I have had this laptop a while now, and I figured the auto updating meant i was getting updates regulary. Turns out i haven't i go to play game and it tells me "The latest graphics update is required to play this game, your current version is from 18-11-201." This is stupid... Soooo i go to hp support app, nothing to update, goto AMD download the latest drivers, not compatible and its suggests i contact HP. HP have no help sends me to forums i read and read and read only to see people asking the same thing but when they ask first they get go to AMD, then when they say it doesn't work HP hasn't replied.
So on behalf of everyone on the forums can you please answer this.
HOW CAN I INSTALL THE LATEST GRAPHIC DRIVERS TO MY LAPTOP?
If i wanted a system with no support or updating i would have built a desktop, i bought this because HP offered the auto updating feature and many other things, all of which do not meet expectations, I would like to see an answer asap as i am sick of my games running poorly or not at all.
p.s. i know about switchable graphics (pitty so many others dont and play these games un-aware of why it runs like junk) i have followed a lot of other instructions found through the forums some of which have cause a blue screen and so on.
