights at the bottom left came on which are the power lights and charge lights. The other light didn't flash and I was now getting 1 blinking light. Searched it and it's CPU is not functional. Did some more research. Found something that mentioned trying to see if it was memory. Took one out, tried it, nothing. Took other out, tried it, nothing. Tried it with none in it, nothing. I cannot find the necessary cable needed to plug it into an external monitor so I'm out of luck there. Does anyone have any idea on what it could be? I'm broke so I cannot replace anything and my warrant with HP is up. Only option available to me is phone support and as I mentioned I'm broke. Any ideas?
