I have upgraded by Envy 15t-j000 Quad CTO Edition notebook to Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit), using all of the drivers that were specified on the HP site for my machine and the 8.1 OS.
My problem is that I am receiving the following error message sporadically throughout the day:
"Display drivers stopped responding and has recovered. Intel HD Graphics Driver for Windows 8 (R)..."
My laptop has the Intel HD 4600 video card.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the video drivers to no avail.
Does anyone know a solution? I get no help from HP Support.
