I Was using Windows 8.1 without any issues once my Norton Internet Security stops working after that i have contacted Norton technical support team and they said update my video driver after updating my video driver i cannot boot into windows 8.1 also i full reset my pc and installed windows 8.1 but all the time it's notloading showing black screen.
with windows 8 i can use without any issues please help me out to fix this issue now i am fed up with installing win 8.1 again and again its just gives me same error i have gone through intel support team and as per there advice i have installed latest driver for my Intel HD graphics 4000 also same issue
