I have an HP touchpad. I am aware it is no longer serviced. I have talked for numerous hours and sent numerous emails regarding the HP movie store with no help. I purchased numerous movies and when I go to log in it states it is no longer supported and I should be getting an email with details on how to get a refund or such if I purchased movies or other materials. I never got an email. Has anyone solved this issue. I am literally going nuts here trying to figure this out. I paid good money for those movies and they are gone. Support has no answers. Case Managers have no answers. Cooperate has no answers. HELP PLEASE
